Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Verbindung von Verschleißteilen mit den Enden von Aufnahmewerkzeugen an Baumaschinen mit einem Führungsnocken (D), der an einem Adapter-Vorderteil (A) positioniert ist, indem er durch einen Keil (C) mit einer Auflagezone nach vorn an dem Adapter und Gegenauflagezonen nach hinten an dem Führungsnocken verbunden ist, und wobei das Adapter-Vorderteil (A) eine Zone (1c) mit einem vertikalen oder horizontalen transversalen Ausschnitt (1e) für den Durchgang des Keils aufweist, und eine querverlaufende Kante bildet, die eine Anschlagfläche darstellt, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Führungsnocken (D) an seinem hinteren Ende gegenüber der Rakelspitze einen umschließenden Rand bzw. eine umschließende Schürze (2) aufweist, der bzw. die das Adapter-Vorderteil über die Durchgangszone des Keils hinaus an seiner gesamten Umfangskontur bedeckt, wobei der Rand bzw. die Schürze eine profilierte Konfiguration (2.1) aufweist, die an eine nach hinten verlaufende, ebene, gerade Wand (2.2) anschließt, die einen Rand mit Verrippung (2.7) umfasst,
und dass die nach hinten verlaufende Wand die Breite des Randes bzw. der Schürze (2) hat, und dem Durchgang und der Positionierung des Keils entspricht, und dass sich nahe an den Enden der nach hinten verlaufenden Wand und in der Schürze Durchgangsöffnungen (2.3 - 2.4) für den Keil befinden, die im Betrieb keinen Anschlag bilden, und die nur während des Einführens oder des Herausnehmens des Keils eine Führungs- und Anschlagfunktion besitzen,
und dass der Keil zwei Komponenten (4 - 5 ) besitzt, die in Querrichtung zueinander verschiebbar sind, wobei der Keil an jeder dieser Komponenten lange Anschlagzonen zur Auflage und Gegenauflage besitzt, und zwar einerseits gegen den Abschnitt gegenüber dem Adapter-Vorderteil, und andererseits gegen die nach hinten gerichtete Wand, und zwar an dem Rand mit Verrippung an der Stelle zwischen den Durchgangsöffnungen für den Keil,
und dass die nach hinten verlaufende Wand (2.2) eine erste, gerade Führungsabschrägung (2.5) besitzt, die gegenüber der Innenfläche der nach hinten verlaufenden Wand vorsteht und an die Innenwände (2.6) des Führungsnockens angrenzt, sowie einen geraden Rand mit Verrippung (2.7) besitzt, der an die Ebene der Öffnung angrenzt und mit dem Außenprofil der Schürze verbunden ist und ein vollständiges, geschlossenes Profil der Schürze gewährleistet, wobei der Rand mit Verrippung (2.7) über die gesamte Breite des Keils eine Anschlagzone bildet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schürze eine umschließende, profilierte Konfiguration (2.1) aufweist, die breiter wird und eine Mündung oder Öffnung bildet, ohne dass sie mit dem Adapter-Vorderteil in Verbindung steht, wobei der andere Teil der Schürze die nach hinten verlaufende Wand (2.2) bildet,
und dass die Durchgangsöffnungen (2.3 - 2.4) für den Keil zusätzliche, überstehende Öffnungen für den Durchgang des Keils darstellen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand mit Verrippung an der Stelle der bogenförmigen Aussparungen, die sich an den Durchgangsöffnungen für den Keil befinden, einen inneren Absatz (2.7a) bildet, sowie zu beiden Seiten einen Abschnitt, der für einen bestimmten Bereich des Keils einen Sitz (2.7b) bildet, indem er in der Keilposition eine Haltezone und eine Riffelungszone darstellt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keil zwei Komponenten (4 - 5) aufweist, die zueinander verstellbar sind und eine spezielle Form haben, um die Funktionen von Auflage und Gegenauflage gegenüber dem Führungsnocken und dem Adapter-Vorderteil zu gewährleisten, und dass die Komponenten Auskleidungsmaterial (6) aufnehmen, das ihre Verbindung mit der Einheit des Keils gewährleistet, und durch Entspannung den Anschlag jeder der Komponenten an die Flächen gegenüber dem Adapter-Vorderteil und dem Führungsnocken an der nach hinten verlaufenden Wand erlaubt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die feststehende Komponente (4) entlang einem langen Hauptteil gebildet wird, der die Länge des Keils bestimmt und an der nach hinten verlaufenden Innenwand (2.2) in der Schürze (2) verstellt werden kann, wobei der Hauptteil an seiner Vorderseite und entlang der vertikalen Kante (4.1) ein flaches Band (4.2) in Überdicke aufweist, dessen Enden abgeschrägt sind, wobei das Profil aufliegt und in das entsprechende Profil an dem Rand mit Verrippung (2.7) der nach hinten verlaufenden Wand einrastet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptteil der feststehenden Komponente in seinem Innenvolumen offen ist und einen querverlaufenden Ausschnitt (4.4) mit Führungsrillen aufweist, um die Verschiebung der zweiten Komponente zu ermöglichen,
und dass sich die länglichen Öffnungen (4.6) an der Oberseite des Hauptteils befinden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 4, 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Komponente (5) ein L-Profil mit einer flachen Hochfläche (5.1) aufweist, deren Enden (5.2) zugespitzt sind und in die Führungsrillen (4.5) eingreifen, die an dem Hauptteil gebildet werden, wobei die Hochfläche einen geschlossenen Innenhohlraum (5.3) besitzt, der das Verbindungsmaterial aufnimmt, und die Hochfläche einen rechtwinkligen Flügel (5.4) mit einer Anschlagfläche (5.6) aufweist, die mit der Fläche gegenüber dem Adapter-Vorderteil in Verbindung steht,
und dass die bewegliche Komponente (5) zu beiden Seiten ihrer Auflage und Anschlagfläche an dem Adapter-Vorderteil schräge Flächen (5.7) bildet, die in Längsrichtung ausgerichtet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Auskleidungsmaterial um ein Elastomerharz handelt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (2.3 - 2.4) beim Einführen und Herausnehmen des Keils eine Anschlag- und Führungsfläche (2.3d - 2.4d) bilden,
und dass die Öffnungen (2.3 - 2.4) nach dem Anbringen des Keils keine Anschlag- und Führungsfunktion mehr besitzen.
