Abstract
Description
- modifier l'esthétique des dispositifs de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit comportant un applicateur,
- permettre le transport aisé de ces dispositifs dans un sac à main,
- créer une nouvelle gestuelle de rechargement en produit de l'applicateur à chaque utilisation,
- homogénéiser, le cas échéant, le produit contenu dans le dispositif et destiné à être prélevé par l'applicateur ou destiné à alimenter ce dernier, une telle homogénéisation étant avantageuse notamment pour les produits comportant plusieurs phases non miscibles, par exemple deux, voire trois phases différentes ou plus,
- modifier la texture du produit et sa rhéologie si nécessaire, notamment pour des produits thixotropes,
- faciliter le chargement de l'applicateur avec une quantité prédéfinie de produit à chaque utilisation,
- assurer à chaque utilisation la même qualité de produit,
- permettre le cas échéant de contrôler la quantité de produit dont se charge l'applicateur,

- Dispositif (1) de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit (P), comportant :un récipient (10, 20 ; 110, 120) pour contenir le produit (P), ce récipient comportant :une première partie (10 ; 110) et une deuxième partie (20 ; 120), la deuxième partie (20 ; 120) étant entraínable en rotation par l'utilisateur relativement à la première partie (10 ; 110),un applicateur (2 ; 102),
la première partie (10 ; 110) définissant au moins une contre-surface (46 ; 146) en regard de laquelle ladite surface (40 ; 140) peut venir au moins partiellement, au terme de la rotation de la deuxième partie. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la première (10 ; 110) et la deuxième partie (20 ; 120) coopèrent par encliquetage.

- Dispositif de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit à appliquer sur la peau, les muqueuses ou les phanères, comportant :un récipient pour contenir le produit, ce récipient comportant une première partie et une deuxième partie pouvant tourner relativement à la première autour d'un axe de rotation,un applicateur pouvant se fixer de manière amovible sur l'une desdites parties, de manière excentrée relativement à l'axe de rotation, l'applicateur comportant un élément d'application disposé dans le récipient de manière à se déplacer au contact du produit présent dans le récipient lorsque les deux parties tournent l'une relativement à l'autre.
- Ensemble (300) comportant un dispositif tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et un récipient contenant au moins un composé additionnel à ajouter au produit contenu dans le dispositif
