Description

The invention relates to a bolt work for secure storage, such as cash dispensers, automatic cash safes or the like according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such bolt works are known in various embodiments, such as from the DE 201 16 334 U1 , The bolt work disclosed in this document has a sliding main bolt, which can be locked by means of a lock. The main latch is associated with an emergency locking device, which blocks the opening movements of the main bolt in a break-in attempt. This emergency locking device has emergency locking pieces, which are stretched by at least one spring against each other and are positioned, for example via guide pins in a disc consisting of a fragile material such as glass. If the glass is destroyed in a break-in attempt, the emergency locking pieces are moved by means of a spring in a locking position in which they define the main bolt and secure against displacement. To ensure that the glass pane is destroyed in the event of burglary, an emergency hammer is assigned to the main latch, which, when fully or partially directed in the stroke direction of the main latch, strikes the breakable disk with great force in a destructive manner. In order to activate the hammer in a break-in attempt, deformation recesses are mounted in the main bolt, which are deformed in a blow to a bolt bar connected to the main bolt and thereby cause a shift of the bolt bar in the direction of the main bolt. This shift activates the hammer and leads to the impact of the disc.

However, the use of a hammer is very expensive to manufacture, since in particular the storage of the hammer requires a bearing block on which the hammer is articulated. In addition, the hammer and the Deformationsausnehmungen are spatially separated, which also requires a complex production.

It is therefore the object of the invention to provide a device for destroying the disc of the generic bolt work, which is constructed simpler and cheaper.

Since the action means lie directly on the disc or are positioned only slightly spaced from the disc, the disc is at a force on the Einwirkmittel, which leads to a shift of the agents pressed and burst. The design effort is very low, since no hinge construction as a hammer is needed. In addition, a high reliability is ensured because the disc is destroyed in a stroke on the main bolt in the stroke direction in any case.

According to one embodiment, the means for destroying the disc comprises at least one tab associated with the main bar which extends from the main bar in the direction of the disc. This reliable variant requires no component except the tab on the main bolt and is therefore particularly cost.

The main bolt is made of a metal sheet and the tab bent out in a particularly simple manner directly from the metal sheet of the main bolt.

Alternatively, the device for destroying the disc at least one or more ball (s), which at least one hole in the main bar - and preferably in the base plate - passes through and which is pressed in a break-in attempt by the main bar in the direction of the disc.

Further advantageous embodiments are specified in the remaining subclaims.

In Figs. 1 and 2, a bolt mechanism 1 for a door 2 of a value receptacle, also not shown here, is shown, wherein the bolt mechanism 1 has a base plate 3 and a cover plate 4 parallel thereto, between which a main bolt 5 made of a metal sheet and two optional Predictable Baskulestangen 6, 7 (see also Fig. 2a) are guided displaceably. The Baskulestangen 6, 7 are coupled to the main bar 5 via a not shown here gear and orthogonal to the main bar 5 toward each other and away from each other. In their locking position, the main bolt 5 and the base bar rods 6, 7 each engage in bolt strips, of which only the bolt bar 8 for the main bolt 5 is shown here. In addition to a lock S (FIG. 2), the main latch 5 is assigned an emergency locking device which, in the event of a break-in attempt, blocks a possible opening movement of the main latch 5.

This emergency locking device has emergency locking pieces 9 which engage in the normal position via guide pins, not shown here, in a disc 11 made of a fragile material such as glass. When opening the main latch 5, these emergency locking pieces 9 engage in recesses 10 of the main latch 5. In a break-in attempt, the glass pane 11 shatters and a spring, also not shown here, is activated when the glass plate 11 shatters and moves the emergency locking piece assigned to it into a locking position - e.g. locking against an area of the main bolt 5.

So that the disk 11 shatters in the event of burglary, the main bolt 5 is assigned a device for destroying the disk 11. In a first embodiment, this comprises at least one tab 12 which is punched out and bent directly from the material of the main bolt 5, so that it is still connected to the main bolt 5 at one of its sides. The tab 12 is bent from the plane of the main latch 5 down in the direction of the disc 11 so that it reaches very close to the disc 11. The tab 12 is positioned in the main latch 5 so that it extends in the locking position of the main latch 5 (Fig. 1a) to all or near the bolt bar 8 for the main bar 5.

Particularly well, the - preferably two - tabs 12 in Figs. 1 and Fig. 4a, b can be seen. Above the tabs 12 is in each case a recess 15 in the main bolt 5, via which the main bolt 5 is coupled to the bolt bar 8. The bolt bar 8 has a slot 8a, in which the main bolt 5 engages. About not shown pins or bolts, the main bolt 5 is connected via the recesses 15 in one piece with the locking bar 8. The bolt bar 8 is moved when opening and closing together with the main bolt 5. The bolt bar 8 is designed such that between the end of the main bolt 5 and the base of the slot 8a when engaging the main bolt 5, a gap D is formed.

If, in the event of a break-in with a hammer or the like, striking the locking bar 8 from the outside in the opening direction of the main latch 5, the latter shifts Position of the bolt bar 8 relative to the main bolt 5. The bolt bar 8 is therefore arranged and designed so that it is displaceable as a result of such a blow by more than the amount of the gap D in the direction of the main bolt 5. By this movement, the locking bar 8 presses against the tab 12, so that it is bent slightly further in the direction of the disc 11. The disk 11 is pressed in and shatters. As a result, the emergency locking pieces 9 loosen, so that they move into their emergency locking position and thus additionally secure the main latch 5 against forced opening. This solution has the advantage that, unlike a hinged hammer, which strikes the disc 11, it can not jam. It also has the additional advantage that it is possible to make the limit force for triggering the emergency locking device small.

A second embodiment is shown in Figs. 3a-g, in which a ball 13 is used to destroy the disc 11. Preferably, at least two spaced-apart balls 13 are used. The ball 13 passes through two mutually aligned holes 14 a, b in the base plate 3 and the main bar 5 and lies directly on the disc 11. On the main bolt 5 in the bore 14b an annular disc 18 is placed to guide the ball 13 in addition. Above the bore 14 a in the main bolt 5 is a recess 15. About not shown pins or bolts, the main bolt 5 is in turn connected via the recesses 15 in one piece with the bolt bar 8. The bolt bar 8 is moved when opening and closing together with the main bolt 5. The bolt bar 8 is designed such that between the end of the main bolt 5 and the base of the slot 8a when engaging the main bolt 5, a gap D is formed.

On the outer circumference of the bore 14a, here two slots 16 connect, which extend in the plate of the main latch 5 to just before the recess 15 for the pins or bolts of the locking bar 8, so that between the recess 15 and the slots 16 each only thin Stay webs 17 and 16 forms a tab 19 between the slots.

In a blow against the bolt bar 8 in the opening direction of the main bolt 5, the bolt bar 8 is moved due to the gap D against the main bolt 5. However, since the main bolt 5 is integrally connected via pins or bolts with the bolt bar 8, the web 17 is deformed and the tab 19 is pressed against the ball 13. Since the ball 13 tries to avoid the forces acting on it, it presses against the glass sheet 11 and this is destroyed. This in turn activates the emergency interlock.

Again, a joint, as is required in the emergency hammer 5, saved and guaranteed the highest reliability destroying the disc 11 in the event of burglary.

Both in the formation of the action means as tab and as a ball, the recesses 15 are arranged in the region of the action means and not arranged separately from these, so that thereby a simple construction of the main bolt is made possible.
