Description
- Das Gleitstück hat einen an einem Langlochteil entlangbeweglichen Flansch und einen zweiseitig abgeflachten Stufenkörper mit einem Außengewinde an einem von dem Flansch abgewandten Innenansatz.
- Der Stufenkörper hat einen Durchbruch und führt einen axialbeweglichen Rast bolzen, der einen Schaft sowie einen zylindrischen Fuß aufweist.
- Die Buchse hat einen Bund mit einem abgesetzten Innengewinde, das mit einem Ansatz des Stufenkörpers auf Anschlag verschraubbar ist.
- In einem Stufenkörper-Sackloch sitzt drehbar der Rastbolzen-Fuß, dem der Boden des Sacklochs als Anschlagfläche gegenübersteht.
- Eine zentrische Bohrung in dem Boden führt den Rastbolzen-Schaft, dessen Ende mit einem Druckknopf verbunden ist.
- Die Druckfeder ist entweder einstückig mit dem Druckknopf oder sie stützt sich in ihm ab; sie hat ihr Widerlager am Sacklochboden.

Claims (10)
- Gleitgelenk (10) für ein zweiteiliges Werkzeug, zum Beispiel für eine Greifzange, bestehend aus folgenden miteinander funktionsverbundenen Bauteilen: einem Gleitstück (12), einem Rastbolzen (14), einer Buchse (16), einer Druckfeder (18) und einem Druckknopf (20).
- Gleitgelenk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Druckfeder (18) und Druckknopf (20) ein Bauteil bilden.
- Gleitgelenk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitstück (12) einen an einem Werkzeugteil (A) entlangbeweglichen Führungsflansch (19) mit einem zweiseitig abgeflachten Stufenkörper (22) hat.
- Gleitgelenk nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitstück (12) einen zentrischen Sackloch-Durchbruch (25) und, an den Schmalseiten eines von dem Flansch (19) abgewandten Ansatzes (26), ein Außengewinde (17) aufweist.
- Gleitgelenk nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stufenkörper (22) den im Gelenk (10) axialbeweglichen Rastbolzen (14) führt, der einen Schaft (24) sowie einen zylindrischen Fuß (15) hat, welcher drehbar in einem Sackloch-Durchbruch (25) des Stufenkörpers (22) sitzt.
- Gleitgelenk nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse (16) an einem Bund mit einem abgesetzten Innengewinde (17) versehen ist, das mit dem Außengewinde (27) am Ansatz (26) des Stufenkörpers (22) auf Anschlag verschraubbar ist.
- Gleitgelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zentrische Bohrung (30) im Boden (13) des Sackloch-Durchbruchs (25) in dem Stufenkörper (22) den Schaft (24) des Rastbolzens (14) drehbar führt.
- Gleitgelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (24) des Rastbolzens (14) endseitig mit dem Druckknopf (20) verbunden ist, an oder in dem sich ein Ende der Druckfeder (18) abstützt.
- Gleitgelenk nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckfeder (18) ihr Gegenlager an einem Sackloch-Boden (13) des Stufenkörpers (22) hat.
- Gleitgelenk (10), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Kombination:das Gleitstück (12) hat einen an einem Langlochteil (A) entlangbeweglichen Flansch (19) und einen zweiseitig abgeflachten Stufenkörper (22) mit einem Außengewinde (27) an einem von dem Flansch (19) abgewandten Ansatz (26),eine Buchse (16) weist insbesondere an einem Bund ein abgesetztes Innengewinde (17) auf, das mit einem Ansatz (26) des Stufenkörpers (22) auf Anschlag verschraubbar ist,der Stufenkörper (22) führt einen axialbeweglichen Rastbolzen (14), der einen Schaft (24) sowie einen zylindrischen Fuß (15) hat,In einem Stufenkörper-Sackloch (21) sitzt drehbar der Rastbolzen-Fuß (15), dem der Boden (13) des Sacklochs (21) als Anschlagfläche gegenübersteht,eine zentrische Bohrung (30) in dem Boden (13) führt den Rastbolzen-Schaft (24), dessen Ende mit einem Druckknopf (20) verbunden ist,eine Druckfeder (18) ist entweder einstückig mit dem Druckknopf (20) oder sie stützt sich in ihm ab, und sie hat ihr Widerlager am Sacklochboden (13).
