Abstract

負荷に対する能力調整は、インバータ(15)による電動機(11)の回転数制御によって行う。こうして、能力調整時にアンロード制御を行う必要を無くして運転効率の低下を抑制する。さらに、容量制御を行う容量制御弁を無くして弁制御機構を簡素化する。一方、可変内部容積比は、運転状態(能力)に応じた最高の圧縮機効率になるように、低内部容積比指令時には、圧縮部コントローラ(27)によって、スライド弁(19)を軸方向電動機(11)側に移動させて圧縮工程の終了時点を速めて圧縮ガスを早く吐出させる。これに対して、高内部容積比指令時には、スライド弁(19)を軸方向ピストン(25)側に移動させて圧縮工程の終了時点を遅めて圧縮ガスを遅く吐出させる。
