Claims (26)
- Lockenwickler (1) mit einem Körper (2) mit einer Längsachse (X), der dazu bestimmt ist, eine Aufwicklung einer Haarsträhne (M) aufzunehmen, und mit einem Fuß (3), der mit einem ersten axialen Ende (9) des Körpers fest verbunden ist und eine Fläche (4) aufweist, die auf der Kopfhaut aufliegen kann, wobei diese Fläche eine Flächenausdehnung (S2) hat, die größer ist als diejenige (S1) eines Querschnitts eines Bereichs des Körpers, der die Aufwicklung der Strähne aufnehmen kann, wobei der Fuß Mittel (7) aufweist, die einen Abschnitt (M1) der Strähne halten können, der nicht um den Körper gewickelt ist, wobei der Körper einen Umschlag aufweist, der eine Stellung einnehmen kann, in der der Umschlag die Aufwicklung der Strähne um den Bereich des Körpers festhält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umschlag diese Stellung durch Verformung des Körpers einnimmt.
- Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fläche schneidend, und vorzugsweise lotrecht, zur Längsachse des Körpers ist.
- Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß einen Schlitz (7) aufweist, in dem der Strähnenabschnitt gehalten wird.
- Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz einen abgeschrägten Eingang (8) aufweist.
- Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz eine V-förmige Vertiefung bildet.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz in Abstand zu einer Verbindung zwischen dem Körper und dem Fuß mündet.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß einen Abschnitt aufweist, der seitlich über den Umfang des Körpers vorsteht und eine derartige Dicke hat, dass ein Strähnenabschnitt (M2) bezüglich der Kopfhaut aufgerichtet gehalten wird.
- Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser Abschnitt des Fußes einen Schlitz (7) aufweist, in dem der Strähnenabschnitt gehalten wird, wobei dieser Schlitz in Höhe der Fläche mündet.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel des Fußes elastisch verformbar sind.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper mindestens zum Teil aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material hergestellt ist, zum Beispiel aus Elastomermaterial oder aus Schaumstoff, wobei der Schaumstoff mit offenen oder geschlossenen Zellen ist.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß und der Körper aus dem gleichen Werkstoff hergestellt sind.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß eine im Wesentlichen parallelepipedische Form hat.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß an einem Ende (9) des Körpers relativ zur Längsachse angesetzt ist.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß auf den Körper geklebt ist.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß durch Ultraschallschweißen auf den Körper geschweißt ist.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß und der Körper monolithisch sind.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er durch Ausstanzen aus einer Tafel erhalten wird, die mindestens zwei zueinander parallele ebene Seiten aufweist.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper zumindest zum Teil ein Gewinde aufweist.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper zumindest zum Teil eingekerbt ist.
- Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kerbung abwechselnd ist.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strähne spiralförmig um die Längsachse des Körpers gewickelt wird.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper eine undurchlässige Außenwand aufweist.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umschlag an einem zweiten axialen Ende (11) des Körper gemäß der Längsachse entgegengesetzt zum ersten axialen Ende ausgebildet ist.
- Lockenwickler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper eine Versteifung (12) aufweist, die in der Lage ist, semipermanent verformt zu werden, insbesondere, um die Verformung des Körpers aufrechtzuerhalten, die es dem Umschlag ermöglicht, die Aufwicklung der Strähne um den Körper aufrechtzuerhalten.
- Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifung einen fadenförmigen Kern aufweist, zum Beispiel einen innerhalb des Körpers liegenden Kupferdraht, der sich gemäß der Längsachse erstreckt.
- Lockenwickler nach Anspruch 24 oder 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifung in Höhe des ersten Endes (9) des Körpers mündet, das vom Fuß verdeckt wird.
