Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Fördern eines Beschichtungsmaterials in einer programmgesteuerten mehrachsigen Beschichtungsmaschine mit einer Applikationsvorrichtung (3),
bei dem das Beschichtungsmaterial der Applikationsvorrichtung (3) durch mindestens eine innerhalb der Beschichtungsmaschine gemolchte Versorgungsleitung (5A, 5B) zugeführt wird, die an ein Versorgungssystem angeschlossen ist,
und bei dem das Beschichtungsmaterial durch eine Verbindungsleitung (4A, 4B) gefördert wird, die zwischen der gemolchten Versorgungsleitung (5A, 5B) und der Applikationsvorrichtung (3) durch den Innenraum einer Gelenkkonstruktion (2) der Beschichtungsmaschine hindurchgeführt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beschichtungsmaterial durch Verformen eines an seinem Umfang von einem Druckmedium beaufschlagten Schlauchs (42) der Verbindungsleitung (4A, 4B) durch die Gelenkkonstruktion (2) gefördert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das nach einem Beschichtungsvorgang in der Verbindungsleitung (4A, 4B) verbliebene Beschichtungsmaterial durch Verformen der Verbindungsleitung bis in die gemolchte Versorgungsleitung (5A, 5B) zurückgedrückt und von dort in Richtung zu dem Versorgurigssystem zurückgemolcht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenumfang eines Innenschlauchs (42) der Verbindungsleitung (4A) zu dessen Verformung durch ein Druckmedium beaufschlagt wird, das zwischen den Innenschlauch (42) und einen den Innenschlauch (42) koaxial umgebenden Mantel (41) geleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beschichtungsmaterial durch Verformung der Verbindungsleitung (4A, 4B) von der Beschichtungsvorrichtung (3) durch ein Handgelenk (2) der Beschichtungsmaschine, an dem die Beschichtungsvorrichtung (3) montiert ist, hindurch bis zu einer Molchstation (6) zurückgedrückt wird, die sich auf der der Beschichtungsvorrichtung (3) abgewandten Seite des Handgelenks (2) in der Nähe der Beschichtungsvorrichtung (3) in oder an einem Arm (1) der Beschichtungsmaschine befindet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in der Verbindungsleitung (4A, 4B) verbliebene Beschichtungsmaterial nach jedem Farbwechsel des Beschichtungsmaterials zurückgedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer ersten Verbindungsleitung (4A) verbliebenes Beschichtungsmaterial in Richtung zu der gemolchten Versorgungsleitung (5A) zurückgedrückt wird, während ein anderes Beschichtungsmaterial durch eine parallel zu der ersten Verbindungsleitung (4A) durch die Gelenkkonstruktion (2) hindurchgeführte zweite Verbindungsleitung (4B) in Richtung zu der Applikationsvorrichtung (3) gefördert wird.
- Programmgesteuerte mehrachsige Beschichtungsmaschine, insbesondere Roboter, für eine Applikationsvorrichtung (3) zur serienweisen Beschichtung von Werkstücken
mit mindestens einer in einen Arm (1) der Beschichtungsmaschine hineingeführten gemolchten Versorgungsleitung (5A, 5B) und mit einer von der Versorgungsleitung durch den Innenraum einer Gelenkkonstruktion (2) der Beschichtungsmaschine zu der Beschichtungsvorrichtung (3) führenden Verbindungsleitung (4A, 4B),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einrichtung (11, 14) vorgesehen ist, mit der ein Schlauch (42) der Verbindungsleitung (4A, 4B) durch Beaufschlagung seines Außenumfangs mit einem Druckmedium verformbar ist, und dass durch die Verformung in dem Bereich zwischen der Applikationsvorrichtung (3) und einer auf der der Applikationsvorrichtung abgewandten Seite der Gelenkkonstruktion (2) befindlichen Molchstation (6) in der Verbindungsleitung (4A, 4B) befindliches Beschichtungsmaterial aus dieser herausdrückbar ist. - Beschichtungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verformbare Verbindungsleitung (4A, 4B) durch ein insbesondere mehrachsiges Handgelenk (2) der Beschichtungsmaschine, an dem die Beschichtungsvorrichtung (3) montiert ist, hindurchgeführt und auf der der Beschichtungsvorrichtung abgewandten Seite des Handgelenks (2) in dessen Nähe an die in einem Arm (1) der Beschichtungsmaschine angeordnete Molchstation (6) der gemolchten Versorgungsleitung (5A, 5B) angeschlossen ist.
- Beschichtungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb der Gelenkkonstruktion (2) ein Innenschlauch (42) der Verbindungsleitung (4A, 4B) koaxial von einem rohr- oder schlauchförmigen Mantel (41) umschlossen ist, in den das Druckmedium zum Leerdrücken der Verbindungsleitung (4A, 4B) geleitet wird, wobei der Innenschlauch (42) und der Mantel (41) derart ausgebildet sind, dass bei der Druckbeaufschlagung nur der Innenschlauch (42) nachgibt.
- Beschichtungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei durch ihre Verformung entleerbare Verbindungsleitungen (4A, 4B) parallel zueinander durch die Gelenkkonstruktion (2) hindurchgeführt sind.
