Claims (10)
- Flow regulator (1) having a flow regulator housing (2) that can be inserted in a sanitary outlet fitting, having a component on the inflow side that extends over the internal cross section of the outlet, and having a sealing profile (6) surrounding the flow regulator housing (2), which forms a seal between the flow regulator housing (2) on the one hand and the outlet fitting on the other hand and has at least two annularly encircling sealing lips (6b), the component on the inflow side being connected in one piece with the sealing profile (6), characterised in that the sealing lips (6b) have different heights and come into operation one after the other with an increasing insertion pressure acting on the flow regulator (1).
- Flow regulator according to claim 1, characterised in that the component on the inflow side is a housing part (4) with a flow fragmenting device (5) formed thereon.
- Flow regulator according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the end edge region of the housing part (4) on the inflow side is configured as the sealing profile (6).
- Flow regulator according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the sealing profile (6) has at least one contact seal and/or lip seal.
- Flow regulator according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the component on the inflow side has an insertion stop (7) which restricts any deformation of the sealing profile (6) in the position of use of the flow regulator (1).
- Flow regulator according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the sealing profile (6) has at least one seal with a sealing profile base (6a) in the form of an insertion stop (7).
- Flow regulator according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the sealing profile (6) and if appropriate its insertion stop (7) cooperates with an end edge region of the outlet fitting that delimits the internal cross-section.
- Flow regulator according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the insertion stop (7) is arranged adjacent to the sealing profile (6) in the radial direction.
- Flow regulator according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the sealing lips (6b) have graduated heights.
- Flow regulator according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the component on the inflow side and at least the sealing profile (6) connected in one piece therewith are made from the same material.
