Die Art und Weise der Befestigung von Stulpschienen- und Schubstangenanordnung ist derart gewählt, dass sie einerseits an Flügeln realisiert werden kann, die zur Schraubbefestigung ohne ein Vorbohren von Befestigungsöffnungen auskommen (Kunststoff- und Holzflügel) andererseits aber auch eine Beschlagsmontage an Flügeln gestattet, an denen Befestigungsöffnungen der genannten Art vorzubohren sind (Metallflügel). Durch die Verlagerung der Befestigungsstellen der erfindungsgemäßen Halteelemente in Flügelbereiche außerhalb der Schubstangennut ist gewährleistet, dass in Fällen, in denen ein Vorbohren erforderlich ist, anfallende Bohrspäne ohne weiteres entfernt werden können und somit die Funktionsfähigkeit des montierten Beschlages nicht beeinträchtigen. Für den Beschlagverarbeiter hat die Universalität des erfindungsgemäßen Ansatzes den Vorteil, dass unabhängig von dem kundenseitig gewünschten Flügelmaterial nur noch eine einzige Beschlagsbauart vorzuhalten und zu montieren ist. Erworbenes Montage-Know-how ebenso wie etwa vorhandene maschinelle Montageeinrichtungen lassen sich sowohl bei der Herstellung von Fenstern, Türen oder dergleichen aus Kunststoff oder Holz als auch zur Herstellung von Fenstern, Türen oder dergleichen aus Metall nutzen.
