Der Kurierdienst bietet seinen Kunden via Internet eine WWW gestützte Abfragemöglichkeit an, wo der Kunde die Identifikation der zu verfolgenden Sendung in einer Web-Form eingeben kann, und daraufhin die verfügbaren Sendungsverfolgungsinformationen zeitnah erhalten soll. Üblich ist mithin eine Abfragemöglichkeit für Einzelsendungen. Dieses pull-Verfahren ist unpraktikabel, wenn größere Mengen Postsendungen verschickt werden, wie es beim Betrieb von Frankiermaschinen üblich ist. Einem Kunden ist schwer zuzumuten auch nur einige aus der Vielzahl seiner maschinell frankierten Sendungen manuell über eine Einzelabfrage per WWW (World Wide Web) zu verfolgen. Für größere Datenmengen ergibt sich ein entsprechend hoher Zeit- und Kostenaufwand.
Aus US 6.208.910 B1 ist ebenfalls bekannt, dass eine Information über den während der Postbeförderung des Poststückes erreichten Ort über GPS ermittelt wird.
Die Informationsverarbeitungsmittel sind betriebsmäßig mit der Benutzerschnittstelle, mit einer Kommunikationsschnittstelle, mit einem Programmspeicher für ein Anwendungsprogramm, einem ersten nichtflüchtigen Speicher für PTI und einem zweiten nichtflüchtigen Speicher für Bedingungen verbunden, welche auf die Dienstleistung bezogen sind. Zur Postsendungsidentifikation wird eine am Absenderort aufbringbare Kennung verwendet, die keine Adressinformation über den Absender, und ebensowenig Information über den Ort oder die Zeit der Frankierung oder der Aufgabe des Poststücks enthält. Beispielsweise wird eine zufällig gewählte Zahl oder eine fortlaufende bzw. monoton an- oder absteigende Zahl in einem entfernten Dienstleistungsserver erzeugt und sowohl zum Dienstleistungsgerät als auch zum Postdatenzentrum übermittelt, um die Postsendungsverfolgung zu ermöglichen.
Der von dem Dienstleistungsgerät entfernte Dienstleistungsserver fragt das Postdatenzentrum in Zeitabständen bezüglich einer Aktualisierung durch die neuesten PTI ab. Typische Beispiele für eine PTI sind a) Tracking Information und b) Zustellungsbestätigung.
Während durch o.g. im Beispiel a) Tracking Information indirekt mitgeteilt wird, dass die Postbeförderung noch nicht abgeschlossen ist, zeigt o.g. b) Zustellungsbestätigung deren erfolgreichen Abschluss an. Die abgefragten PTI werden vom Dienstleistungsserver über eine Kommunikationsverbindung zum Empfangsort übermittelt. Am Empfangsort ist ein geeignetes Dienstleistungsgerät durch ein Anwendungsprogramm programmiert, die PTI ohne gesonderte Anfrage seitens des Berechtigten zu sammeln, auszuwerten, aufzubereiten und anzuzeigen. Die PTI-Übermittlung erfolgt bei jeder Kommunikation des Dienstleistungsservers mit demjenigen Dienstleistungsgerät automatisch, dass den Empfang einer PTI signalisieren bzw. selbsttätig den Berechtigten benachrichtigen soll. Dafür kann die Kommunikation mit Herstellerdatenzentrum in Verbindung mit anderen Dienstleistungen genutzt werden.

Das Postal Tracking System 310 stellt für jede Sendung aller unterstützten Sendungsarten auf Anfrage PTI (Postsendungs-Transportverfolgungs-Informationen) über den Beförderungsfortschritt bereit. Unterstützte Sendungsarten sind typischerweise Einschreiben, Päckchen oder Pakete. Dafür wird jeder Sendung bei der Freimachung eine ID aufgeprägt, die wir im folgenden Sendungs-ID (SID) nennen. Die bevorzugte Realisierung der Kennung von Sendungen erfolgt vorzugshalber über einen Barcode, der sicher maschinell gelesen und ausgewertet werden kann. Das soll alternative Möglichkeiten aber nicht ausschließen, wie beispielsweise:
Die Frankiermaschinen bringen SID's maschinenlesbar als Barcode, OCR, o.ä. auf Postsendungen auf, so dass das Postal Tracking System diese fehlerfrei lesen kann und nach Einlieferung der Sendungen bis zu ihrer Zustellung PTI erstellen und über die Verbindung 250 an das Hersteller-Datenzentrum 210 liefern kann.

Im Schritt A2 registriert die Steuereinheit der Frankiermaschine eine Alert-Flag-Eingabe für die aktuelle Sendung, vorteilhaft in einem definierten Zeitintervall vor der Frankierung. Die Steuereinheit der Frankiermaschine generiert dann laut einem Schritt A3 eine SID für die aktuelle Sendung und veranlasst gemäß einem Schritt A4 den Abdruck der SID auf der Oberfläche der aktuellen Sendung zusammen bzw. im gleichen Arbeitsschritt mit der Frankierung. Im Schritt A5 erzeugt die Steuereinheit der Frankier-maschine einen Datensatz mit der SID, mit Datum und Frankierzeit. Im optionalen Schritt A6 fügt die Steuereinheit der Frankiermaschine dem Datensatz gemäß einer Eingabe die Default/Alert-Bedingung und/oder die Alert-Methode oder automatisch hinzu. Im Schritt A7 schreibt die Steuereinheit der Frankiermaschine einen neuen Datensatz in einen nicht-flüchtigen Speicher.
Vorteilhaft werden bei der oben beschriebenen Ausführungsvariante die vorhandenen Hardware- und Software-Mittel einer Frankiermaschine einerseits und die Möglichkeiten der Datenzentrale beim Frankiermaschinenhersteller andererseits sowie die Möglichkeiten des Postdatenzentrums des Postbeförderers genutzt. Die kosten- und zeitaufwendige PTI-Abfrage beim Postdatenzentrum wird automatisiert und einem Server der Datenzentrale beim Frankiermaschinenhersteller überlassen, der die PTI nach Frankiermaschinen-Seriennummern sortiert und darauf wartet, die Daten bei einer gelegentlichen Kommunikation mit den Benutzern in die Frankiermaschine herunterzuladen, d.h. ohne dass dadurch die Benutzer belästigt werden. Die im Anwendungsprogramm enthaltene Routine läuft vollständig im Hintergrund ab.
Es folgt eine Liste von möglichen Kommunikationsendgeräten, durch die der Benutzer an der Schnittstelle (150) benachrichtigt werden kann:

Das Hersteller-Datenzentrum (Vendor Data Center) 210 ist mit mindestens einem Server 220 ausgestattet, der über eine WAN Verbindung 150 (zum Beispiel Internet, Frame Relay, etc.) einerseits mit den Kunden und andererseits über eine WAN Verbindung 250 mit dem verteilten Serversystem (Postal Tracking System) 310 einer Postbehörde 300 verbunden ist. Das Hersteller-Datenzentrum (Vendor Data Center) 210 ist zum Beispiel mit einem Server Cluster ausgestattet und umfasst weiterhin einen Modem-Server 230 oder ein ähnliches Kommunikationsgerät, um für die Modems der Frankiermaschinen über das Telefonnetz 140 erreichbar zu sein, sowie ein Datenbankmanagementsystem (DBMS) 240, um vom Postal Tracking System übermittelte PTI zu sammeln, aufzubereiten und bei Abfrage an den betreffenden Kunden weiterzugeben.
Gegenüber dem - anhand der Figur 3 erläuterten - Grundverfahren werden einige Schritte im Grundverfahren mit Online Feedback nach Figur 5 wie folgt verändert:
Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass der Schritt Ab) zur Übermittlung einer Information über die Eingabe von dem Dienstleistungsgerät 110 an das Hersteller-Datenzentrum 210 in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen wiederholt wird. Beispielsweise werden Alert-Flag, Alert-Conditions, sowie die gewünschte Alert-Method am Ende jedes Tages, von dem Dienstleistungsgerät über die Kommunikationsschnittstelle 150 an das Hersteller-Datenzentrum 210 gemeldet. Das Dienstleistungsgerät ist beispielsweise die Frankiermaschine 110. Alternativ ist das Dienstleistungsgerät beispielsweise ein Personalcomputer (PC).
In diesem Fall wird die Schnittstelle 150 durch das Internet realisiert. Die durch den Schalter 119 symbolisierte Auswahl betrifft eine Option für ein e-mail Client Protokoll z.B. POP, S/MIME, MS-OUTLOOK, etc.
In diesen Fällen hat der Benutzer typischerweise ein Auftragsmanagementsystem, in dem er auch die Sendungen, die zu einem Auftrag gehören, verfolgen möchte. In diesem Fall kann das Grundverfahren in das Auftrags-Management-System (z.B. SAP) beim Benutzer integriert werden, indem analog der bereits beschriebenen Art und Weise eine Online Kommunikationsschnittstelle zum Hersteller Datenzentrum 210 genutzt wird.
Die Frankiermaschine 110 ist über eine Kommunikationsschnittstelle 116 mit einem Frankiermaschinen-Unterstützungs-Personalcomputer 120 verbunden, der wiederum eine Online-Kommunikationsschnittstelle 150 zum Hersteller-Datenzentrum 210 besitzt. Der Frankiermaschinen-Support-PC 120 hat seiner Funktion nach nichts mit dem Administrations-PC zu tun, der oben im vorangehenden Ausführungsbeispiel (Fig.2) als optionale Konfigurationshilfe vorgeschlagen wurde, sondern hat eine Kommunikationsschnittstelle 125 zum Auftrags-Management-System 130 des Benutzers. Sind beide Funktionen gewünscht, so ist vorgesehen, dass die Frankiermaschinen-Unterstützungs- und Administrations-Funktionen auf demselben physischen Personalcomputer implementiert vorliegen.
Der Benutzer wählt die Sendungsart und als Alert Method für alle Sendungen des Stapels die Benachrichtigung des FM-Support PC, z.B. durch e-mail. Nun schickt der Benutzer den Stapel durch die Freimachung in der Frankiermaschine. Während der Stapelverarbeitung wird von jedem zugeführten Umschlag die Auftragsnummer mittels Scanner abgelesen, eine SID ausgewählt, abgedruckt und anschließend der Datensatz aus Auftragsnummer, SID, Frankierdatum, Frankierzeit, Sendungsart (Einschreiben, Päckchen, etc.), Alert Flag und Alert Method in der Frankiermaschine 110 gespeichert. Die Datensätze werden über die Schnittstelle 116 an den FM-Support PC 120 übermittelt und von dort über die Schnittstelle 125 an das Auftrags Management System 130 weitergeleitet. Die Übermittlung kann für jeden Datensatz sofort erfolgen oder in gesammelter Form, wobei mehrere Datensätze in der Frankiermaschine 110 und/oder im FM-Support PC gesammelt werden und anschließend paketweise an das Auftrags Management System übermittelt werden.
- Separate physische Taste integriert in das Tastenfeld der Frankiermaschine,
- Separate virtuelle Taste integriert in einen Touchscreen,
- Kurzwahltaste,
- Separates Touchpad oder physische Taste in räumlicher Nähe zum Brieftransportweg,
- Mobiles Mikrofon, das am Körper des Benutzers getragen werden kann mit nachgeschalteter akustischer Auswertung, so dass der Benutzer durch ein vereinbartes klar gesprochenes Kommando wie z.B. ,Alert' ein Alert-Flag setzen kann.
- Auslösen eines elektrischen oder optischen Kontakts (Lichtschranke) durch Berühren der gewünschten Sendung oder Zeigen darauf, während sich das Poststück noch im Brieftransport vor dem Aufdruck befindet.
Claims (31)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung der Nutzung einer vom Postsystem bereitgestellten Dienstleistung zur Verfolgung und Überwachung von Postsendungen umfassend folgende Schritte:A) Steuerung der Auslösung eines Dienstleistungsauftrages im Ergebnis einer Benutzereingabe zur Verfolgung von transportierten Postsendungen und zur Verarbeitung von Postsendungstransportverfolgungsinformationen (PTI) im Dienstleistungsgerät (110) und Voreinstellen der Signalisierungsbedingungen,B) Erzeugen und Speichern von Datensätzen mit Signalisierungsbedingungen in Verbindung mit einem Frankieren von Poststücken und einem Aufbringen der zugehörigen Postsendungsidentifikation (SID) an einem ersten Ort (100),C) Postbeförderung und PTI-Bereitstellung an einem dritten Ort (300),D) automatischer PTI-Abruf von dem dritten Ort (300) und Speicherung an einem zweiten Ort (200),E) Datenverarbeitung der PTI am zweiten Ort (200) und Datenübermittelung zurück zum Benutzer sowieF) Benachrichtigung des Benutzers durch Signalisierung des Vorliegens der PTI entsprechend der voreingestellten Signalisierungsbedingungen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt A) die Auslösung mindestens das Setzen von Alert-Flags und von Signalisierungsbedingungen zugehörig zur Befördererinformation sowie eine Bereitstellung einer durch eine Maschine aufbringbaren Postsendungsidentifikation (SID) umfasst,
dass der Schritt C) eine Abtastung der auf den Poststücken aufgebrachtem Postsendungsidentifikation (SID), ein Erzeugen und Speichern der zum Poststück zugehörigen Postsendungstransportverfolgungsinformation (PTI) durch ein Postdatenzentrum des Postbeförderers an dem dritten Ort (300) entfernt vom ersteren Ort des Frankierens umfasst, dass der Schritt D) einen PTI-Abruf aus dem Postdatenzentrum aufgrund von Informationen eines Dienstleistungsservers (220) des Dienstleistungsgeräteherstellers und eine PTI-Speicherung in einer Datenbank des Dienstleistungsservers (220) am zweiten Ort (200) entfernt vom ersteren Ort des Frankierens umfasst,
dass der Schritt E) ein Anfordern einer Datenübermittelung im Rahmen einer zweiten Dienstleistung für ein Dienstleistungsgerät des Kunden unabhängig von Postsendungstransportverfolgungsinformationen (PTI) vom Dienstleistungsserver des Dienstleistungsgeräteherstellers umfasst, wobei sich das Dienstleistungsgerät des Kunden durch Identifikationsdaten identifiziert und ein Übermitteln der Postsendungstransportverfolgungsinformationen (PTI) vom Dienstleistungsserver (220) des Dienstleistungsgeräteherstellers vom zweiten Ort zum Dienstleistungsgerät am ersteren Ort des Frankierens in Verbindung mit der Nutzung der zweiten Dienstleistung oder ein Übermitteln der Postsendungstransportverfolgungsinformationen (PTI) an ein weiteres Dienstleistungsgerät an einem weiteren Ort umfasst, sowie
dass der Schritt F) einen Datenabgleich im Dienstleistungsgerät am ersteren Ort des Frankierens oder an dem weiteren Ort einschließt. - Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt A) folgende Subschritte umfasst:A1 ) Bereitstellen einer Eingabemöglichkeit zum Setzen eines Alert-Flags für aktuelle Postsendungen via Benutzerschnittstelle,A2) Registrieren der Alert-Flag-Eingabe für die aktuelle Sendung durch eine Steuereinheit,A3) Generierung einer SID für die aktuelle Sendung durch die Steuereinheit,A4) Veranlassung des Abdrucken der SID auf der Oberfläche der aktuellen Sendung zusammen bzw. im gleichen Arbeitsschritt mit der Frankierung undA5) Erzeugen eines Datensatzes mit der SID, mit Datum und Frankierzeit durch die Steuereinheit.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt A) folgende weitere Subschritte umfasst:A6) automatisches Hinzufügen der Default/Alert-Bedingung und/oder die Alert-Methode zu dem Datensatz durch die Steuereinheit gemäß einer Eingabe oder Alert-Flag-Eingabe für die aktuelle Sendung in einem definierten Zeitintervall vor der Frankierung,A7) Einschreiben eines neuen Datensatzes in einen nichtflüchtigen Speicher durch die Steuereinheit.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der PTI-Abruf aus dem Postdatenzentrum nach Schritt D) umfasst:ein Übermitteln einer Information vom Dienstleistungsserver zum Postdatenzentrum über mindestens ein Teil der von den Kunden des Dienstleistungsservers aufgebrachten Postsendungsidentifikation(SID),ein Übermitteln der Postsendungstransportverfolgungsinformationen (PTI) vom Postdatenzentrum des Postbeförderers zum Dienstleistungsserver und Speichern der Postsendungstransportverfolgungsinformationen (PTI) in einer Datenbank des Dienstleistungsservers (220) am zweiten Ort, wobei das Speichern zugehörig zu Identifikationsdaten erfolgt, welche das Dienstleistungsgerät des Kunden identifizieren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Teil der von den Kunden eines Dienstleistungsservers aufgebrachten Postsendungsidentifikation (SID) ein Dienstleistungsgerät des Kunden identifiziert.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 5 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kennung im Dienstleistungsgerät selbst erzeugt wird, die eine Postsendungsidentifikation (SID) erlaubt und Daten zur Identifikation des Dienstleistungsgerätes enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannten Daten zur Identifikation in dem Dienstleistungsgerät des Kunden und in einer Datenbank des entfernten Dienstleistungsservers gespeichert sind und zum PTI-Abruf zum Postdatenzentrum übermittelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bereitstellung der durch eine Maschine aufbringbaren PostsendungsIdentifikation, nach Schritt A) umfasst, dass eine Kennung in einem entfernten Dienstleistungsserver erzeugt wird, die weder eine Adressinformation über den Absender noch eine Information über den Ort oder die Zeit der Frankierung oder der Aufgabe des Poststücks enthält und dass die Kennung sowohl zum Dienstleistungsgerät als auch zum Postdatenzentrum übermittelt wird, um die Postsendungsverfolgung zu ermöglichen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bereitstellung der durch eine Maschine aufbringbaren PostsendungsIdentifikation, nach Schritt A) umfasst, dass eine zufällig gewählte Zahl oder eine fortlaufende bzw. monoton an- oder absteigende Zahl in einem entfernten Dienstleistungsserver erzeugt und sowohl zum Dienstleistungsgerät als auch zum Postdatenzentrum übermittelt wird, um die Postsendungsverfolgung zu ermöglichen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der PTI-Abruf aus dem Postdatenzentrum nach Schritt D) umfasst, dass der von dem Dienstleistungsgerät entfernte Dienstleistungsserver das Postdatenzentrum in Zeitabständen bezüglich einer Aktualisierung durch die neuesten PTI automatisch abfragt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abgefragten PTI vom Dienstleistungsserver über eine Kommunikationsverbindung zum Dienstleistungsgerät an einem Empfangsort übermittelt werden, wobei das Dienstleistungsgerät durch ein geeignetes Anwendungsprogramm programmiert ist, die PTI ohne gesonderte Anfrage seitens des Berechtigten zu sammeln, auszuwerten, aufzubereiten und anzuzeigen, wobei der Empfang einer PTI signalisiert und der Berechtigte in vorbestimmter Weise benachrichtigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt A) folgende weitere Subschritte umfasst:Aa) Eingabe einer Information über ein ausgewähltes Signalisierungsverfahren zur Spezifizierung, auf welchem Weg bzw. Art und Weise die gewünschte PTI zum Benutzer übermittelt werden soll.Ab) Übermittlung einer Information über die Eingabe von Alert-Flag, der Signalisierungsbedingungen sowie des ausgewählten Signalisierungsverfahrens von dem Dienstleistungsgerät (110) an das Hersteller-Datenzentrum (210).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt Ab) zur Übermittlung einer Information über die Eingabe von dem Dienstleistungsgerät (110) an das Hersteller-Datenzentrum (210) in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen wiederholt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt Ab) zur Übermittlung einer Information über die Eingabe von dem Dienstleistungsgerät (110) an das Hersteller-Datenzentrum (210) am Ende jedes Tages über die Kommunikationsschnittstelle (150) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schritt B1) Speicherung der sendungsbezogenen Daten und danach ein Schritt B2) Übermittlung der sendungbezogenen Daten von dem Dienstleistungsgerät (110) an das Hersteller-Datenzentrum (210) erfolgt, vor deren Speicherung in einer Datenbank des DBMS (240).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Funktion des Dienstleistungsservers(220) im vierten Schritt D um eine sendungsbezogene Auswertung je Dienstleistungsgerät erweitert wird.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2 und 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Funktion des Dienstleistungsservers (220) im fünften Schritt E um eine zeitnahe Herstellung einer Kommunikationsverbindung vom Hersteller-Datenzentrum (210) zum Kommunikationsendgerät (111, 112, 113, 114, 115) des Benutzers erweitert wird, welche automatisch erfolgt, sobald neue PTI für frankierte und versandte Postsendungen bereitstehen oder
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2 und 13 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kommunikationsendgerät (111, 112, 113, 114, 115) die empfangene aktuelle PTI über eine Kommunikationsschnittstelle (118) an das Dienstleistungsgerät (110) überträgt, um sie dort zur Anzeige zu bringen.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Funktion des Kommunikationsendgerätes (111, 112, 113, 114, 115) in das Dienstleistungsgerät (110) integriert ist, welches selbst bereits Netzwerkanschluss und Internet-Fähigkeit bietet.
- Anordnung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, umfassend Informationsverarbeitungsmittel (2) und eine Benutzerschnittstelle (4) mit einer Anzeigeeinheit (10) und einer Bedienungseinheit (40), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienungseinheit (40) erste Bedienungselemente (41) zur Steuerung der Auslösung eines Dienstleistungsauftrages zur Verfolgung von transportierten Postsendungen und zweite Bedienungselemente (42) zur Verarbeitung von Postsendungstransportverfolgungsinformationen (PTI) aufweist, dass die Informationsverarbeitungsmittel (2), mit einem flüchtigen Speicher (50), mit einer Steuereinheit (60) und mit einem Programmspeicher (70) für ein Anwendungsprogramm ausgestattet und betriebsmäßig mit der Benutzerschnittstelle (4), mit einer ersten Kommunikationsschnittstelle (30) und einem nichtflüchtigen Speicher (20) für PTI und für Signalisierungsbedingungen verbunden sind, welche auf die Dienstleistung zur Sendungsverfolgung bezogen sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (1) Bestandteil eines Dienstleistungsgerätes ist, welches programmiert ist, nach dem Empfangen einer vom Dienstleistungsserver (220) während der Durchführung des Postversandes via der Kommunikationsschnittstelle (30) zurückgesendeten PTI, eine Informationsverarbeitung und Benachrichtigung des Benutzers im Ergebnis des Empfangens oder Nichtempfangens einer PTI entsprechend einer gewählten Voreinstellung über die Benachrichtigungsart zu steuern.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dienstleistungsgerät ein Signalelement (80) aufweist, das mit den Informationsverarbeitungsmitteln (2) verbunden ist, durch welche das Dienstleistungsgerät zur Benachrichtigung des Benutzers über einen verzögerten Poststücktransports programmiert ist, wenn innerhalb eines vereinbarten Zeitfensters ein Nichtempfangen einer PTI festgestellt wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dienstleistungsgerät eine Frankiermaschine(110) ist, deren Steuereinheit die Informationsverarbeitungsmittel (2) einschließen und die mit Druckermitteln verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes Auswahlmittel vorgesehen ist, welches zur Auswahl des Druckens eines Abschnittes des Druckbildes dient, welches die Postsendungsidentifikation enthält und dass das erste Auswahlmittel mit der Steuereinheit verbunden ist, welche die Druckermittel so steuert, dass der ausgewählte Abschnitt an eine fest zugewiesene vorbestimmte Position gedruckt wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der jeweilig ausgewählte einen Postbeförderer kennzeichnende Abschnitt (17) an eine erste und der jeweilig ausgewählte eine Postsendungsidentifikation kennzeichnende Abschnitt (15) an eine zweite Position gedruckt wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine zum Aufbringen der Postsendungsidentifikation eine Frankiermaschine und dass das Dienstleistungsgerät ein separates Kommunikationsendgerät ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dienstleistungsgerät ein Personalcomputer (120) ist und dass die Informationsverarbeitungsmittel ein Bestandteil einer Steuereinheit des Personalcomputers sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Personalcomputer (120) einerseits über eine erste Schnittstelle (116) mit einer Frankiermaschine (110) und andererseits über eine zweite Schnittstelle (125) mit einem Auftrags-Management-System (130) kommunikationsmäßig verbunden ist, wobei der Personalcomputer (120) eine Frankiermaschinen-Unterstützungs-Funktion aufweist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Frankiermaschinen-Unterstützungs- und Administrations-Funktionen auf demselben physischen Personalcomputer implementiert vorliegen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine zum Aufbringen der Postsendungsidentifikation eine Frankiermaschine und dass das Dienstleistungsgerät ein Personalcomputer ist, dass die Frankiermaschine eine empfangene aktuelle PTI über eine Kommunikationsschnittstelle (118) an den Personalcomputer überträgt, der einem Bildschirm hat, um sie zur Anzeige zu bringen und dass Administrations-Funktionen auf demselben Personalcomputer implementiert vorliegen.
