In fact, an excessive deformation of the transverse bottom walls 9, 17 might affect air flow tightness and cause an early wear of the covering element 6.

  • the vertical motion of the movable profile 3 is stopped by the floor T when passing from the raised position to the lowered position, and is stopped by one or more abutment surfaces 22 integral with the fixed profile 2, when passing from the lowered position to the raised position.
  • the abutment surfaces 22 may extend from the inner surfaces of the vertical walls 14 of the fixed profile 2.
  • the movement means 4 include a plunger 23, which is totally inside the fixed profile 2 and can slide longitudinally to actuate the articulated mechanisms 10.
  • the plunger 23 is further fitted with an end member 24, which is shaped to come in contact with a post S of the door P.
  • the end member 24 has a face 25 which is designed to rest on the post S of the door P.
  • the face 25 may have a slight bulge, as shown in FIG. 9, or be substantially straight, as shown in FIG. 10; in both cases, the design of the face 25 will allow the latter to come in contact with a substantially straight post S and will not require the use of additional components fitted on the post.
  • the device according to the invention fulfils the predetermined objects and particularly the presence and design of the covering element having elastic and shock absorbing properties provide a highly noiseless and regular operation, while avoiding undesired noise and stick-slip motion.
  • the movable profile may be displaced vertically without contacting the vertical walls of the fixed profile, and rotate slightly upon contact with the floor, a frictionless motion is provided during the vertical travel thereof, as well as a high air and noise-tightness when the movable profile is in the lowered position.

Claims (14)

  1. Zugluft ausschließende Vorrichtung (1), insbesondere für Türen und ähnliche Rahmen, aufweisend ein festes Profil (2) mit einer hohlen, nach unten offenen Form, das an der Unterseite (B) einer Türe (P) befestigbar ist, ein bewegbares Profil (3), das wenigstens teilweise in das feste Profil (2) einsetzbar ist und einen im Wesentlichen steifen Körper (5) besitzt, Bewegungsmittel (4), die das bewegbare Profil betätigen, um es zwischen einer angehobenen Stellung, in der es von dem Boden (T) bei geöffneter Türe (P) beabstandet ist, und einer abgesenkten Stellung, in der es den Boden (T) bei geschlossener Türe (P) kontaktiert, zu bewegen, wobei das feste Profil (2) und der steife Körper (5) im Wesentlichen "U"-förmig geformte, in Querrichtung verlaufende Bereiche besitzen, die einander gegenüberliegen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet ,
    daß die Vorrichtung ein Abdeckungselement (6) umfaßt, das ein Paar im Wesentlichen flacher seitlicher Wandungen (7) besitzt, die mit einer in Querrichtung verlaufenden oberen Wandung (8) verbunden sind und mit wenigstens einer ersten in Querrichtung verlaufenden bodenseitigen Wandung (9) einen im Wesentlichen geschlossenen Abschnitt ausbilden, wobei das feste Profil (2) ein Paar vertikaler Wandungen (14) besitzt, die zwischen ihren inneren Oberflächen (15) einen Zwischenraum (DF) besitzen, der leicht größer als die maximale Breite des bewegbaren Profils (3) ist, um bei dessen Bewegung aus der angehobenen Position in die abgesenkte Position ein freies Gleiten zu ermöglichen, wobei das bewegbare Profil (3) das äußere Abdeckungselement (6) umfaßt, das aus einem elastisch federnden Material mit einem im Wesentlichen geschlossenen Querschnitt besteht, wobei in dessen Inneren der im Wesentlichen steife Körper (5) aufgenommen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Wandungen (7) des Abdeckungselementes (6) eine Vielzahl von in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Vorsprüngen oder Rippen (16) besitzen, die dazu geeignet sind, mit den inneren Oberflächen (15) der vertikalen Wandungen (14) des festen Profils (2) während des Schließens der Türe (P) in einen dichtenden Kontakt zu gelangen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdeckungselement (6) sich über wenigstens die gesamte Länge (M) des steifen Körpers (5) erstreckt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bewegungsmittel (4) einen Gelenkmechanismus (10) oder mehrere Gelenkmechanismen (10) umfaßt, um das bewegbare Profil (3) in einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Bewegung parallel zu sich selbst zu führen, wodurch ermöglicht wird, daß das bewegbare Profil (3) bei einem Kontakt mit dem Boden (T) während des Schließens der Türe (P) leicht um eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Achse (L) rotiert.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdeckungselement (6) eine Öffnung (13) oder mehrere Öffnungen (13) mit einer vorbestimmten, in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Breite besitzt, um den Durchlaß des Bewegungsmittels (4) zu ermöglichen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (13) in der in Querrichtung verlaufenden oberen Wandung (8) des Abdeckungselementes (6) ausgebildet sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikalen Wandungen (14) des festen Profils (2) an den inneren Oberflächen (15) eine oder mehrere Anschlagflächen (22) besitzen, die dazu geeignet sind, mit dem Abdeckungselement (6) in Kontakt zu gelangen und das bewegbare Profil in der vertikalen Bewegung zu verriegeln.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdeckungselement eine zweite in Querrichtung verlaufende bodenseitige Wandung (17) besitzt, die für ein Kontaktieren des Bodens (T) vorgesehen ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite in Querrichtung verlaufende bodenseitige Wandung (17) im Wesentlichen mit einem vorbestimmten Krümmungsradius und einer in Richtung des Bodens (T) orientierten Konvexität gekrümmt ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite in Querrichtung verlaufende bodenseitige Wandung (17) in Längsrichtung verlaufende Vorsprünge (18) für ein Anstoßen gegen den Boden (T) besitzt.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdeckungselement (6) wenigstens einen eingreifenden Anhang (19) besitzt, der in entsprechende in Längsrichtung verlaufende Ausnehmungen (20) des steifen Körpers (5) einsetzbar ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine eingreifende Anhang (19) eine im Wesentlichen "T"-förmige Form besitzt, die sich von der ersten in Querrichtung verlaufenden bodenseitigen Wandung (9) des Abdeckungselementes (6) aus erstreckt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eingreifende Anhang (19) an der oberen Oberfläche (21) der ersten in Querrichtung verlaufenden bodenseitigen Wandung (9) positioniert ist, um dessen Eingriff mit dem steifen Körper (5) zu stabilisieren und dessen Deformation in Querrichtung einzuschränken.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bewegungsmittel einen Kolben beinhaltet, der ein geformtes Endelement für eine Kontaktierung eines flachen Pfostens (S) der Türe (P) besitzt.
