Claims (17)
- Wärmetauscher für Industrieanlagen, insbesondere für Kraftwerke, mit mindestens einem Verteiler für ein fluides Medium und mindestens einem an dem Verteiler befestigten Wärmetauscherelement,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er unter Ausbildung einer sandwichartigen Anordnung aus Verteilern (1) und aus Metallschaumkörpern (4) bestehenden Wärmetauscherelementen (3) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei
die Verteiler (1) als Rohr (2) oder zumindest aus miteinander verbundenen Halbrohren (2', 2") bestehen, und dass benachbarte Rohre (2) bzw. Halbrohre (2', 2") über den Metallschaumkörper (4) miteinander verbunden sind. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr als Vollrohr (2) ausgestaltet ist. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vollrohr (2) aus zwei Halbrohren zusammengesetzt ist. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbrohre als Halbschalen (2') aus Blech ausgebildet sind. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbschale (2') einen etwa trapezförmigen Querschnitt aufweist. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (2, 2', 2") im Querschnitt einen vorbestimmten Kurvenverlauf aufweist. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Metallschaumkörpers (4) jeweils ein Rohr (2) oder eine Halbschale (2', 2") zur Ausbildung eines sandwichartigen Wärmetauschermoduls (5, 6, 7) befestigt ist. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Wärmetauschermodule (5, 6, 7) stapel artig übereinander angeordnet sind. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder (8) der Halbschalen (2, 2', 2") zweier Wärmetauschermodule (5, 6, 7) an deren Stirnseiten miteinander verschweißt sind. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder (8) als über den Metallschaumkörper (4) nach außen überstehende Flansche (9) ausgebildet sind. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flansche (9) benachbarter Wärmetauschermodule (5, 6, 7) mittels Widerstands-Rollenschweißen miteinander verschweißt sind. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (10) gegenüberliegender Anschlussflansche (9) benachbarter Wärmetauschermodule (5, 6, 7) mit einer Abdeckung (11) zur Ausbildung eines weiteren Verteilers (12) verbunden sind, welcher zur Aufnahme von aus dem Metallschaumkörper (4) austretenden Fluids oder zur Einspeisung eines Fluids in den Metallschaumkörper (4) dient. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr oder die Halbschale (2, 2', 2") mit dem mindestens einen Metallschaumkörper (4) verlötet ist. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Metallschaumkörper (4) aus offenporigem Metallschaum besteht. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Metallschaumkörper (4) aus Aluminiumschaum besteht. - Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Metallschaumkörper (4) von einem fluiden Medium durchströmbar ist. - Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Metallschaumkörper (4) von Luft durchströmt ist, in welche Wasser eingesprüht ist.
