Claims (11)
- Gelöteter Wärmeübertrager, insbesondere Kondensator für Kraftfahrzeuge mit mindestens einem Sammelrohr (3) und einem an dem Sammelrohr (3) befestigten Flansch (5) zur Aufnahme von Verbindungsrohren (6, 7), wobei der Flansch (5) mit mindestens einem Halter (15, 16) am Sammelrohr (3) fixierbar und verlötbar ist.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (5) gegenüber dem Sammelrohr (3) seitlich versetzt angeordnet ist.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Halter (15, 16) am Sammelrohr (3) befestigt, insbesondere verstemmt ist und einen seitlich abragenden Haltearm (15a, 16a) aufweist.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (5) mindestens einen Halteansatz (13, 14) mit einer Halte- und Führungsnut (13a, 14a) aufweist, welche den Haltearm (15, 16) aufnimmt.
- Wärmeübertrager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsrohre (6, 7) einerseits in das Sammelrohr (3) und andererseits in den Flansch (5) einsteckbar und verlötbar sind.
- Wärmeübertrager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (5) zwei Halteansätze (13, 14) aufweist und über zwei parallel zueinander angeordnete Halter (15, 16 mit dem Sammelrohr (3) verbunden ist.
- Wärmeübertrager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (5) eine Anschlussfläche (21) und der Wärmeübertrager eine Stirnfläche (2a) aufweisen und dass die Anschlussfläche (21) und die Stirnfläche (2a) etwa parallel zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (5) zwei Anschlussöffnungen (9, 10) aufweist, die in der Anschlussfläche (21) nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
- Wärmeübertrager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (5) als Rohteil durch Extrusion oder Strangpressen herstellbar ist.
- Wärmeübertrager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (5) als Rohteil durch Gießen oder Gesenkschmieden (Pressen) herstellbar ist.
- Wärmeübertrager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wärmeübertrager, insbesondere Kondensator (1) einen aus Rohren und Rippen bestehenden Block (2) aufweist und dass der Wärmeübertrager (1) komplett mit Sammelrohren (3, 4), Verbindungsrohren (6, 7), Haltern (15, 16) und Flansch (5) lötbar ist.
