Claims (22)
- Distributeur automatique de sucettes avec bâtonnet, du genre comportant un présentoir (10) ayant une pluralité de sillons verticaux (11) agencés radiaux par rapport à un noyau central (12) définissant des zones étroites (13) près de ce noyau central (12) pour y loger les bâtonnets (P) de ces sucettes (CP) et des zones élargies (14) faisant face et délimitées par une paroi tubulaire extérieure (15) pour y loger les têtes (C) des sucettes (CP), les sucettes (CP) étant entassées dans les sillons (11) en position inclinée, leurs têtes (C) étant disposées plus bas que leurs bâtonnets (P), le présentoir (10) étant monté sur un corps de base (50) avec la possibilité de tourner sur une surface d'appui (57) de façon à placer, au choix, une extrémité inférieure (16) d'un sillon sélectionné (11) sur une ouverture d'entrée (51) de ce corps de base (50) à un distributeur automatique (60) contrôlé par un mécanisme de sélection (62) par une pièce de monnaie ou un jeton et pourvu de moyens pour déplacer au moins une sucette (CP) du sillon (11) à une cavité de livraison (52) à portée de l'utilisateur, caractérisé en ce que chacun des sillons (11) possède, près de cette extrémité inférieure (16), un élément de rétention (17) monté de sorte qu'il puisse être déplacé entre une position de rétention, dans laquelle il retient la sucette (CP) située à la base de la pile dans le sillon (11) sans qu'il ne repose sur cette surface d'appui (57) et une position dégagée, dans laquelle il permet que la sucette (CP) située à la base de la pile passe à travers l'extrémité inférieure (16) et cette ouverture d'entrée (51) à l'intérieur du dispositif distributeur automatique (60), cet élément de rétention (17) du sillon sélectionné (11) étant déplacé de cette position de rétention à cette position dégagée par au moins un appendice (63) relié à une pièce mobile du dispositif distributeur automatique (60).
- Machine conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de rétention (17) est monté pivotant par rapport à un axe (18) situé sur un des côtés (19) de cette zone élargie (14) du sillon respectif (11) dans une position radiale par rapport à cette paroi tubulaire (15) et comprend au moins une patte de support (20) et au moins une patte de manoeuvre (21).
- Machine conformément à la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que, lorsque l'élément de rétention (17) est en position de rétention, cette patte de support (20) s'étend transversalement depuis ce côté (19) vers l'intérieur du sillon (11) à un plus haut niveau que l'axe (18) tant que cette patte de manoeuvre (21) est dans une position qui dépasse vers le bas depuis le niveau de l'axe (18) ; et lorsque l'élément de rétention (17) est dans la position de dégagement, la patte de support (20) est escamotée sur ce côté (19) du sillon (11) tandis que la patte de manoeuvre (21) repose sur la trajectoire de la sucette (CP) qui tombe à travers l'extrémité inférieure (16) du sillon (11).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de rétention (17) est maintenu naturellement à la position de rétention par ses conditions d'assemblage et la position de son centre de masse par rapport à l'axe (18).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la patte de manoeuvre (21) du sillon sélectionné (11) se trouve sur la trajectoire de cet au moins un appendice (63) lorsque l'élément de rétention (17) est à la position de rétention.
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif distributeur automatique (60) comprend un axe de distribution (64) que s'étend à travers une goulotte (67) ayant une partie supérieure ouverte (68) située au-dessous de l'ouverture (51) et une partie inférieure qui se rétrécit (69) inclinée vers cette cavité de livraison (52), avec au moins un appendice (63) étant relié à une partie de cet axe de distribution (64) agencé à l'intérieur de cette goulotte (67) et cet axe de distribution (64) étant relié à un axe de manoeuvre (65) que fait tourner un manche extérieur (66) sur ce mécanisme de sélection (62).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un appendice (63) est relié à la périphérie d'une surface cylindrique (71) d'une plaque tournante (70) qui est solidaire de cette partie de l'axe de distribution (64), cette surface cylindrique (71) bloquant au moins en partie l'ouverture (51), une portion inclinée affaissée (72) étant pourvue sur cette surface cylindrique (71), en continuant depuis l'appendice (63) pour permettre qu'une sucette (CP) passe et soit dirigée vers cette partie inférieure qui se rétrécit (69) de cette goulotte (67).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un deuxième appendice (73) relié à la périphérie de la surface cylindrique (71) de cette plaque tournante (70) et une deuxième surface inclinée affaissée (74) sur la surface cylindrique (71) pour transporter au moins une deuxième sucette (CP) du sillon sélectionné (11) à la cavité de livraison (52) durant un tour de l'axe de distribution (64).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins ce deuxième appendice (73) est détachable et un élément de couverture (75) est prévu qui doit être relié à cette deuxième surface inclinée affaissée (74) et qui possède une surface extérieure qui offre une continuité à la surface cylindrique (71) dans cette zone lorsque le dispositif distributeur automatique (60) ne fonctionne qu'avec le premier appendice (63).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que cet axe de distribution (64) est relié à cet axe de manoeuvre (65) au moyen d'une corde ou d'un dispositif à ressort (76) de rétention et des moyens de déclenchement (77, 78) étant inclus pour retenir l'axe de distribution (64) tant que cette corde ou dispositif à ressort (76) est tendu par la rotation de l'axe de manoeuvre (65) puis dégager l'axe de distribution automatique (64) de sorte que l'énergie accumulée sur la corde ou dispositif à ressort (76) le fasse tourner sous des conditions d'accélération contrôlées, indépendamment de la vitesse de l'axe de manoeuvre (65), ces opérations de rétention et postérieur dégagement étant effectuées durant un tour de l'axe de manoeuvre (65).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que cette corde ou dispositif à ressort (76) comporte une carcasse (79) à travers laquelle passe un axe à ressort (80) et un ressort de flexion hélicoïdal (81) monté à l'intérieur de cette carcasse (79) avec une extrémité reliée à la carcasse (79) et l'autre extrémité reliée à cet axe à ressort (80) et en ce que l'axe de distribution (64) est creux et la carcasse (79) est logée à l'intérieur et reliée à une cavité de la plaque tournante (70), une partie de l'axe à ressort (80) étant insérée à l'intérieur de l'axe de distribution automatique (64), l'extrémité de cette partie de l'axe de ressort (80) dépassant à travers une extrémité ouverte de l'axe de distribution (64) et une extrémité opposée de l'axe de ressort (80) étant couplée à une extrémité intérieure de l'axe de manoeuvre (65) au moyen d'un accouplement polygonal mâle-femelle (82).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que ces moyens de rétention et de déclenchement (77, 78) comportent un loquet (77), un cliquet (83) et un coulisseau (84), ce loquet (77) étant monté de sorte qu'il puisse pivoter par rapport à une goupille (85) dûment supportée et chargée élastiquement par un ressort (86) de sorte que ce cliquet (83) soit poussé pour se bloquer dans une entaille (87) formée sur une surface extérieure de l'axe de distribution automatique (64) à côté de cette extrémité ouverte pour l'empêcher de tourner et ce coulisseau (84) repose sur une surface (78) d'une came (88) reliée à cette extrémité saillante de l'axe de ressort (80), cette surface de came (78) comportant une saillie (91) pour faire que le cliquet (77) pivote en contrecarrant la force de ce ressort (86) et par conséquent en dégageant le cliquet (83) de cette entaille (78) pour libérer la rotation de l'axe de distribution (64).
- Machine conformément à la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la corde ou dispositif à ressort (76) comporte un volant d'inertie (89) monté à l'intérieur de cette carcasse (79) et relié à l'axe à ressort (80) au moyen d'un engrenage multiplicateur (90).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que cette pluralité de sillons verticaux (11) agencés radiaux par rapport à un noyau central (12) est composée de plusieurs corps superposés (22, 23) à coupe transversale sous forme d'étoiles, un corps sous forme d'étoile inférieur (23) étant relié à l'intérieur à cette paroi tubulaire (15) et ayant les éléments de rétention (17) dans des zones proches des extrémités inférieures (16) des sillons (11).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que ces corps à coupe transversale sous forme d'étoiles (22, 23) comportent une portion de noyau central (12a) à partir de laquelle une pluralité de bras radiaux (24) s'étend, en définissant entre eux des portions de sillon (11a) où cette portion de noyau central (12a) comporte une saillie inférieure (29) polygonale en coupe transversale et une cavité supérieure (30) complémentaire, polygonale, en coupe transversale et des bras radiaux (24) comportent à leurs extrémités des projections supérieures (31) et des trous inférieurs (32) complémentaires de par leurs formes, avec cette saillie inférieure (29) nichée dans cette cavité supérieure (30) et ces saillies supérieures (31) nichées dans ces trous inférieurs (32) lorsque deux des corps à coupe transversale sous forme d'étoile (22, 23) sont superposés.
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que le corps inférieur à forme d'étoile (23) comporte une bague (25) reliant les extrémités des bras radiaux (24) et des rebords (26) qui dépassent vers l'avant à partir de cette bague (25), les bras radiaux (24) comportant les axes respectifs (18) pour assembler les éléments de rétention correspondants (17) et une entaille (28) pour permettre qu'au moins un appendice (63) passe, ce corps inférieur à forme d'étoile (23) étant relié à une extrémité inférieure de cette paroi tubulaire (15) sur le périmètre extérieur de la bague (25) et avec ces rebords (26) insérés dans des entailles de la paroi tubulaire (15).
- Machine conformément à la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que cette pluralité de sillons verticaux (11) agencés radiaux par rapport à un noyau central (12) est composée d'un corps à coupe transversale sous forme d'étoile reliée à l'intérieur à cette paroi tubulaire (15) et ayant les éléments de rétention (17) dans des zones proches des extrémités inférieures (16) des sillons (11).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 14 ou 17, caractérisée en ce que ce présentoir (10) qui comporte une paroi tubulaire (15) et un ou plusieurs corps à coupe transversale à forme d'étoile (22, 23) formant la pluralité de sillons verticaux (11) constitue une unité détachable pouvant être détachée du corps de base (50) et transportée avec les sillons verticaux (11) en tout ou partie chargés de sucettes (CP) retenus à son intérieur par les éléments de rétention (17).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un accessoire semblable à un manche (39) pouvant être relié à cette unité pour faciliter son transport.
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le présentoir (10) est monté sur le corps de base (50) avec une saillie inférieure en coupe polygonale (29) de ce noyau central (12) nichée dans une cavité supérieure complémentaire à coupe polygonale (53) d'une pièce de positionnement (54) montée tournante sur le corps de base (50) et pourvue à sa partie inférieure de dents (55) dans lesquelles est engagée une bille chargée élastiquement (56), avec un couvercle (33) qui ferme le présentoir (10) à la partie supérieure et qui comporte un verrou (34) contrôlant la rotation d'une tige centrale (35) reliée à une partie amovible de ce verrou (34) et ayant une extrémité inférieure filetée (36) qui se visse dans un trou fileté (37) pourvu à son centre d'une surface concave conique de cette pièce de positionnement (54), cette tige passant à travers une ouverture centrale (38) du noyau central (12).
- Machine, conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que cette paroi tubulaire (15) est cylindrique et transparente en tout ou partie.
- Machine conformément à la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un accessoire de chargement (40) formé par un corps tubulaire sensiblement cylindrique (41) dont la longueur est supérieure à la hauteur des sillons verticaux (11) et possède un diamètre intérieur qui est légèrement plus petit que le diamètre moyen des têtes (C) des sucettes (CP), ce corps tubulaire étant fait en matériau légèrement élastique et ayant une rainure longitudinale (42) possédant au moins à une de ses extrémités une portion évasée (43) qui augmente sa largeur jusqu'à ce qu'elle est reliée à l'extrémité ouverte du corps tubulaire (41), cet accessoire de chargement (40) étant capable d'être rempli de sucettes (CP) à travers cette au moins une portion évasée (43, 44) en laissant les têtes (C) retenues par la pression élastique à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire et les bâtonnets (P) dépassant à travers cette rainure (42) longitudinale; ensuite il est inséré lorsqu'il est plein dans un sillon vertical (11); et retiré du sillon vertical (11) tant que la sucette (CP) qui se trouve à la partie supérieure sera retenue en laissant ainsi toutes les sucettes (CP) entassées à l'intérieur du sillon vertical (11),
