Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un procédé de fabrication d'une bande d'étanchéité (10) comprenant la formation d'un organe de type boudin (12) présentant une partie intérieure creuse (14). On injecte un matériau thermoplastique liquide (34), tel qu'un matériau adhésif thermofusible dans la partie intérieure creuse (14). On soumet le matériau thermoplastique (34) à une cuisson qui le transforme en un tampon élastique (40) pour réaliser un renfort d'un ou de plusieurs endroits selon la longueur de la bande d'étanchéité (10).
