Claims (20)
- Verfahren zur Fremdkörperabscheidung aus einem Tabakstrom (16), wobei der Tabakstrom (16) unmittelbar in den Bereich einer Fremdkörpererkennungsvorrichtung (20, 22, 46) mit Druckluft (12) gefördert wird, und wobei mittels der Fremdkörpererkennungsvorrichtung (20, 22, 46) anhand wenigstens einer Eigenschaft Fremdkörper (17) im Tabakstrom (16) erkannt und anschließend aus dem Tabakstrom (16) entfernt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fremdkörpererkennung mittels einer Erfassung der Helligkeit, der Form und/oder der Farbe der in dem Tabakstrom (16) enthaltenen Objekte (16, 17) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Geschwindigkeit des Tabakstroms (16) zwischen 17 und 30 m/s ist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tabakstrom (16) quer zur Förderrichtung (28) auseinander gezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tabakstrom quer zur Förderrichtung verjüngt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fremdkörper (17) mit Druckluft oder einem Fluidstrom aus dem Tabakstrom (16) entfernt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach der Fremdkörpererkennung der Tabakstrom (16) mittels Saugluft (12) weitergefördert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tabakstrom (16) wenigstens teilweise im Wesentlichen horizontal gefördert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tabakstrom (16) wenigstens teilweise im Wesentlichen vertikal gefördert wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Fremdkörperabscheidung aus einem Tabakstrom (16), mit einer den Tabak (16) zu einer Fremdkörpererkennungsvorrichtung (20, 22, 46) zuführenden Vorrichtung (Zuführvorrichtung (10)) und einer Fremdkörperabscheidevorrichtung (23, 42), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführvorrichtung (10) zur Förderung des Tabakstroms (16) eine Druckluftquelle (3) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Zuführvorrichtung (10) ein Druckluftstrom (11) zur Förderung des Tabakstroms (16) herrscht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführvorrichtung (10) einen im Querschnitt geschlossenen Kanal (14) umfasst, in dem der Tabakstrom (16) förderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzelchnet, dass Tabak (16) über eine Schleuse (13) in den Druckluftstrom (11) förderbar ist.
