- the support means distance is also easily adjustable. The Setting the suspension element distance affects the overall height of the drive 7 not.
- the drive module 11 is optionally provided with a guide roller 20, which ensures a wrap-around of the traction sheave 12 by the suspension element 2 independent of the suspension element spacing. If the suspension element 2 is deflected using the guide roller 20, the wrap angle ( ⁇ ) is 90 ° to 180 °. This wrap can be changed by the arrangement of the guide roller 20. As a rule, a wrap angle ( ⁇ ) in the vicinity of 180 ° is desired. The advantage of this arrangement is that the wrap angle ( ⁇ ) can be defined independently of the carrier mean distance.
- the drive module 11 can also be used directly without using the guide roller 20. Depending on the arrangement, this results in a wrap angle ( ⁇ ) of 90 ° or 180 °, as shown in the schematic diagrams Fig.4a, 4b and 4c.
- the suspension element 2 has, as shown in Figures 4d to 4f a substantially circular cross-section or it has a substantially flat cross-section, wherein the Transmission of the driving force serving surface smooth, longitudinally structured, serrated, knobbed, punched or of any kind is another structure or, the support means 2 has any Cross-section on.

- the advantage of this embodiment results from the universal applicability of the drive module 11.
- the interfaces 15 allow the attachment of the connection parts 16 required for a specific elevator installation 1.
- the interfaces 15 are, as shown in Figures 3, 4, 9 and 10, for example, slots or hole arrangements or jaws for receiving connection means.
- the connection parts 16 are optionally extension 18, deflection module 19, suspension or support modules 25, 26, or suspension means end connections 27 or further aids.
- the design of the drive module 11 with functional interfaces 15 allows the use of the drive module 11 for many types of elevators, and this allows a rational and cost-effective production of the product.
- a first advantageous connection part 16 is an extension 18, which is arranged with an end region on the interface 15 of the drive module 11, and at the other end region of a deflection module 19 is attached.
- the deflection module 19 has the drive module identical interface 15.
- the advantage of the extension 18 is that an adjustment of the support means distance is possible.
- universal drive and deflection modules can be used, which in turn allows a rational production of the drive.
- the deflection module 19 and the drive module 11 have the same interfaces 15. This is particularly advantageous because it increases the design options. For example, instead of the arrangement, drive module 11 and deflection module 19, two drive modules 11 can be used. As a result, the performance of the drive system 7 can be significantly increased.
- the interface 15 of the drive module 11 and the deflection module 19 for extension 18 allows a fine adjustability of the Tragstoffdistanz.
- This advantageous embodiment allows adjustment to the actually existing carrier distance. Thus, there is no skew, whereby a wear of the support means 2 is reduced.

- the support module 26 is used to place the new drive 7 in place of existing pulleys 33.
- the new drive 7 is mounted on carrier 32 here.
- the supports 32 are generally supported in walls or they are connected by means of brackets to the shaft wall or a support frame.
- the new drive 7 can also be attached to counterweight guide rails 34 and / or cabin guide rails 35, provided that they are dimensioned accordingly.
- the hanging or support modules 25,26 are advantageously provided with noise or vibration damping materials.
- the advantage of this embodiment is the fact that an appropriate building type attachment can be selected.
- the suspension module 25 advantageously uses threaded or support rods, which allow adjustment of the installation height. The new drive machine 7 can thus be easily leveled.
- the hanging module 25 uses, for example, existing openings in the shaft ceiling 6, or in the bottom of the overhead Engine room 8 to the drive 7 to the shaft ceiling 6 to hang, with the counterplates required in the machine room 8 are long and narrow, and between the existing machine sockets 17 are arranged.
- the counter plates Dependent on the execution of the engine room 8, the counter plates have other shapes, as for the arrangement Meaningfully result. You can if necessary be executed for example round.
- any machine base 17, which were used to attach an old drive 9, can be left. This reduces the conversion time and the associated costs.
- individual interfaces 15 and associated connection parts 16 are designed as integrated components of the drive 7.
- a support module 26 may be embodied as a fixed component of the drive or deflection module.
- the drive module 11 and / or the deflection module 19 is advantageously provided with Tragstoffenditatien 27.
- the advantage here is that the interfaces to the building be reduced because all the supporting forces from cabin 3 and Counterweight 4 are guided on the drive unit 7 and introduced via the suspension points of the drive 7 in the building become.
- the arrangement of the suspensions allows the use of a 2: 1 umhlindfitten arrangement in elevator systems 1, which were hung in the old version directly, or 1: 1.
- This arrangement is made possible by a particularly advantageous design of Tragstoffendriven. This is advantageous because small drives can be used, whereby the space requirement remains low.
- the auxiliary hoist 28 is used for the assembly-related process of elevator material and / or assembly personnel.
- the inventive drive 7 is transported by means of the old elevator installation 1 in the vicinity of the installation site, preferably in a top floor 30 and completed there with the necessary connection parts 16.
- the old cab 3 is now set and secured in the vicinity of the top stop 30 and the old support members are dismantled.
- the roof of the cabin 3 can be used as Häplatform.
- the drive 7 according to the invention is preferably lifted to the shaft ceiling 6 using the already existing cable feedthroughs and a towing device 29 attached in the machine room 8, and fastened by means of a suspended module 25. Now the new suspension 2 can be retracted.
- the elevator installation can move into an assembly operation and the cabin can be moved; depending on the conversion agreement, the remaining shaft equipment can be replaced.
- the canopy is advantageously used as Montageplatform.
- any components of the old machine room equipment, such as drive machine, control boxes, etc. are transported to a suitable floor.
- a suitable floor is for example a floor which can be easily reached for transport purposes.
- An auxiliary hoist 28 is not required in this example and the elevator system 1 is again available to the customer after a short conversion time.
- the elevator 10 associated with the control and / or drive control is advantageously arranged in the engine room 8.
- it can also be arranged wholly or partly in the shaft 5 or in an easily accessible location, preferably in the vicinity of the drive.
- a machine room 8 is often available.
- the machine room 8 can at least partly not be used elsewhere.
- the old drive 9 is located on a shaft superstructure which ensures a sufficient safety distance from the canopy to the shaft head or the components installed therein. He is thus within the engine room 8 in an elevated position. Accordingly, the machine room 8 can not be used in its full height, especially in this subarea. This portion of the engine room 8 is particularly suitable for an arrangement of the new controller 10 and / or drive control.
- the electrical connection to the drive 7 is usually possible simply by existing openings in the shaft ceiling 6.
- the best arrangement of the controller 10 and / or the drive control can be selected. It is particularly advantageous that a, for the purposes of the elevator installation 1 no longer required existing engine room 8 or at most parts thereof is free for other use. A corresponding part of the machine room 8 can be separated by an intermediate wall.
- the methods shown are examples. Combinations are possible. For example, only the drive can be renewed on a case-by-case basis or, for example, the entire system including the cab, counterweight, etc. is renewed.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for modernizing a Drive of a lift installation according to the preamble of the independent Claim.
An elevator system aims to transport people and goods within a building between floors. A cabin serves to accommodate the people and goods.
A drive drives by means of suspension the cabin, which is thereby moved up and down in a vertically extending shaft. The suspension element connects the cabin to a counterweight. It is guided by a traction sheave. The traction sheave transmits the force required for the process or the holding to the suspension elements. The traction sheave is driven or held by a drive device and / or by a braking device.
Another type of drive drives the cabin by means of hydraulic lifting devices. The driving and holding force is acting by a pump unit directly via a piston acting, or indirectly by means of a rope or chain hoist, transmitted to the cabin.
Both drive types have specific usage characteristics they are subject to wear and tear. The usage properties are for example the driving speed or the load for which the elevator system is designed. Wear arises, for example, by a longer lasting Use of the elevator system, which leads to signs of wear leads to components of the elevator system. Change the Usage requirements or wear is too big must the existing drive or possibly the entire elevator system be replaced or renewed.
To the widest possible field of application for the replacement of existing Elevator drives or entire elevator systems with few Covering components are universal or modular Driving machines and simple methods of replacement Elevator drives required.
unangenehme lange Umbauzeiten entstehen. Lange Umbauzeiten
Today standard Modermisierungsverfahren of drives replace an existing drive usually by a similar or a similar type, which is installed at the location of the existing drive, or at the same time the entire elevator system is renewed.
Disadvantage of this method is that unpleasant long conversion times arise for the elevator users. Long conversion times are inconvenient because the elevator system is not available for transports during the conversion, and the conversion is inevitably associated with noise, which is generated for example by required structural adjustments in the building.
The object of the invention is now a method for modernization to provide a drive of an elevator installation, which is optimally applicable to existing buildings, i. a conversion time should be shortened and construction adjustments should weitgehenst omitted.
Of course, general aspects such as high safety standards, economic processes and assembly with too consider.
The defined in the independent claim solution met This task.
An elevator installation includes a drive, one on suspension means kept cabin and a counterweight. The cabin and the counterweight are in a vertically extending Shaft oppositely arranged movable up and down. The suspension element connects the cabin to the counterweight and the support means is from the drive by means of at least worn and driven by a traction sheave.
The new drive is modular. It consists at least of the traction sheave and of at least one motor required to drive the traction sheave. The motor and the traction sheave are preferably assembled into a drive module. The core function of the drive is perceived by this drive module. In general, the drive module also includes a braking device. The drive module can be supplemented with a deflection module to allow adjustability of the suspension element spacing.
The drive module and the deflection module are preferably connected to each other by means of an extension, which allow adjustment of a required support means distance. The suspension element spacing is the distance between a part of the suspension element strand running to the drive and a part of the suspension element strand running away from the drive.
The drive module and / or the deflection module is with connection parts provided, which for fastening the drive be used inside the shaft or in the engine room can.
According to the invention, the modernization of an existing Elevator drive by the new drive outside of, arranged by the existing drive claimed space becomes.
The advantage of this method is that the existing Drive very long for the operation of the elevator system is available. He can be used in particular be integrated around the new drive as a whole or in modules the proximity of the installation site, preferably a topmost one Floor transported. The new drive can be in the Near the installation site If necessary, assembled and / or be completed and prepared for final assembly become.
During this time, the elevator system continues to stand the elevator users available. In a very short conversion time can now remove the existing suspension, the new drive mounted and the suspension means in turn installed and the elevator system is already back for Transport tasks or elevator users available. The existing, no longer required drive unit affected the operation of the modernized elevator system not, they can either be left at their place of installation or they can be disassembled on occasion and for example with the modernized Elevator installation in for disposal of the material suitable floor to be transported.
The method for replacing a lift drive in one Lift system is optimally applicable in existing buildings.
obenliegenden Maschinenraum 8, welche mittels direkter, bzw.
1:1 Aufhängung umgebaut wird. Fig.12 zeigt ein Beispiel mit
A mounted below a

Aufwändige Anpassungen an
dargestellt.Advantageously, the relative position of
This allows in particular a reduction of the conversion time, since existing installations can be left and the modernization costs are low. Complex adjustments to the building structure are eliminated. The unchanged relative position of the
The

The
Vorzugsweise sind die Schnittstelle 15 des Antriebsmoduls 11
und die Schnittstelle 15 des Umlenkmoduls 19 identisch ausgeführt.
Dies ermöglicht eine einfache Montage, da beim Anbringen
der Verlängerung 18 keine Verwechslungsmöglichkeit
besteht.Preferably, the
The
The
An additional advantage is that the individual modules
and parts are transported separately to the installation site
can. As a result, the transport units are small and wise

The advantage of this invention can be seen in that

As shown by way of example in FIG. 4, the
The
The
As a result, the
Das Antriebsmodul 11 ist mit Schnittstellen 15 versehen,
welche den Anbau von mehreren Anschlussteilen 16 ermöglicht. The
The advantage of this embodiment results from the universal applicability of the
The
The
A first

Dadurch
lässt sich die Leistung des Antriebsystems 7 deutlich
steigern.The advantage of the
The
The
This advantageous embodiment allows adjustment to the actually existing carrier distance. Thus, there is no skew, whereby a wear of the support means 2 is reduced.
Antrieb 7 an Stelle bestehender Umlenkrollen 33 anzuordnen.
Another
The advantage of this embodiment is the fact that an appropriate building type attachment can be selected.
The
In Abhängigkeit
Sinnvollerweise ergeben. Sie können im Bedarfsfalle
beispielsweise rund ausgeführt sein.The hanging
Particularly advantageous in this embodiment is that any
If necessary,
The
The arrangement of the suspensions allows the use of a 2: 1 umhängängten arrangement in
This is advantageous because small drives can be used, whereby the space requirement remains low.
In a useful addition, the
Fig.11 beispielhaft dargestellt.
This supplement allows a particularly efficient sequence of assembly of the
The
During this assembly operation, any components of the old machine room equipment, such as drive machine, control boxes, etc. are transported to a suitable floor. A suitable floor is for example a floor which can be easily reached for transport purposes. An auxiliary hoist 28 is not required in this example and the
Kabine, Gegengewicht etc. erneuert.The
