Definitions
- the present invention relates to an engine roomless traction sheave elevator according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- An engine-roomless traction sheave elevator is e.g. from EP-A-1273695.
- a traction sheave elevator with an elevator car moving along elevator guide rails, a counterweight moving along counterweight guide rails, a set of elevator ropes on which the elevator car and the counterweight are suspended in the hoistway, and a drive machine unit which drives a connected to the prime mover and acting on the elevator ropes traction sheave known.
- the drive machine unit is arranged in a machine room, which in the elevator shaft or in the elevator shaft and its shaft wall is arranged.
- WO 01/27016 A1 discloses a drive for an elevator with a car which is held on ropes, which can be moved up and down in a vertically extending shaft, and with a traction sheave for the ropes of the car and a drive motor arranged in parallel axes with the traction sheave , wherein the drive motor is connected by drive belt with a pulley.
- the pulley is arranged coaxially with the traction sheave.
- the drive is designed so that the drive motor is provided with a braking device acting on the motor shaft.
- a disadvantage of this structure is considered that he builds large.
- the object of the invention is the widest possible reduction of the required shaft volume for elevator installations without engine room, in particular taking into account the elevator directive 95/16 / EC.
- required shelters which must be kept permanently in accordance with the existing standards EN 81-1, as well as assemblies of the drive or the control, which are conventionally arranged above or below the carriageway of the car.
- assemblies of the drive or the control which are conventionally arranged above or below the carriageway of the car.
- conventionally valuable space is rebuilt, which remains unused during normal operation. This space is to be minimized according to the invention.
- three, four, five, six, seven, eight or more cables with a round cross-section and a diameter of less than 10 mm, in particular less than 8 mm or less than 6.5 mm or less than 6 mm, are provided as suspension elements.
- the cable cross-sections can be chosen correspondingly smaller, without affecting the safety of the elevator.
- pulleys By using ropes with a small diameter, it is also possible to use pulleys with a correspondingly small diameter.
- the diameter of the pulleys and / or the diameter of the traction sheave is less than forty times a rope diameter.
- the quotient of rope pulley diameter and rope diameter has a decisive influence on the service life of steel wire ropes.
- one of the pulleys in the horizontal direction is a piece pivotally, without increasing the necessary distance between car wall and shaft wall. By this measure, a diagonal pull of the cable drive can be reduced.
- this role can also be arranged slightly lower than the other two roles, so that larger roll diameter can be used for the roles.
- the traction sheave expediently has a lining with a higher coefficient of friction, in particular made of plastic. With this measure, the rope life can be extended, also noise emissions can be favorably influenced.
- the pulleys are mounted in the shaft head and a counterweight Seilendaufhfitung on a frame extending next to the roadway of the car and on the roadway of the counterweight and consists essentially of a support on the shaft front wall and on attached to the shaft rear wall is, or is attached to guide rails of the counterweight and a guide rail of the car.

- This safety device allows only a ride with people on the car roof as a maintenance drive with shortened up travel length, whereby the car when it goes up during a maintenance trip, comes with a corresponding prescribed safety distance to the shaft ceiling to a standstill. By this measure, a minimum shaft head height can be realized without jeopardizing the safety of operators during maintenance work in the shaft head.
- the depth of the pit is not substantially greater than the foundation depth of the building, means being provided which prevent any driving of the car when a person resides in the pit, the means being in particular designed as an electrical safety device whose sensors equipped with running mats or plates, a voltage measuring device (DMS), light barriers, image or thermal imaging cameras or motion detectors.
- the safety of an operator during maintenance or installation work in the pit can be ensured at the same time realized minimum dimensions of the pit correspondingly.
- at least the door of the lowermost stop of the elevator is designed with a pit access monitoring. By this measure, the safety of the elevator according to the invention is further increased.
- the car is formed with a door skirt which corresponds to only one length of unlocking zone, further comprising means for preventing people from falling during emergency rescue, the means being either opening the doors from the inside of the car only at approximately leveling of the elevator car allows in a stop, and / or has to be arranged on the car apron part, which is to be used in a passenger exemption at any car position.
- This apron part can be permanently arranged on the car and be pushed out or folded or be mounted only in use on the car.

- a trained drive proves to be very robust and reliable, while it is very small builds.
- the required drive torque of the motor can be reduced by a factor of, for example, 2 to 5, which contributes to a further significant reduction in the size of the motor and the cost. With this measure, however, it is simultaneously possible to keep the speed so low that a motor noise is much quieter than that of transmission drives with standard industrial engines.
- a disk-shaped gearless drive of appropriate size can be used.
- the brake disc of the brake device is rotatably connected to the traction sheave, wherein the support shaft of the traction sheave and the shaft of the electric motor are aligned parallel to each other, and provided on the shaft and on the axle counter gears are arranged in a flying manner.
- the measure of arranging the brake device so that it can act directly on the traction sheave means that no special safety-relevant requirements are to be placed on the countershaft.
- the further provided parallel arrangement of the axes of rotation of the traction sheave and the electric motor causes the traction sheave and braking device above or next to the electric motor can be arranged, whereby the resulting horizontal extent (in the axial direction of the motor shaft or traction sheave axis) of the drive is further minimized.
- the drive and a control device are arranged side by side or with one another, wherein the arrangement can be carried out by separate devices, devices mounted on a common carrier or devices combined in a housing.
- the complete elevator control or at least a part thereof can also be arranged in the shaft in the region of the drive.
- the drive and control device are arranged in the lower region of the shaft at a height of 0.1 to 2.0 m above a threshold of a lowermost shaft door. This measure can largely exclude damage caused by groundwater or flood.
- the car is designed as a self-supporting car without separate catch frame and with the car floor integrated safety gear and pulleys.

- the invention provides for three pulleys 2, 3, 5 to be arranged side by side in a plane in the shaft head.
- the use of three rope pulleys in the shaft head allows a spatial separation of the ascending and outgoing cable strands, so that the rope course is substantially perpendicular and thus independent of the delivery height.
- the spatial separation of the ascending and outgoing cable strands allows the pulley 6 below the car to move so far in the direction of the shaft wall 102a to the outside, approximately in the plane of the pulley 5 in the shaft head, that the pulley 5 in the shaft head cost and space-saving with the pulleys 2, 3 parallel axis can be arranged.
- Such an arrangement of the pulleys 2, 3, 5 with parallel axes thus allows the arrangement of the pulleys 2, 3, 5 in the smallest possible space, both in the extension direction parallel to the side wall 102a, as well as perpendicular thereto.
- the drive 15 is arranged on an access side of the management level of the car and the management level of the car relative to the symmetry axis of the car in the direction of this access page.
- a counterweight can be arranged on the opposite side of the guide level of the car, which can be made sufficiently large even for conventional steel filling.
- the management level is so close to the center of gravity because of the high door weight of the car, resulting in lower loads on guide rails and guides.
- the elevator according to the invention are used as supporting cables 12 cost-effective, commercial limiter ropes with a rope diameter of 6 or 6.5 mm.
- Safety ropes have been tried and tested as running ropes for decades and have been optimally examined with regard to their service life and their wear behavior. Even a replacement is unproblematic for longer periods.
- the shelter and pinch spaces on the car roof are made available only temporarily for maintenance and installation work. This results in the possibility of a considerable reduction of the shaft length.
- the pit is monitored by an electrical safety device 82, which prevents any car movement on entering the pit.
