Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Behandeln einer Bahn aus Papier oder Karton, bei dem ein Funktionsstrich auf die Bahn aufgetragen und die Bahn anschließend satiniert wird, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination folgender Merkmale:der Funktionsstrich wird berührungslos aufgetragen,die Bahn wird online mit dem Strichauftrag satiniert unddie Satinage erfolgt in einem Breitnip eines Schuhkalanders, der eine Schuhwalze mit einem umlaufenden Mantel und eine Gegenwalze aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man eine Temperatur im Breitnip unter 60°C hält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man bei einer Länge des Breitnips von mindestens 40 mm eine Streckenlast von maximal 600 N/mm einstellt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den Mantel der Schuhwalze des Schuhkalanders stationär hält und die Gegenwalze in den Mantel eintauchen läßt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zum Auftragen des Strichs einen Curtain Coater verwendet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen thermosensitiven Strich aufträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Bahn mit einer Geschwindigkeit im Bereich von 900 bis 1.300 m/min durch den Breitnip führt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man im Breitnip eine Druckspannung wählt, bei der die Dicke der Bahn um maximal 2,5 % abnimmt.
- Vorrichtung zum Behandeln einer Bahn aus Papier oder Karton mit einer Streicheinrichtung und einem Kalander, gekennzeichnet durch die folgende Kombination:die Streicheinrichtung (4) ist als berührungslos arbeitende Streicheinrichtung ausgebildet,der Kalander ist online mit der Streicheinrichtung (4) angeordnet undder Kalander ist als Schuhkalander (9) mit einer einen umlaufenden Mantel (11) aufweisenden Schuhwalze (10) und einer mit der Schuhwalze (10) zusammenwirkenden Gegenwalze (14) ausgebildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenwalze (14) eine Oberflächentemperatur von maximal 60°C aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schuhkalander (9) einen Breitnip (18) mit einer Länge von mindestens 40 mm aufweist, in dem eine Streckenlast von maximal 600 N/mm herrscht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schuhwalze (10) einen stationären Schuh (12) aufweist und die Gegenwalze (14) in den Mantel (11) einsenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streicheinrichtung (4) als Curtain Coater ausgebildet ist.
