Claims (26)
- Vorrichtung (1; 85) für die Verteilung und Aufbringung eines in einem Vorratsbehälter (4; 86) enthaltenen Produkts, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:- ein Aufbringungsorgan (3; 80), das eine Außenwand (25; 80a) aufweist und ein in dem Vorratsbehälter (4; 86) enthaltenes Produkt aufnehmen kann, um es zu verteilen, wobei sich diese Wand (26; 80a) um eine wohl definierte Drehachse (X) drehen kann,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen Motor (50) zum rotatorischen Antreiben des Aufbringungsorgans um die Achse (X) aufweist und dass die Außenwand (25) des Aufbringungsorgans (3) elastisch verformbar ist und dazu ausgelegt ist, gegen eine obere Wand (71) des Vorratsbehälters (4) der Vorrichtung mit einer bestimmten Beanspruchung zu drücken, so dass sie mit dem Produkt, das aus einer oder aus mehreren Ausgangsöffnungen (72) stammt, beschickt werden, kann und diese Letztere(n) bei Nichtverwendung verschließen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand (25; 80a) im Wesentlichen eine Rotationssymmetrie um eine Symmetrieachse (X) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand (25; 80a) um die Symmetrieachse (X) drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand (25) eine Form eines im Wesentlichen lang gestreckten Ellipsoids aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand (80a) eine im Wesentlichen sphärische Form aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand aus Elastomer hergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufbringungsorgan (3) einen Kern (19) aufweist, an den die Außenwand (25) angefügt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern (19) eine Oberfläche aufweist, die mit Reliefs (65) versehen ist, und dass sich die Außenwand (25) bei der Aufbringung verformen kann, um mit den Reliefs (65) in Kontakt zu gelangen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand Reliefs aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reliefs Erhöhungen (65) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufbringungsorgan (3; 80) wenigstens einen Aufnahmesitz (30; 31) aufweist, der ein Organ (33; 34) für die Befestigung des Aufbringungsorgans (3; 80) an der Vorrichtung aufnehmen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Motor (50) wenigstens teilweise in dem Aufnahmesitz (33; 34) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufbringungsorgan (3) wenigstens eine gezahnte Oberfläche (28; 28') aufweist, die mit dem Motor (50) gekoppelt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufbringungsorgan (3) einen Kern (19) mit einem Innenzylinder (20) und einem Außenzylinder (21) aufweist, wobei der Innenzylinder (20) eine gezahnte Oberfläche (28) aufweist, die mit dem Motor in Eingriff ist, und der Außenzylinder (21) auf seiner äußeren Oberfläche Reliefs (65) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufbringungsorgan (3; 80) an der Vorrichtung lösbar angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgangsöffnung(en) in die Wand (71) des Vorratsbehälters mündet (münden), wobei sich diese Wand (71) im Wesentlichen an die Form wenigstens eines Abschnitts des Aufbringungsorgans anschmiegt.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand (71) des Vorratsbehälters nach außen konkav ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorratsbehälter (4) ein veränderliches Innenvolumen aufweist und wenigstens eine elastisch verformbare Wand (70) umfasst, die ermöglicht, das Innenvolumen zu verringern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorratsbehälter (4) an der Vorrichtung lösbar angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorratsbehälter (4) eine Nachfüllöffnung (73) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt ein kosmetisches Produkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt ein Gel ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt eine Flüssigkeit, insbesondere eine Flüssigkeit mit geringerer Viskosität ist.
- Bausatz, der umfasst:- eine Vorrichtung (1; 85), wie sie in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche definiert ist,- mehrere Aufbringungsorgane (3), wobei diese Letzteren dazu ausgelegt sind, an der Vorrichtung wahlweise und lösbar angebracht zu werden.
- Bausatz nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufbringungsorgane unterschiedliche Reliefs aufweisen.
- Verfahren zum Aufbringen eines Produkts auf eine Körperoberfläche (S), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Bereitstellen eines Bausatzes nach einem der Ansprüche 24 und 25,- Auswählen eines Aufbringungsorgans (3; 80),- Anbringen des ausgewählten Aufbringungsorgans an der Vorrichtung,- Aufbringen des Produkts auf den Körper mit Hilfe dieses Aufbringungsorgans.
