Abstract

Die Folienbahnführung für eine Flachprägedruckmaschine mit Folienbahnen (6), welche von Abwickelrollen (7) über einen Prägetisch (3) geführt werden, weist eine Brems- und Führungswand (10) vor dem Prägetisch und Folienvorschubeinrichtungen (9) für mehrere Folienbahnen nach dem Prägetisch auf. Zwischen den Abwickelrollen (7) und dem Prägetisch (3) wirkt mindestens eine flache Brems- und Führungswand (10) als Folienspanneinrichtung. Diese weist eine feste Trägerschicht (11) als Tragfläche mit Absaugöffnungen (14), eine darauf liegende, tuchartige, luftdurchlässige Auflageschicht (12) und eine flache Unterdruckkammer (17) mit einer zugeordneten, einstellbaren Unterdruckquelle (13) auf, wodurch die Folienbahnen(6) an die Brems- und Führungswand (10) angedrückt und gebremst werden. Dies ermöglicht eine einfach einstellbare, schonende Folienbahnführung für hohe Prägeleistungen in bester Qualität und kurze Umrüstzeiten.
