Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de commande d'appareil de cuisson utilisé pour maintenir la performance de cuisson et réduire la consommation d'énergie d'un appareil de cuisson. Ledit appareil comprend un dispositif de chauffage (2) utilisé pour cuire, un ventilateur (3) permettant de transférer la chaleur dudit dispositif de chauffage (2), un moteur (4) destiné au fonctionnement du ventilateur (3), un ou plusieurs thermostat(s) (7) permettant de déterminer la température à l'intérieur de l'appareil et un ou plusieurs entonnoir(s) (5) permettant de transférer l'air dans l'appareil de cuisson (1).
