Abstract

Claims (18)
- ガス、液化ガス或いはその他の流体の容器のためのタップであって、
本体部分及び前記容器のネック開口に前記タップを固定するための第1の外ねじを備えた基端部分を備えたタップ本体を有し、
前記タップ本体の前記基端部分が、前記第1の外ねじと前記タップ本体の前記本体部分との間に設けられた第2の外ねじと、前記第2の外ねじに螺合する内ねじを有するクランプリングとを有し、
前記クランプリングが、所定のトルクが加えられたときに、前記ネック開口の周りの前記容器のネックの部分に向けて強固に締結されるべく適合され、それによって、前記タップ本体に強い衝撃力が加えられたときも、前記基端部分と前記容器のネックとの間のねじ結合の健全性及び締結力が維持されるようにしたことを特徴とするタップ。 - 前記第2の外ねじが、前記第1の外ねじよりも細かいピッチを有し、かつそれと同一の向きのねじであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタップ。

- 本体部分及び前記容器のネック開口に前記タップを固定するための第1の外ねじを備えた基端部分を備えたタップ本体を有する、ガス、液化ガス或いはその他の流体の容器のためのタップを取り付ける方法であって、
(a)前記第1の外ねじと前記タップ本体の本体部分との間の前記タップ本体の基端部に設けられた第2の外ねじに対して、前記クランプリングが、前記タップを以下の締結過程により前記容器に固定するために前記タップ本体に締結トルクを加える動作に干渉しないように、クランプリングを螺合する過程と、
(b)前記タップ本体の前記基端部分の前記第1の外ねじを前記容器の前記ネックのねじ孔に螺合し、前記タップ本体に所定の締結トルクを加えることにより前記容器ネックの前記開口に前記基端部分を強固に締結する過程と、
(c)前記クランプリングに対して所定のトルクを加えることにより、前記ネック開口の周りの前記容器ネックに対して前記クランプリングを強固に締結し、それによって、前記タップ本体に強い衝撃力が加えられたときも、前記基端部分と前記容器のネックとの間のねじ結合の健全性及び締結力が維持されるようにする過程とを有することを特徴とする方法。 - ガス、液化ガス或いはその他の流体の容器であって、
内ねじを備えたネック開口と、
本体部分及び前記容器の前記ネック開口に強固に螺合された第1の外ねじを備えた基端部分を備えたタップ本体を有するタップとを有し、
前記タップ本体の前記基端部分が、前記第1の外ねじと前記タップ本体の前記本体部分との間に設けられた第2の外ねじと、前記第2の外ねじに螺合する内ねじを有するクランプリングとを有し、
前記クランプリングが、所定のトルクが加えられたときに、前記ネック開口の周りの前記容器のネックの部分に向けて強固に締結されるべく適合され、それによって、前記タップ本体に強い衝撃力が加えられたときも、前記基端部分と前記容器のネックとの間のねじ結合の健全性及び締結力が維持されるようにしたことを特徴とする容器。 - 前記クランプリングが、少なくとも1つの半径方向通路を有することにより、前記基端部分と前記容器のネックとの間のねじからの流体の漏洩の検出を可能としたことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の容器。
- 前記タップ本体の、前記本体部分と前記基端部分の前記第2の外ねじとの間の部分に、低強度溝部分が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の容器。
- 前記第2の外ねじが、前記第1の外ねじよりも細かいピッチを有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の容器。
