Abstract

The vehicle has a cockpit and at the top side over tub an unmanned tower is arranged. Above the tower roof a panoramic display terminal is provided on an azimuthal axis of rotation. The terminal has a glass-optical direct vision equipment and arranged coaxially to this axis of rotation is a bus running by the tower. A viewing channel is connected to the terminal allowing personnel in the cockpit a panoramic view. The tower is movable around 360 degrees in azimuth direction and tiltable. The cockpit has a panoramic display terminal swiveling at a view head. The terminal is mounted on a support bearing ring which pushes the tower in a radial direction to the axis of rotation. The support bearing ring is connected firmly to a tub trim. The support bearing ring has an outer ring that is firmly connected to the tub trim in such a manner, that they can be released and removed from the vehicle with the panorama display terminal being pushed away directly or indirectly.

Description

The present invention relates to a combat vehicle, in particular a rifle or battle tank, with the features of the preamble of claim 1. Such a main battle tank is in the DE-A 102 17 177 described. A problem to be solved in such a battle tank is the connection of the tower to the vehicle trough, wherein it should be noted that the viewing head of the panoramic view of the rotation of the tower can perform independent rotational movements about the axis of rotation of the tower. On the other hand, the main mass of the panoramic viewfinder is concentrated in the prospective head, and there are closely tolerated, mechanical processing relationships between the gun optics, the tower pivot bearing, and the screw-on surface of the omnidirectional scope.

Particularly critical is the support of the panoramic view device, which is very sensitive to deflections of the roof of the vehicle pan and the tower roof. Finally, in such an arrangement, the problem is to lift the tower together with the panoramic view of the vehicle pan to operate or check it alone.

The invention has the object of providing a combat vehicle with the features described in the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that on the one hand a particularly accurate connection of the panoramic view device to the tower is possible and on the other hand, the tower in a simple manner after loosening some fasteners together with the Rundblick-view device can be lifted from the vehicle pan.

The solution of this object is achieved according to the invention with the features of the characterizing part of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are described in the dependent claims.

The basic idea of the invention is to rotatably hang the trough-fixed part of the panoramic viewing device on the viewing head and, in order to prevent it from rotating with the viewing head, support it on a support bearing ring which is firmly but detachably connected to the trough. The trough-fixed part of the panoramic view device is guided through the support bearing ring. By this type of support on the one hand insensitive to deflections of the tub roof connection is possible and on the other hand can be lifted when lifting the tower of the vehicle trough after loosening the corresponding connecting elements of the slewing ring of the tower bearing together with the support bearing ring and the supported panoramic view device with.

The support bearing ring may be constructed in two parts with a fixed, but releasably attached to the tub frame outer ring and connected to the outer ring inner ring on which the trough-fixed part of the panoramic view device is directly or indirectly supported. The connection between the outer ring and the inner ring can take place firmly and in particular in one piece via struts and / or segments extending radially to the axis of rotation of the tower.

The support of the panoramic view device according to the invention also enables a particularly favorable arrangement of a slip ring for transmitting electrical signals and electrical energy between the vehicle trough and tower. The arrangement can be such that the trough-fixed part of the coaxial with the axis of rotation of the tower slip ring is supported on the support bearing ring and coaxial with the slip ring of trough-trained tube of the panoramic view device is arranged, which is also supported on the support bearing ring. The facing head rotatable with respect to the tube and the tower can then be rotatably arranged at the top end of the tube on the tower roof via a double bearing relative to the tube and the tower.

In the following an embodiment of a combat vehicle according to the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 shows only those important for the following explanation parts of an otherwise not shown combat vehicle, namely a part of the roof panel 1 of a vehicle trough, under which a crew compartment, not shown, is arranged. At the top of the roof panel 1 is pivotally in azimuth an unmanned tower. 2 arranged in which a pivotable in elevation weapon 3 is arranged. The pivoting of the tower 2 and the operation of the weapon 3 and other facilities within the unmanned tower 2 are remotely controlled from the vehicle trough out.

Furthermore, above the roof panel of the tower 2, the prospective head 4.1 of a arranged in the vehicle pan panoramic view, a periscope mounted. This viewing head 4.1 is arranged coaxially to the azimuthal axis of rotation of the tower 2. The panoramic view device is designed as a glass-optical direct view device and its viewing part is, as explained in more detail below, arranged below the roof panel 1 within the vehicle pan and connected via an optical channel with the viewing head 4.1. The viewing head 4.1 is independent of the position and rotation of the tower 2 relative to the vehicle pan 360 ° in azimuth pivotable.

In the roof panel 1 entrance / exit hatches 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4 are further arranged in the usual way, around which are angular mirrors 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 conventional design.

The following is based on the Fig. 2 to 8 the detailed arrangement and support of the panoramic view device explained in more detail.

On the roof panel 1 of the vehicle pan a tub frame 1.1 is fixed, which receives a tower 2 supporting turntable with a tower fixed turntable 6.1 and a trough fixed turntable 6.2, where the tower fixed turntable 6.1 a ring gear 6.3 is arranged in the driven gear 9.1 of a drive motor 9 for azimuthal rotation of the tower 2 engages.

As especially Fig. 7 and 8th can be seen well, is screwed to the tub frame 1.1 below the parts 6.1 and 6.2 of the turntable of the outer ring 7.1 a support bearing ring which is connected via radially extending to the axis of rotation of the tower struts 7.31 and 7.32 and a segment-like part 7.4 with an inner ring 7.2. Within the inner ring 7.2 coaxial with the axis of rotation of the tower 2 is a slip ring for transmitting electrical signals and electrical energy between the vehicle trough and tower with a tower-fixed slip ring part 8.1 and a trough-fixed slip ring 8.2. In this case, the trough-fixed slip ring part 8.2 is supported via a support 8.3 on the inner ring 7.2 of the support bearing ring.

The viewing head 4.1 of the panoramic view device is arranged in a tower-mounted receptacle 4.24, to which a tubular housing 4.2 connects, which is led into the tower 2 and through which a trough fixed tube 4.21 runs containing the viewing channel of the panoramic view device. This tube 4.21 is suspended at its upper end via a double rotary bearing 4.23 on the viewing head 4.1, which in turn is rotatably mounted relative to the receptacle 4.24. The tube 4.21 is supported in its lower region via a seal 4.22 within the slip ring on the tubular housing 4.2. To the lower part 4.4 of the tube 4.21 is connected via a Einblicktubus 4.31 the just-trough fixed viewing part 4.3 of the panoramic view device connected. The Einblicktubus is connected by means of a pipe clamp 4.32 with the strut 7.31 of the support bearing ring and thus indirectly with the inner ring 7.2. He is prevented from turning with a rotation of the tower 2 or the viewing head 4.1.

The drive motor 9 for the rotary movement of the tower 2 is guided by a recess in the segment 7.4 of the support bearing ring, on which a lashing 10 for the turntable and a position sensor 11 are arranged.
