  • the invention concerns an improved friction bearing for hy- draulic machines, more advantageously with radial cylinders, and a hydraulic machine equipped with said bearing, that is a special configuration of the support device of the thrusts between the crank and the pistons which slide on the former, to generate or receive the torque from the drive shaft; in particular for bear- ings used in high-speed rotating hydraulic machines which require the reduction of the overall dimensions of the machine.
  • Prior art includes various types of friction bearings, hydrostatic sliding on the crank or oscillating on a ring interposed between these pistons and the rotating bearing on the crank. Nevertheless, the adoption of rolling-contact bearings is not always possible because it makes the crank cumbersome and the hydraulic machine is consequently overly big in proportion to the displacement. Thus, only the use of friction bearings makes it possible to keep down the overall dimensions of the machine.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un palier à friction pour machine hydraulique (5). Ce palier à friction comprend une surface en contact avec la surface de la manivelle et coulissant sur cette surface, laquelle surface est supportée par un élément inséré (4) dans un matériau ferreux intercalé entre la manivelle (10) et le piston (9) ou sa tringle de liaison (8). Par ailleurs, une couche est insérée dans un matériau plastique antifriction (3) et fixée solidement sur celui-ci par une couche en métal fritté (2). Ce palier à friction est caractérisé, d'une part, en ce qu'il comprend une couche de matériau plastique antifriction présentant une épaisseur minimale (3), laquelle est légèrement supérieure à la dimension maximale des particules qui ne sont pas piégées par le filtre du circuit hydraulique dans lequel est insérée la machine hydraulique et, d'autre part, en ce que l'épaisseur de l'élément inséré dans le matériau ferreux (1) dudit palier se situe entre 0,4 et 4 % du diamètre de glissement sur le centre (6) de la manivelle (10). En comparaison avec la technique antérieure, les principaux avantages de fonctionnement, normalisation et réduction de dimension sont également illustrés dans la présente invention.
