Claims (15)
- Abzweigvorrichtung (10) zum elektrisch leitenden Verbinden eines Hauptkabels (1) mit einem Nebenkabel (3), mit Kontaktierungselementen (5) zum Herstellen einer elektrischen Verbindung zu Kontaktstellen einer Buchse, in welche ein Stecker (41, 61) des Nebenkabels einsteckbar ist, wobei die Kontaktierungselemente (5) eine Schneidklemme (11) zum Kontaktieren von Hauptkabeladern (2) des Hauptkabels aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Kontaktierungselemente (5) einen mit der Schneidklemme elektrisch verbundenen Klemmkontakt (12) besitzt, welcher flach ist und lokal eine Ebene definiert, wobei eine Klemmwirkung des Klemmkontakts durch entlang der Ebene wirkende Federkräfte entsteht.
- Abzweigvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmkontakt (12) eine der erwähnten Kontaktstellen der Buchse bildet.
- Abzweigvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktierungselement (5) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
- Abzweigvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Klemmkontakte (12) vorhanden sind und eine gemeinsame Ebene definieren, und dass die Schneidklemme (11) ebenfalls flach ist und eine Ebene definiert, welche Ebene zu der Ebene der Klemmkontakten einen Winkel bildet.
- Abzweigvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens der Klemmkontakt (12) als ein aus einem Blech ausgestanztes oder durch feinschneiden gewonnenes Stanzteil ausgebildet ist.
- Abzweigvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktierungselemente (5) in einem Gehäuse-Basisteil (21) eingebracht sind, welches Führungsstege (23) aufweist, und dass die Schneidklemmen (11) so positioniert sind, dass sie eine Kabelisolation von zwischen den Führungsstegen (23) geführten Hauptkabeladern (2) durchschneidet, sobald diese genügend tief eingebracht sind.
- Abzweigvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch ein Beschaltungselement (22), welches Pressmittel (26) aufweist, die so positioniert sind, dass die auf eine äussere Seite zwischen die Führungsstege gelegten Hauptkabeladern durch eine einzige Bewegung des Beschaltungselements gleichzeitig so weit zwischen den Führungsstegen nach innen gedrückt werden, dass sie durch die Schneidklemmen (11) kontaktiert werden.
- Abzweigvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein transparentes Fenster (52) in einem Gehäuseteil, durch welches in einem Gebrauchszustand freigelegte Hauptkabeladern (2) sichtbar sind.
- Abzweigvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Rastkante, durch welche eine Rastklinke (42) eines Nebenkabel-Steckers (41) verrastbar ist.
- Abzweigsystem, mit einer Abzweigvorrichtung (10), insbesondere nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, zum elektrisch leitenden Verbinden eines Hauptkabels (1) mit einem Nebenkabel (3), mit Kontaktierungselementen (5) zum Kontaktieren von Hauptkabeladern (2) des Hauptkabels und zum Herstellen einer elektrischen Verbindung zu Kontakten einer Buchse, und mit mindestens einem Stecker (41, 61) für das Nebenkabel, welcher Stecker in die Buchse einsteckbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Stecker und Buchse ein mindestens zweistufiges mechanisches Kodiersystem besitzen, wovon eine erste Stufe aus an Stecker und Buchse fest vorhandenen mechanischen Merkmalen (43, 102) besteht, so, dass die Merkmale von passenden Stecker und Buchsen einander entsprechen und nur ein Stecker mit der passenden Kodierung in die Buchse einführbar ist, und eine zweite Stufe an Buchse und Stecker entfernbare bzw. hinzufügbare Elemente (45, 106) besitzt, bei deren passenden Vorhanden- bzw. Nichtvorhandensein der Stecker in die Buchse einführbar ist, wohingegen die Elemente bei nicht passender Kodierung beim versuchten Einführen aneinander anstehen und ein Einführen des Steckers in die Buchse verhindern.
- Abzweigsystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die entfernbaren bzw. hinzufügbaren Elemente steckerseitig angebrachte, irreversibel entfernbare Nocken (45) und in Führungsrillen (103) der Buchse einsteckbare Kodierstifte (106) sind, wobei die bezogen auf eine Steckerachse laterale Position der Nocken beim Einstecken der lateralen Position der Führungsrillen entspricht.
- Kontaktierungselement (5) geeignet zur Verwendung in einer Abzweigvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9, mit einer Schneidklemme (11) und einem mit dieser elektrisch verbundenen Klemmkontakt (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmkontakt flach ist und lokal eine Ebene definiert, wobei eine Klemmwirkung des Klemmkontakts durch entlang der Ebene wirkende Federkräfte entsteht.
- Kontaktierungselement nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass es einstückig ist, und dass vorzugsweise mindestens der Klemmkontakt (12) als ein aus einem Blech ausgestanztes oder durch feinschneiden gewonnenes Stanzteil ausgebildet ist.
- Kontaktierungssystem, gekennzeichnet durch eine Abzweigvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 und mindestens ein Mehrfachbuchsenmodul (71, 81) mit Mehrfachbuchsenkontakten (5, 82, 92) mit mehreren Klemmkontakten (12), welche flach sind und jeweils lokal eine Ebene definieren, wobei eine Klemmwirkung der Klemmkontakte durch entlang der Ebene wirkende Federkräfte entsteht, wobei die Klemmkontakte Kontaktstellen der Buchsen der Mehrfachbuchsenkontakte bilden.
- Blechartiger, einstückiger Mehrfachbuchsenkontakt (5, 82, 92) für ein Mehrfachbuchsenmodul eines Kontaktierungssystems nach Anspruch 14, gekennzeichnet durch mehrere Klemmkontakte (12), welche flach sind und jeweils lokal eine Ebene definieren, wobei eine Klemmwirkung der Klemmkontakte durch entlang der Ebene wirkende Federkräfte entsteht.
