Definitions
- the invention relates to a core sheet, as e.g. For the magnetic circuit of a series reactor or a transformer a lamp or other equipment used can be.
- the DE 29 33 781 C2 an E-I-section in which both the required E sheets as well as the required I sheets from one single sheet metal strip can be punched out.
- the punching process is essentially waste-free.
- the I-plates caused by the free-punching of the winding window in the Sheet metal strip, from which then the E sheets are separated. Only small polygonal cutouts produce waste. These cutouts are at one point of the sheet metal strip adapted, with a middle leg and two outer thighs the later e-sheets abut each other. If necessary designed the I-sheet with a rectangular trapezoidal shape become. Further, it is possible to punch out 1-sheets, whose Length is less than the sum of the length of an outer leg and the middle leg.
- the aim is the relatively expensive high permeable Use electrical sheet economically and on ready Built-up devices a high electrical performance at at the same time to achieve low weight.
- the sheet metal section to improve known E-I sheets.
- the sheet metal section of the invention leaves conventional Ways of thinking in which the shape of the I-sheet is determined by the shape the winding window was determined.
- inventive Sheet metal section shows the shape of the I-plate deviations the shape of the edge of the winding window. These form deviations can help optimize the shape of the winding window be used, so this preferably at both Ends are rounded. This allows the accommodation coilless Windings with high winding window fill level. In order to can the relevant, built from the core sheets device be reduced compared to devices with worse degree of filling.
- the outer legs are longer than the middle leg.
- the I-core sheet can thus between the outer legs of the E-core sheet. His length is preferably less than the sum of the length of the inner leg and the outer thigh. This makes it possible, relatively to achieve large winding windows for a given outer contour.
- the outer legs preferably close with an arcuate Transition section to the back portion of the E-sheet at.
- the transition section preferably has one Width on the width of the outer leg and the Back section coincides.
- the arcuate rounded corners of the winding window preferably have a radius that is greater than that Fivefold of the wire diameter of the wire from which a the winding window arranged winding is constructed.
- the rounding radius is greater than ten times the wire diameter. This will be particularly high fill levels reached.
- the outer corner radius of the transition section is preferably four times the rounding radius of Winding window. This results in a low-leakage structure of the E-sheet.
- the winding window is preferably in two successive following punching steps generated. In the places which the second punching contour adjoins the first punching contour, are formed recesses. These cause a Tolerance compensation and thus avoid the emergence of sharp Edges or barbs on the edge of the winding window.
- the back portion of the e-sheet is at one with the center leg aligned position preferably about provided triangular cutout. It thus arises Transition section between the back portion and the middle leg. This is preferably symmetrical to the aforementioned Transition section formed.
- the cutout preferably has rounded edges whose radius of curvature coincides with the outer corner radius. This results a uniform flow distribution in the e-plate with less Scattering angle.
- the cutout preferably has a corner-free arcuate conclusion that on the piece of waste to be punched out define a retaining lug. This facilitates the Guiding the waste part in the punching tool.
- the I-sheet preferably has two the winding window limiting arcuate edge portions on whose radius greater than half the width of the winding window.
- the winding window of the I-sheet is arcuate completed, with the width of the I-plate and thus the Width of the available for the magnetic flux Way is not significantly limited. Without the inclination to increase the formation of a magnetic stray field, In this way, a winding window shape is generated, which allows a high fill factor.
- an inductive component 1 in the form of a Throttle or a transformer illustrated.
- the component 1 has a magnetic circuit 2 and a Winding 3, provided for the two winding windows 4, 5 are.
- the magnetic circuit 2 is constructed of individual sheets, that make an E / I cut. To him belong those in Figure 2 illustrated E sheets 6 and I sheets 7.
- the E-plates and the 1-plates together form the magnetic circuit 2, the winding window 4, 5 are rounded and the leg having a relatively constant width.
- the e-sheet 6 has two outer legs 8, 9 and a middle leg 11 on. The outer leg 8, 9 and the middle leg 11 are connected to each other via a back portion 12. Between the outer legs 8, 9 and the back section arcuate transition sections 13, 14 are arranged. These each have an outer corner radius Re on, the the width of the outer leg 8 and 9 corresponds. The of the corner radius Re certain arc goes to both his Ends each with a level 15, 16, 17, 18 in the subsequent straight edge of the outer leg 8, 9 or Back section 12 via.
- the I-plate 7 has a width B 2 to be measured in extension of the mean distance of the center leg 11.
- the outer legs 8, 9 each have a transverse to its longitudinal extent to be measured width B 1 .
- the width B 2 is greater, preferably significantly greater than the width B 1 . This inevitably also the width of the winding window 4, 5, to measure transversely to the outer legs 8, 9, significantly larger than the width B 1 .
- B 2 is less than the width of the center leg 11.
- the width of the center leg 11 is preferably equal to the sum of the widths of the outer legs 8, 9, ie twice B 1 .
- the magnetic circuit is characterized by the fact that everyone measured perpendicular to the respective magnetic flux direction Cross section is about the same size. There are exceptions only in the area of I-sheet 7. So-called Cutting edge losses (these are increased core losses, which is due to material deformation near the Punching edges result) are due to low existing Cut edge lengths and by the largely homogeneous magnetic field formation lowered. In particular, the E-sheet of the magnetic circuit has no non-functional areas. Much more the magnetic flux is relatively uniform over the whole E sheet metal distributed.
- the back portion 12 is in alignment with its middle leg 11 on the side facing away from this with a section 19 provided, which increases separately in Figure 3 is shown.
- the cutout 19 is approximately triangular and connects to the straight edges of the spine portion 12 with steps 21, 22 on. Starting from these extend rounded edges 23, 24 to a conclusion 25, at which the Connect edges 23, 24 to each other without corners.
- the conclusion 25 is through an opening in the form of a pointed arch or a round arch formed, whose legs are s-shaped at the edges 23, 24 connect.
- the edges 23, 24 point a radius of curvature R on with the corner radius Re matches.
- the profile of the winding window 4 or 5 results from Figure 4.
- Its edge 26 is defined by two overlapping ones Sections 27, 28 set, each one part of the edge contour determine.
- the section 27 corresponds in its outline the shape of the I-plate 7.
- the section 28 joins the Section 27 and relates to the back portion 12 facing End of the winding window 4 or 5.
- the section 28 is at both ends 31, 32, at which it to the section 27 adjoins, led outwards in a bulge, the in the edge 26 forms a recess.
- the bulge 31 goes then again into a straight section 33 over.
- In the transition to the back section he is again something outward guided and rounded with a rounding radius 34.
- This is significantly larger than the wire diameter of the winding 3 used wire.
- it is about one Quarter of the corner radius Re.
- a rounding radius 35 formed on the opposite corner.
- the section 27, which determines the contour of the I-plate 7, has at its end on one side an arcuate curved Section 36, whose length is about the width of the winding window corresponds and whose radius of curvature Rk is greater than the width of the section 27.
- the I-plate 7 As can be seen from Figure 2, on which the winding window 4 or 5 overlapping area, a curved edge on. Between both curved sections 36 is a straight section 37 provided, the width of the width of the middle leg 11 corresponds and thus can lie flat against this.
- the production of the E sheets 6 and I sheets 7 goes from a dashed lines shown in Figure 5 metal strip 41st out.
- the E sheets 6 and I sheets 7 to be produced are dashed shown.
- This metal strip 41 is provided with a Step through a punching tool, which is the External distance of the outer leg 8, 9 corresponds.
- the step size is designated in Figure 5 with S and indicated schematically.
- In a first punching step four cuts 27 attached so that the corresponding I-plates in the same Alignment, i. with their sections 36, for example invariably pointing to the right or to the left are.
- This punching stage is designated A in FIG.
- stage C the cutouts will be 19 generates and the still to be generated center leg 11 in a free cut from their opposite still too generating outer legs 8, 9 separately. Besides, you can the later spine portions 12 a cut attached be who sets the cut 19 on the outer edge of the sheet.
- stage D will be now Sections 49 attached to produce the corner radii Re.
- the recesses 38, 39 are released. In order to All non-linear contours are made.
- last Punching steps E, F (see also Figure 7) are the E sheets 6 isolated.
- the illustrated in Figure 1 magnetic circuit 2 is suitable in particular for the production of winding-less inductive Components.
- the presented magnetic circuit 2 is also magnetically optimized. He has a very small one Stray field on and even if it is made of highly permeable Material is manufactured with crease line and with high modulation is operated.
- the presented sheet metal section consisting of an E-sheet 6 and an I-plate 7, partially arcuate limited winding window 4, 5, the contour of which is not with the Contour of the I-plate 7 matches. Nevertheless, the I-sheet is 7 when punching the winding window 4, 5 won the be prepared in at least two punching steps.
- the outer contour of the magnetic circuit is essentially through set the e-plate 6. This points at least in the area his back section 12 corner radii and a section 19, which also has rounded edges 23, 24 is provided.
- the thus formed I / I section draws through a uniform magnetic material utilization and also at high modulation by a low stray field out. He also has a very low performance for a given performance Construction volume and a low weight. Not needed Material sections are removed in the punching process and can be recycled.
- the E-plate 6 and the I-plate 7 can both in the stamping process and in other separation processes be separated from a metal strip.
