Claims (19)

  1. Entleerungsventil (1) für einen Behalter für den Transport oder die Lagerung von flüssigen Chemikalien, das aus einem Gehäuse (2) des Ventils und einem Bedienungsgriff (8) zum Öffnen und Verschließen des Ventils gebildet wird, das Gehäuse (2) des Ventils sei dafür bestimmt, an ein Behältnis für Flüssigkeiten montiert zu werden und besteht aus:
    • einem Verbindungsstück (3) zum Anschluss an das Behältnis (13) für Flüssigkeiten, das über die Mittel zur Verbindung und Montage (14) an den Ausgang des Behältnisses verfügt;
    • einer zentralen Dichtungskammer (4), in der sich ein mobiles Bauteil zum Öffnen und Verschließen (5) durch die Betätigung des Bedienungsgriffs (8) bewegt; und
    • einem Auslaufende (6), das die zentrale Kammer (4) über den Durchgang verlängert, aus der die entweichende Flüssigkeit herausfließt,
    und in welchem :
    • das mobile Bauteil zum Verschließen und Öffnen (5) durch Drehen oder transversal zum Gehäuse (2) des Ventils, beweglich ist; und
    • der Bedienungsgriff (8), der das mobile Bauteil zum Verschließen und Öffnen (5) betätigt, durch eine Sicherheitseinrichtung in geschlossener Stellung gehalten wird
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es außerdem aufweist:
    • eine Verschlusswand (7), die auf dem Niveau des Auslaufendes (6) des Ventilgehäuses (2) angeordnet und in einem Stück mit wenigstens dem Auslaufende (6) des Ventilgehäuses (2) durch Formung entstanden ist, den gesamten Querschnitt im Durchlaufinneren vom Auslaufende (6) des Ventilgehäuses (2) verschließt.
  2. Entleerungsventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusswand (7) in einem Stück mit dem gesamten Ventilgehäuse (2) durch Formung entstanden ist.
  3. Entleerungsventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusswand (7) die Form einer Scheibe (20) hat, die mit der seitlich anstoßenden Wand des Auslaufendes (6) durch eine ringförmige Verdünnung der Verbindungsstelle (21) verbunden ist, die eine kreisförmige Zone geringerer mechanischer Festigkeit bildet.
  4. Entleerungsventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusswand (7) in einem Stück hergestellt wurde.
  5. Entleerungsventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die herausnehmbare Verschlusswand (7) vor ihrem Entfernen die Öffnung des Ventil-Auslaufendes (6) vollständig verschließt.
  6. Entleerungsventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusswand (7) ein Greifelement (22) besitzt, um ihre Herausnahme zu erleichtern.
  7. Entleerungsventil gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greifelement (22) ein Zugstreifen (23) ist.
  8. Entleerungsventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auslaufende (6) des Ventils, in dem die Verschlusswand (7) geformt ist, auf seiner Außenseite ein Gewinde (24) hat, damit es möglich ist, dort einen Sicherheitsdeckel (25) durch Aufschrauben anzubringen.
  9. Entleerungsventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusswand (7) aus demselben Material wie das Ventilgehäuse (2) hergestellt ist.
  10. Entleerungsventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusswand (7) etwa senkrecht zum ausströmenden Flüssigkeitsfluss steht.
  11. Entleerungsventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel für die Verbindung und Montage (14) am Ausgang des Behältnisses (13) eine Form für eine geeignete Aufnahme (15) haben, mit einem zylindrischen oder konischen oder anderen Ende, umgeben von einer Montagemutter (16), die auf den Anschlussstutzen mit Gewinde (17) des Behälterausgangs aufgeschraubt wird.
  12. Entleerungsventil nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagemutter (16) in einem Stück in das Ventilgehäuse (2) geprägt ist.
  13. Entleerungsventil nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung aus einer Montagemutter (16) und einer Ringdichtung mit einem flachen oder T-Querschnitt (18) besteht.
  14. Entleerungsventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Verschließen und Öffnen (5) eine drehende oder senkbare Klappenvorrichtung (11) ist.
  15. Entleerungsventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Verschließen und Öffnen (5) eine Kugel-oder Rollenvorrichtung ist.
  16. Entleerungsventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Verschließen und Öffnen (5) eine Vorrichtung mit Drehklappe ist.
  17. Entleerungsventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Verschließen und Öffnen (5) eine zentrierte Mitnehmerwelle (10) aufweist.
  18. Entleerungsventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Verschließen und Öffnen (5) eine dezentrierte Mitnehmerwelle (10) aufweist.
  19. Entleerungsventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtheit zwischen dem Mittel zum Verschließen und Öffnen (5) und dem Inneren der zentralen Kammer (4) des Ventilgehäuses (2) durch die Deformation der anstoßenden Innenwand der Kammer (4), durch ein Mittel zum Verschließen und Öffnen gewährleistet wird, das einen geringfügig größeren Durchmesser hat und dessen Umfang einen höheren Härtegrad besitzt, als der, der anstoßenden Innenwand der Kammer (4).
