- the present invention relates to a sinker of circular knitting machines for pile fabrics, and more particularly to a sinker for circular knitting machines that provides a yarn positioning function during the weaving process.
- the conventional sinker 31 comprises a nose section 32, a support surface 33 being a horizontal surface disposed on the nose section 32, and when the sinker 31 draws back in the final step of the weaving process, the weaving needle 34 pulls the bottom yarn and the binding yarn of a yarn loop 35 down. Since the support surface 33 does not have an inclined angle it is difficult to maintain the angle of a plating loop when the yarn loop falls. In other words, the angle of the plating loop is changed very easily when the yarn loop falls, and thus will cause low quality of fabrics.
- the sinker cylinder containing the sinker is rotated at a high speed for weaving. Therefore, the sinker moves back and forth in the driving path of the cam during high-speed rotation.
- a centrifugal force is produced to give the sinker a large outwards swinging force towards the exterior of the circular knitting machine, such that a protruded plate cannot move smoothly along the driving path.

- Platine (10) de machines à tricoter circulaires pour tissus à poils, apte à être disposée sur une machine à tricoter circulaire avec un angle incliné, à fournir une boucle de positionnement pour un fil de laine (18), un fil inférieur (16) et un fil de liage (20) dans un procédé de tricotage pour obtenir une boucle de vanisage, comprenant :une section en nez (11), présentant un nez en saillie (22) couplé à une extrémité de ladite section en nez (11) ;une section en gorge (12), disposée à un endroit adjacent de l'autre extrémité de ladite section en nez (11) ; etune section abdominale (13) couplée à ladite section en gorge (12),dans laquelle la section en nez (11) possède une surface de travers (111),caractérisée parune rainure limite (23) joignant la surface de travers (111) et le nez en saillie (22), ladite rainure limite pouvant fournir une traction vers le bas sur ledit fil inférieur (16) et fil de liage (20).
- Platine (10) de machines à tricoter circulaires pour tissus à poils selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite section en gorge (12) comprend une première surface terminale (121), et ladite section abdominale (13) comprend une seconde surface terminale (131), et ladite première surface terminale (121) est couplée à ladite seconde surface terminale (131), et ladite première surface terminale (121) est une surface de travers, de sorte que ladite première surface terminale (121) est une surface horizontale lorsque ladite platine (10) est disposée dans ladite machine à tricoter circulaire.
- Platine (10) de machines à tricoter circulaires pour tissus à poils selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre une rainure limite (12) pour le positionnement dudit fil de laine (17), fil inférieur (16) et fil de liage (20) et disposée à un endroit où ledit nez en saillie (22) et la section en nez (11) sont couplés.
