Dabei wird, gesteuert durch die Steuereinheit 21, die Antriebseinheit 20 gestoppt und damit die Bewegung des Saugbandes 3 unterbrochen, wenn die Vorderkante des als Letztbogen 19 ermittelten Folgebogens 18 an den Vordermarken 15 anlegt. Dabei kann die Antriebseinheit 20 so gestoppt werden, dass der Letztbogen 19 mit einer geringeren Überdrückung an den Vordermarken 15 anlegt. Gleichzeitig oder unmittelbar vor dem Anlegen bzw. innerhalb des Arbeitstaktes, in dem der Transport des Letztbogens 19 erfolgt, wird über die Steuereinheit 21 die Unterdruckzufuhr zum unteren Saugkasten 8 mittels der Stelleinheit 11 unterbrochen und die Entlüftungsklappe 12 durch die Stelleinrichtung 13 geöffnet. Claims (9)

  1. Device for feeding an imbricated sheet flow from a sheet stack of a sheet feeder to a feed table (2), which is equipped with front marks, of a sheet processing machine, with a belt table (1) provided with at least one suction belt (3), which is driven to circulate and guides the sheets and which is disposed in operative connection with at least two suction boxes (7; 8) which are arranged in series and can be loaded independently of one another with suction air by way of a respective suction air feed (9, 10), as well as with means for detection and recognition of a last sheet (19) of the sheet flow, with a control unit (21) and with a drive unit (20) associated with the suction belt (3), wherein a ventilating device is associated with the lower suction box (8), characterised in that the control unit (21) controls the drive unit (20) and means for stopping the drive unit (20) of the suction belt (3) after detection and recognition of the last sheet (19) of the sheet flow and after laying of the last sheet (19) by the front edge against the front marks (15) are provided.
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the suction air feed to the lower suction box (8) can be regulated by means of a setting unit (11).
  3. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the setting unit (11) is actuable during the working cycle, which leads the last sheet (19) to the front marks (15), for interrupting the suction air feed.
  4. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that a ventilating flap (12) actuable by a setting device (13) is provided as ventilating device.
  5. Device according to claims 2 and 4, characterised in that both the actuation of the setting unit (11) and the actuation of the setting device (13) are possible within one working cycle.
  6. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that a double sheet checking device (16) is provided as means for detecting and recognising the last sheet (19).
  7. Device according to claim 6, characterised in that a signal can be generated and fed to the control unit (21) in the detection of the last sheet (19) by the double sheet checking device (16).
  8. Device according to preceding claims 2 and 4, characterised in that the control unit (21) is connected with the setting unit (11) and the setting device (13).
  9. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that laying of the last sheet (19) is carried out with a slight excess pressing.
