  • the presence of the clamping ring 62 preventing leakage by the threads around the base 16 is very advantageous in combination with the use of the non-active or non-active check valve 52 because the advantage obtained by the check valve 52 would be at least partially destroyed if after cutting the valve body 12 the contents of the cylinder would be prevented from escaping through the normal flow passage 22 of the base 16 but a leak would nevertheless be possible around the base 16 by the threads of the base 16 and the neck C of the cylinder.
  • the construction of the main primary valve 26 and the construction of the check valve 52 are not essential and instead of the particular constructions described above and represented in the figure for the valve 26 and the valve 52, any other mode of execution can be provided for the valve 26 and also for the valve 52.

Claims (11)

  1. Ventil für einen Gas-, Flüssiggas-, oder anderen Fluidbehälter, mit einem Ventilkörper (12), der einen Hauptkörperteil (14) und einen Basisteil (16) aufweist, der ein erstes Aussengewinde (16-1) besitzt zur Verbindung des Ventils mit dem Hals des Gas-, Flüssiggas- oder anderen Fluidbehälters, wobei der Basisteil (16) des Ventilkörpers (12) mit einem zweiten Aussengewinde (16-2) versehen ist, das sich zwischen dem ersten Gewinde (16-1) und dem Hauptkörperteil (14) befindet, und mit einem Ring, der ein Innengewinde (62-2) aufweist und auf das zweite Gewinde (16-2) aufgeschraubt ist, wobei der Ring (62) ein unteres Ende besitzt zur unmittelbaren Anlage an dem Hals des Behälters (C) und ein oberes Ende auf der anderen Seite des Ringes (62) aufweist, und wobei der Ring ein Klemmring (62) ist, der mit einem vorbestimmten Drehmoment gegen den Hals des Behälters (C) festzuschrauben ist, um die Unversehrtheit und die Dichtheit des Gewindeeingriffes zwischen dem Basisteil (16) und dem Hals des Behälters (C) im Fall der Ausübung eines starken Schlages auf den Körper (12) des Ventils aufrecht zu halten, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schwächungsnut (18) in dem Körper (12) des Ventiles zwischen dem Basisteil (16) und dem Hauptkörperteil (14) geformt ist, wobei die Schwächungsnut (18) angeordnet ist, um sich im festgeschraubten Zustand des Ringes (62) oberhalb des Ringes (62) genau über dem oberen Ende des Ringes (62) zu befinden.
  2. Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Gewinde (16-2) eine kleinere Steigung als das erste Gewinde (16-1) aber in der gleichen Richtung wie das erste Gewinde aufweist.
  3. Ventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Gewinde (16-2) ein zylindrisches Gewinde ist.
  4. Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Gewinde (16-1) ein kegelförmiges Gewinde ist und das zweite Gewinde (16-2) sich auf der Seite des Endes mit grossem Durchmesser des kegelförmigen Gewindes (16-1) befindet.
  5. Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grunddurchmesser des zweiten Gewindes (16-2) etwas grösser ist als der maximale Aussendurchmesser des ersten Gewindes (16-1).
  6. Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (62) einen ersten Teil (62-1) besitzt, der das Innengewinde (16-2) aufweist dessen minimaler Innendurchmesser etwas grösser ist als der maximale Aussendurchmesser des ersten Gewindes (16-1) und einen zweiten Teil (62-2) ohne Innengewinde aufweist, wobei der zweite Teil eine Stützfläche (62-4) aufweist zur Anlage am Hals des Behälters, und wobei der zweite Teil (62-2) einen Innendurchmesser aufweist, der etwas grösser ist als der maximale Aussendurchmesser des ersten Gewindes (16-1).
  7. Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmring (62) des weiteren einen Durchbruch (62-5) aufweist, der sich durch die Dicke des Klemmringes (62) erstreckt zum Feststellen einer Leckage zwischen den Gewinden des Basisteiles (16) und des Halses des Behälters (C).
  8. Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äussere Umfangsfläche des Ringes (62) eine Form besitzt, z.B. sechseckig, zum Festschrauben des Ringes (62) mittels einem Schraubwerkzeug.
  9. Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (10) ein Ventil ist des Bautyps mit einer Hauptventilbaugruppe (26), die sich innerhalb des Hauptkörperteiles (14) des Ventils befindet.
  10. Ventil nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil ein Ventil (10) ist des Bautyps mit einer Rückschlagventilbaugruppe (52), die am freien Ende des Basisteiles angeordnet ist damit sie sich im Innern des Behälters (C) befindet wenn das Ventil (10) am Behälter (C) befestigt ist.
  11. Ventil nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptventilbaugruppe (26) ein Ventil mit umgekehrtem Sitz aufweist und die Rückschlagventilbaugruppe (52) gestaltet ist zur Öffnung durch einen Verlängerungsteil (46) eines Betätigungsschaftes (30) der Hauptventilbaugruppe (26) wenn dieser Betätigungsschaft (30) zum Öffnen des Hauptventils (26) betätigt wird.
