Durch Betätigung der Pneumatikzylinder 45 können somit die Liftplatten 8 in der in Fig. 1 gezeichneten Position angehoben und wieder in die ursprüngliche Position zurückgefahren werden. Die Liftplatten 8 können maximal bis zur Position der Pressklappen 4 angehoben werden, oder aber der Hub wird zwecks Abholen von fallenden Lagen bewusst auf ein vorgegebenes Mass reduziert. Anstelle der Pneumatikzylinder 45 könnten beispielsweise auch Servomotoren zur Antriebserzeugung eingesetzt werden. Die beiden Liftplatten 8 sind im Abstand zueinander angeordnet, sodass zwischen diesen ein Durchgang besteht und die oben genannte Ausstossnut 10 frei zwischen diesen Lagenplatten 8 angeordnet ist.
Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zum Bilden von Stapeln (S) aus Druckprodukten (33) mit einem Tisch (9), auf welchem die Stapel (S) jeweils gebildet werden und mit einem Lift (3) mit dem Druckprodukte (33) anhebbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lift (3) zweiteilig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Liftteile (3a, 3b) mit jeweils einer Liftplatte (8) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tisch (9) eine horizontal verlaufende Ausstossnut (10) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Ausstossvorrichtung (17) mit einem von unten zwischen die beiden Liftteile (3a, 3b) einfahrenden Mitnehmer (18) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (18) vertikal und horizontal verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (18) nach Massgabe der Stapelhöhe vertikal verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (18) bezüglich Ausstossrichtung (38) und Formatgrösse eines Druckproduktes jeweils an dem hinteren Ende des Stapels (S) vertikal verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstossbewegung des Mitnehmers (18) veränderbar gesteuert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (18) stabförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lift (2) im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Führungen (6) aufweist, an denen jeweils eine Liftplatte (8) vertikal verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Liftplatten (8) im Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, sodass zwischen diesen ein Durchgang besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lift (3) mit einem Drehtischfach (2) eine Einheit bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tisch (9) ein Drehtisch ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausstossvorrichtung (17) unabhängig vom Tisch (9) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lift (3) mit dem Tisch (9) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Pressklappe (4) vorgesehen ist, gegen die ein gebildeter Stapel (S) oder wenigstens eine Lage (L) jeweils mit einem Hub des Liftes (3) abpressbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Pressklappe (4) an einem der Liftteile (3a, 3b) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem Liftteil (3a, 3b) eine Pressklappe (4) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehtisch (9) in einem Drehring (11) gelagert ist.
