Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de réglage et de blocage de supports de potelets (6) de potelet de garde-corps (20) coulissant sur la traverse (2) support de plancher d'une console d'échafaudage (1) comportant un excentrique à manette à manoeuvre manuelle (7) dont la partie (15) fait office de manette de manoeuvre manuelle, pendant que sa partie (11) comporte une douille de rotation (18) tournant autour de l'axe (14) porté par la chape (17). Cette même partie (11) se prolonge d'une partie droite (12) pour se terminer par une partie (13) rectiligne et pliée obliquant vers la douille de rotation (18) tout en laissant entre l'extrémité de ladite partie (13), la douille de rotation (18) et le dessous de ladite partie (15) un jeu de quelques millimètres. <IMAGE>

Description

La présente invention concerne un nouveau mode de réalisation du dispositif permettant de bloquer entre eux, après réglage du positionnement et de l'espacement, les deux supports de potelets de garde-corps coulissant sur la traverse support de plancher d'une console d'échafaudage.
Les avantages procurés par un tel dispositif sont déjà développés dans la demande de brevet déposée par la société MACC sous le n° 0400255 en date du 12 janvier 2004 décrivant un moyen de blocage des supports de potelets par excentrique classique.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de régler et de bloquer des supports de potelets de garde-corps au moyen d'un excentrique déformable sous l'effet d'une certaine élasticité de la pièce métallique le composant.
Cet excentrique est constitué d'une manette de manoeuvre et d'une partie excentrée autour d'un axe de rotation. L'ensemble est réalisé en profil plat dont une extrémité est enroulée et excentrée par rapport à une douille de rotation. Cette douille, solidaire du profil plat, tourne autour d'un axe solidaire d'une chape elle-même solidaire du support potelet.
Lors du serrage au moyen de la manette, l'excentrique passe par un point maximum d'excentration. Dans cette position, le profil plat présente une partie droite puis un retour rectiligne oblique revenant en direction de la douille de rotation : l'extrémité supérieure de ce retour ne rejoint pas totalement la douille ou la partie de la manette de façon à conserver un jeu de quelques millimètres conférant à cette forme de pièce une propriété élastique utile dans la position de blocage.
Aussi, en actionnant la manette vers le bas, celle-ci tourne autour de l'axe pour atteindre un degré maximum d'excentration qui provoque une légère déformation par élasticité de l'excentrique venant prendre appui sur la traverse de la console d'échafaudage.
L'effet ressort donné par l'élasticité du profil plat combiné avec le point d'excentration maximum, assure le maintien du support potelet en position bloquée sur la traverse de la console d'échafaudage.
D'autre part, cette même élasticité a pour effet d'éviter des déformations de la traverse et de l'excentrique tout en autorisant par exemple des inégalités du revêtement de protection, notamment de la traverse souvent galvanisée.
La figure 1 représente en perspective une console d'échafaudage.
La figure 2 représente une vue de côté d'une console d'échafaudage avec des éléments de plancher jointifs entre les deux supports de potelets.
La figure 3 représente en perspective un support de potelet sur la traverse de la console d'échafaudage et son excentrique de blocage.
La figure 4 représente en coupe un support de potelet sur la traverse de la console d'échafaudage avec l'excentrique en position bloquée.
Selon les figures 1 et 2, la console d'échafaudage (1) est constituée d'une traverse (2), d'une barre verticale d'appui (3) et d'une jambe de force (4), l'ensemble triangulé par des renforts (5).
Selon les figures 1, 2 et 3, les deux supports de potelets (6) de garde-corps placés sur la traverse (2) de la console d'échafaudage (1) peuvent coulisser sur la longueur de ladite traverse et comportent un fourreau (19) dans lequel vient s'emboíter le potelet (20). Les supports de potelets (6) sont réglés en écartement selon les éléments (9) formant un platelage (8).
Toujours selon les figures 1, 2, 3 et 4, les supports de potelets (6) peuvent être mobilisés sur la traverse (2) de la console d'échafaudage (1) au moyen de l'excentrique à manette à manoeuvre manuelle (7).
Selon les figures 3 et 4, l'excentrique à manette à manoeuvre manuelle (7) est réalisé par un profil plat (10) dont la partie (15) fait office de manette de manoeuvre manuelle et la partie (11) est enroulée et excentrée par rapport à la douille de rotation (18) soudée sous le dessous de la partie (15) de l'excentrique à manette à manoeuvre manuelle (5). Cette partie (11) se prolonge par une partie droite (12) qui, elle-même, se termine par une partie (13) rectiligne et pliée obliquant vers la douille de rotation (18) et le dessous de la partie (15) du profil plat (10). Un jeu de quelques millimètres existe entre l'extrémité (16) de ladite partie (13) de l'excentrique et la douille de rotation (18) et le dessous de la partie (15) du profil plat (10). L'excentrique à manette à manoeuvre manuelle (7) tourne autour d'un axe (14) porté par une chape (17) solidaire du support potelet (6) enveloppant la traverse (2) de la console d'échafaudage (1).
Lors de la mise en position de déblocage du support potelet (6) pour permettre son coulissement sur la traverse (2) de la console d'échafaudage (1), l'excentrique à manette à manoeuvre manuelle (7) lors de son relevage, tourne autour de l'axe (14). Le profil plat (10) constituant l'excentrique à manette à manoeuvre manuelle (7) n'étant pas totalement fermé à son extrémité (16), le jeu existant entre cette extrémité et le dessous de la partie (15) de l'excentrique à manette à manoeuvre manuelle (7) autorise un effet d'élasticité qui évite les déformations permanentes lors de la mise en position de blocage tout en favorisant le maintien de l'excentrique à manette à manoeuvre manuelle (7) dans cette position.

Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif de réglage et de blocage des supports de potelets (6) de garde-corps pour console d'échafaudage coulissant sur la traverse (2) support de plancher de la console d'échafaudage (1), comportant une chape (17) porteuse d'un axe (14) et enveloppant la traverse (2) de la console d'échafaudage (1) un fourreau (19) dans lequel vient s'emboíter le potelet (20), un excentrique à manette à manoeuvre manuelle (7) réalisé au moyen d'un profil plat (10), caractérisé en ce que la partie (11) dudit profil plat (10) est enroulée et excentrée par rapport à la douille de rotation (18) soudée sous la partie (15) du profil plat (10) et tournant autour de l'axe (14).

Dispositif de réglage et de blocage des supports de potelets (6) de garde-corps pour console d'échafaudage suivant revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie (11) enroulée du profil plat (10) est prolongée d'une partie droite (12) elle-même prolongée par une partie (13) rectiligne et pliée obliquant vers la douille de rotation (18) et la partie (15) du profil plat (10).
  3. Dispositif de réglage et de blocage des supports de potelets (6) de garde-corps pour console d'échafaudage, suivant revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il existe un jeu de quelques millimètres entre l'extrémité (16) de la partie (13) et la douille de rotation (18) ainsi que le dessous de la partie (15) du profil plat (10) permettant une déformation par élasticité de l'excentrique à manette à manoeuvre manuelle (7) venant, en position de blocage, prendre appui sur la traverse (2) de la console d'échafaudage (1).
