Claims (26)

  1. A device for dispensing and applying a fluid contained in a reservoir, said device comprising:
    - an applicator member comprising an outer wall that is suitable for charging with fluid contained in the reservoir in order to dispense it, said wall being capable of turning about a single axis of rotation; and characterized by the fact the device comprises a motor for driving the applicator member in rotation around said axis and by the fact that the outer wall of the applicator member is elastically deformable and arranged to become applied against a top wall of the reservoir of the device with a certain force, so that can it become charged with fluid coming directly from the outlet orifice(s) and closes it or them while not in use.

  9. A device according to any preceding claim, wherein the outer wall comprises portions in relief.
  10. A device according to any preceding claim, wherein the portions in relief comprise bosses.
  11. A device according to any preceding claim, wherein the applicator member comprises at least one housing that can receive a member for fastening the applicator member on the device.
  12. A device according to claim 11, wherein the motor extends at least in part into the housing.
  13. A device according to any preceding claim, wherein the applicator member comprises at least one notched surface that can be coupled to the motor.
  14. A device according to any preceding claim, wherein the applicator member comprises a core with two cylinders, inner and outer, the inner cylinder comprising a notched surface engaging with the motor and the outer cylinder comprising portions in relief on its outer surface.
  15. A device according to any preceding claim, wherein the applicator member is removably mounted on the device.
  16. A device according to claim 15, wherein the outlet orifice or orifices opens onto the wall of the reservoir, said wall substantially matching the shape of at least a portion of the applicator member.
  17. A device according to claim 16, wherein said wall of the reservoir is substantially concave from above.
  18. A device according to any preceding claim, wherein the reservoir is of variable inside volume and comprises at least one elastically deformable wall that allows the inside volume to be reduced.
  19. A device according to any preceding claim, wherein the reservoir is removably mounted on the device.
  20. A device according to any preceding claim, wherein the reservoir comprises a filling orifice.
  21. A device according to any preceding claim, wherein the fluid is a cosmetic product.
  22. A device according to claim 21, wherein the fluid is a gel.
  23. A device according to claim 22, wherein the fluid is a liquid, in particular a liquid that has a low viscosity.
  24. A kit comprising:
    - a device as defined in any preceding claim; and
    - a plurality of applicator members, said members being arranged to be selectively and removably mountable on the device.
  25. A kit according to claim 24, wherein the applicator members comprise different kinds of portion in relief.
  26. A method for applying a fluid to a surface of the body, the method comprising the following steps:
    - providing a kit according to claim 24 or 25;
    - selecting an applicator member;
    - mounting the selected applicator member on the device; and
    - applying fluid to the body using said applicator member.
