Claims (11)
- Mobile Schleif- und Poliervorrichtung (30) insbesondere auch zum Satinieren, Mattieren und Bürsten von Rohren oder Stäben (11), mit einem elektrischen Antrieb für eine rotierbare Antriebsriemenscheibe (3), einem vorzugsweise trennbaren Antriebsriemen (5), der an einem Umfang der Antriebsriemenscheibe (3) anliegt, und einer Schleif- oder Polierauflage (25), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Riemenscheibe (2) mit einer zentralen Öffnung (33) zur Aufnahme der Rohre oder Stäbe (11) vorgesehen ist, die von dem an einem äußeren Umfang der Riemenscheibe (2) anliegenden Antriebsriemen (5) antreibbar ist, und dass die Riemenscheibe (2) an einem inneren Umfang der zentralen Öffnung (33) die Schleif- oder Polierauflage (25) enthält.
- Mobile Schleif- und Poliervorrichtung (30) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass um die Antriebsriemenscheibe (3) und den Antriebsriemen (2) ein Gehäuse (1) mit Absaugvorrichtung (9, 18) vorgesehen ist.
- Mobile Schleif- und Poliervorrichtung (30) gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) mit einem freien Rand (17) an die Riemenscheibe (2) heranreicht.
- Mobile Schleif- und Poliervorrichtung (30) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riemenscheibe (2) aus verformbarem Material, insbesondere Vollgummi, gefertigt ist.
- Mobile Schleif- und Poliervorrichtung (30) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riemenscheibe (2) vom äußeren Umfang zum inneren Umfang einen Einschnitt (24) aufweist.
- Mobile Schleif- und Poliervorrichtung (30) gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einschnitt (24) de Riemenscheibe (2) mit einem Klettverschluss (29) versehen ist.
- Mobile Schleif- und Poliervorrichtung (30) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrische Antrieb eine Welle (31) mit einer aufgeschraubten Sechskantmutter (4) aufweist, auf die einer rotierbare Antriebsscheibe (3) aus verformbarem Material, insbesondere Vollgummi, aufgezwängt ist.
- Mobile Schleif- und Poliervorrichtung (30) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsriemen (2) aus Hohl- oder Vollgummi gefertigt ist.
- Mobile Schleif- und Poliervorrichtung (30) gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass trennbare Antriebsriemen (5) aus Hohlgummi mit an beiden Enden verzackten, flexiblen Steckverbindern verbunden sind.
- Mobile Schleif- und Poliervorrichtung (30) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) mit Absaugvorrichtung (9, 18) einstellbare Spannrollen (6) für den Antriebsriemen (5) aufweist.
- Mobile Schleif- und Poliervorrichtung (30) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) mit einer handbetätigbaren Kupplung (32) an einer Befestigungsaufnahme (13) am elektrischen Antrieb (12) verstellbar befestigt ist.
