Claims (12)
- Mehradriger Verseilverband für ein längswasserdichtes Nachrichtenkabel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verseilverband von einem längseinlaufenden Band (3) aus einem bei Wasserzutritt quellendem Material umhüllt ist und zumindest eine der Längskanten (3a) des Bandes (3) in den zwischen den Adern befindlichen Zwickel des Verseilverbandes eindringt.
- Mehradriger Verseilverband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (3) aus einem Vlies besteht.
- Mehradriger Verseilverband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (3) aus Zellulose besteht.
- Mehradriger Verseilverband nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (3) aus Isolierpapier besteht.
- Mehradriger Verseilverband nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (3) eine Wanddicke von 0,05 bis 0,25 mm aufweist.
- Mehradriger Verseilverband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verseilverband ein Sternvierer ist und die Adern kunststoffisolierte Adern sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mehradrigen Verseilverbandes für ein längswasserdichtes Nachrichtenkabel, bei welchem mehrere isolierte Adern von Vorratsspulen abgezogen, in einen Nippel eingeführt und hinter dem Nippel auf eine Spule auflaufen, welche um eine quer zu ihrer Drehachse verlaufende Achse kontinuierlich gedreht wird und dabei eine Verseilung der Adern zwischen dem Nippel und der Spule erzeugt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallel zu den Adern ein Band aus einem bei Wasserzutritt quellenden Material in den Nippel eingeführt wird, welches so geformt wird, daß es die Adern umhüllt und zumindest eine Längskante des Bandes in den von den Adern gebildeten Zwickel eindringt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band ein Vlies ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band aus Zellulose besteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band aus Isolierpapier besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von einer Vorratsspule abgezogene Band in einer Formeinrichtung derart verformt wird, daß einer der Längskantenbereiche abgekantet wird, der abgekantete Bereich vor dem Einlauf in den Nippel zwischen zwei Adern angeordnet wird und der übrige Bereich des Bandes vor oder im Nippel um das Aderbündel herumgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das den Verseilverband umhüllende Band durch Kleben fixiert wird.
