Definitions
- the present invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning and disinfection of surfaces, in particular of flat surfaces, as example a broom, using steam and particularly ergonomic and practical, designed especially for professional use.
- Appliances used in the collective sectors are cumbersome and heavy, unwieldy and not very ergonomic and not suitable for cleaning and disinfection places of life of individuals. Indeed, in such places, the surfaces to cleaning are usually small but cluttered. On the other hand, they can be very varied: the floors, the walls, the ceilings, the berries glazed are concerned.
- the steam is routed to the end of the broom in the broom handle and she crosses the textile room before reaching the floor.
- These devices present the disadvantage that steam has lost its effectiveness when it reaches the ground because of the loss of temperature and pressure due to its passage through of the textile piece.
- the textile piece is very quickly saturated with water, it no longer picks up residues so effective and leaves very important traces of moisture.
- Document JP2001-327449 proposes a broom in which the workpiece textile and the steam dispensing nozzle are mounted in parallel.
- the steam is conducted to the nozzle through the broom handle.
- this handle is heavy, bulky and little ergonomic.
- Another disadvantage of the broom of JP2001-327449 is that it is not easy to handle, the handle being attached to the textile piece and the nozzle Steam dispenser rigidly.
- the present invention aims to remedy these disadvantages.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a broom combining textile and steam room that is compact, lightweight, easy to maneuver, usable flat on any surface, even small, what whatever the inclination of the handle of the blade with respect to this surface and ensuring reliable cleaning and disinfection, preferably in only one passage.
- the apparatus according to the invention is light and easy to maneuver. It is particularly ergonomic and practical for cleaning all surfaces, especially flat surfaces, such as soils, but also surfaces vertical or oblique, as well as walls, ceilings, windows ...
- the sole perfectly marries said surface, in particular thanks to the cardan connection system from the handle to the cleaning head. Thanks to the apparatus according to the invention, in particular thanks to its lightness and its maneuverability, it is possible to apply the soleplate flat on walls, ceilings or windows or on oblique surfaces and to clean and disinfect perfectly these surfaces.
- the sole is provided, on its face opposite to its face connected to the handle, means of fixing a piece of textile.
- these fastening means are loops, respectively spikes, intended to intermingle with spikes or loops respectively, complementary parts of a textile piece to fix, at least temporarily, this textile piece on the sole.
- the textile parts used can be washable or disposable. They can be in natural or synthetic fibers.
- this textile piece is a microfiber cloth, such as polyester, polyamide or a mixture of polyester and polyamide.
- the steam effect combines with the textile effect for cleaning and particularly effective disinfection.
- the steam distributor has a distribution ramp with nozzle nozzles steam outlet, the distance from the nozzles to the surface to be cleaned and disinfected being less than or equal to 2 cm. This distance preferably ranges from 3 mm to 2 cm and more preferably from 5 mm to 2 cm.
- the head cleaner includes a second steam distributor.
- the two steam distributors are mounted on either side of the sole, in parallel.
- the apparatus further comprises a fluid dispenser other than steam.
- This distributor fluid other than steam may for example be located at the bottom of the handle of the device or on the cleaning part.
- the fluid can be a detergent product or disinfectant.
- the apparatus is free of fluid dispenser other than steam.
- the system vapor transfer is a tube made of a flexible material, waterproof, resistant at high temperatures and lightweight such as silicone.
- This tube can have a length ranging from 3 to 20 meters, preferably from 10 to 20 meters.
- the handle is adjustable in length by a telescopic system. So, whatever the size and position of the user, it is possible to maintain the head cleaning the device perfectly flat on the surface to be cleaned.
- Such a method makes it possible to carry out a cleaning and a disinfection particularly effective and this in one pass. Indeed, thanks to the connection of the handle to the cardan-cleaning part, the part cleaning is perfectly flat on the surface to be cleaned and soiling are picked up from the first pass.
- the steam is injected onto the surface to be cleaned and disinfect at a pressure of 2.5 to 5 bar.
- the steam is injected on the surface to be cleaned and disinfected at a temperature greater than 100 ° C, more preferably from 100 ° C to 160 ° C.
- the distance of the nozzles to the surface to be cleaned and disinfect is less than or equal to 2 cm, preferably ranges from 3 mm to 2 cm, more preferably, from 5 mm to 2 cm.
- the steam distribution ramp acts by injecting steam on the surface to clean, preferably at a temperature of 100 ° C to 160 ° C and at least pressure ranging from 2.5 to 5 bar.
- the steam encounters no obstacle between its nozzle outlet and the surface to be cleaned and / or disinfect.
- the steam does not meet and must not cross no textile parts: the steam is in contact with the surface to be cleaned and / or disinfect at a pressure of 2.5 to 5 bar and at a temperature ranging from 100 ° C to 160 ° C: its cleaning and / or disinfecting action is therefore particularly effective.
- Steam has excellent cleaning power.
- She dissolves fats, removes residues, impurities, soils and proteins present on the surface, acts as a surfactant and cleans thoroughly. Simultaneously, it has a disinfecting action. She is active on bacteria, yeasts and molds and has a disinfecting power, in particularly according to the AFNOR N FT 72-281 standard. Steam thus has an action bactericidal, fungicidal and sporicidal.
- the sole equipped with the textile piece, retrieves and removes residues from the treated surface.
- the textile part preferably a microfiber cloth, being attached, preferably temporarily, to the sole, it can be replaced at any time by a new wipe for additional efficiency.
- the present invention also relates to the use of an apparatus such described above for cleaning and disinfecting a surface, particularly a flat surface.
- FIG. 1 a device 1 for cleaning and disinfect a surface.
- This apparatus 1 comprises a steam generator 2 and a handle 3, which can be telescopic and which is provided with one of its ends of a cleaning head 4.
- This cleaning head 4 comprises a sole 5 receiving a textile piece 6.
- the cleaning head 4 includes also, mounted adjacent to the sole 5, a distributor 7 of steam.
- the distributor 7 and the sole 5 are separate and mounted one next to the other, in parallel. Thus, the steam does not cross the textile part.
- the apparatus 1 comprises a system 8 for transferring vapor of said generator 2 of steam to said steam distributor 7.
- the handle 3 is connected to the cleaning head 4 by a system to 9. Thus, it is possible to tilt the handle both from front to back and also on one side and the other as will be explained later.
- the steam transfer system 8 from generator 2 to distributor 7 is separate from the handle.
- This system 8 is preferably a tube made of a flexible material, waterproof, resistant to high temperatures and light such only silicone.
- the fact that this system 8 is separate from the handle 3 allows to increase the maneuverability of the apparatus 1.
- the length of this system 8 can for example be about 10 meters.
- FIG 2 is shown the cleaning head 4 seen from below.
- the sole 5 has on its face 10 opposed to its face connected to the handle, means 11 for fixing a workpiece textile.
- these fixing means are pins 12 distributed along two rectangular surfaces, these pins 12 being intended for intermingle with loops of a textile piece not shown.
- This textile piece may for example be a wipe.
- this piece textile is a microfiber cloth.
- the cleaning head 4 also comprises a distributor 7 of steam mounted adjacent and parallel to the sole 5, for example by means of a metal bridge 13 connecting the sole 5 to the distributor 7.
- This distributor 7 has a ramp 14 provided with nozzles 15 for the output of steam.
- the nozzles 15 are located at a certain distance from the surface 16 to be cleaned. Preferably this distance is less than or equal to 2 cm and more preferably this distance is from 3 mm to 2 cm, preferably from 5 mm to 2 cm. Thanks to this distance preferred, the steam comes into contact with the surface to be cleaned and / or disinfect at a pressure of 2.5 to 5 bar and at a temperature ranging from 100 ° C to 160 ° C.
