Claims (11)
- Zündspulentester (1) mit einem Ansteuermodul (60) und einer Ausgangselektro-nik (70) zur Funktionsprüfung von Stabzündspulen (20), der an einen Diagnose-tester anschließbar ist, wobei die Stabzündspule (20) eine Primärwicklung (21) und eine Sekundärwicklung (22) zur Erzeugung der Zündspannung sowie ein Feldführungsblech (24), einen Anschlussstecker (23) und einen Sekundäraus-gang (25) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zündspulentester (1) ein Gehäuse (30) und einen Zündkerzendom (10) zur Aufnahme der Stabzündspule (20) aufweist, dessen Abmessungen und Form im Wesentlichen der eines Zünd-kerzendoms in einer Brennkraftmaschine entspricht und / oder an dessen Abmes-sungen anpassbar ist.
- Zündspulentester (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durch-messer des Zündkerzendoms (10) mittels eines austauschbaren Isolators (11) und / oder einer austauschbaren Metallhülse (12) an den Durchmesser der Stab-zündspule (20) und des Zündkerzendoms (10) der Brennkraftmaschine anpass-bar ist.
- Zündspulentester (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeich-net, dass die Höhe des Zündkerzendoms (10) mittels eines austauschbaren oder verstellbaren Distanzausgleichstücks (13) an die Länge und den Durchmesser der Stabzündspule (20) und des Zündkerzendoms (10) der Brennkraftmaschine anpassbar ist.
- Zündspulentester (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeich-net, dass eine Zündkerze (16) oder eine Gasfunkenstrecke (15) in den Zündkreis einschaltbar sind.
- Zündspulentester (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeich-net, dass eine Ausgleichshülse (14) als Verbindungsstück von dem Sekundäraus-gang (25) der Stabzündspule (20) zu der Gasfunkenstrecke (15) oder der Zünd-kerze (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Zündspulentester (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Ausgleichshülse (14) ein kapazitiver Sensor (17) zur Zündsignalauskopplung angebracht ist.
- Zündspulentester (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeich-net, dass das Gehäuse (30) im Bereich des kapazitiven Sensors (17) einen Durchbruch (54) für eine Messleitung (72) des kapazitiven Sensors (17) und / oder in dem Bereich des Feldführungsblechs (24) einen Durchbruch (43) zur Kontaktierung des Feldführungsblechs (24) aufweist.
- Zündspulentester (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeich-net, dass der Durchbruch (43) mit einer Hochspannungsisolation (44) elektrisch gegen eine Signalleitung (71) isoliert ist.
- Zündspulentester (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeich-net, dass das Gehäuse (30) ein- oder mehrteiligteilig aufgebaut ist.
- Zündspulentester (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeich-net, dass das Ansteuermodul (60) mit dem Gehäuse (30) als Einheit verbunden ist.
- Verwendung eines Zündspulentesters (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zündspulentester (1) zur Prüfung von Einzel-funkenzündspulen mit außerhalb des Zündkerzendoms (10) liegenden Sekundär-wicklungen (22) verwendbar ist.
