Abstract

The regulator (1) has a housing (2) fitted into a tap etc., and a peripheral seal (6) between housing and tap. It also has a component on the intake side extending across the full outlet profile and connected integrally to the seal. Both parts are of the same material. The component is a housing part (4) with integrated jet splitting unit (5). It has an insert stop (7) to limit deformation of the seal. The seal has two or more ring-like sealing lips (6b) of different heights.
