Claims (12)

  1. Originalitätsverschluss (1) für die Ausströmungsöffnung eines Behälters insbesondere für Getränke, insbesondere für Bierfässer (2), die einen Füllkopf umfassen der einen Flansch aufweist, der eine Füllöffnung trägt, wobei der Verschluss (1) eine Deckscheibe (3) und eine angrenzende Schürze (4) umfasst, die sich mit ihrem Umfang verbindet und die sich von der Scheibe (3) ausgehend bis zu einem gewissen Abstand derselben ausdehnt, wobei der Verschluss (1) derart geformt ist dass er auf den Flansch des Bierfasses (2) aufgesteckt werden kann, wobei die innere Wand der Schürze (4) elastische Zurückhaltelemente (5) ausweist, die sich in Schließstellung elastisch auf den Flansch aufdrücken, sodaß der Verschluss (1) sich auf den Flansch feststeckt, und wobei der Verschluss außerdem mit einem Aufreißstreifen (6) versehen ist der sich fast über den ganzen Durchmesser der Deckscheibe erstreckt (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Aufreißstreifen (6) eingebogene und auseinanderlaufende Ränder aufweist, damit der Aufreißstreifen bei seiner Abreissung (6) sich vom Rest des Verschlusses (1) in ein Verschlussteil (1) mit zunehmender Breite loslösst.
  2. Originalitätsverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufreißstreichen (6) durch eine Zuglasche verlängert wird (7) die als Greiforgan dient, wenn der Verschluss vom Fass herausgezogen werden muß.
  3. Originalitätsverschluss nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufreißstreichen (6) durch zwei Abschwächungslinien (8) abgegrenzt wird, welche auf einer der Seiten der Scheibe (3) gebildet sind.
  4. Originalitätsverschluss nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass, die Abschwächungslinien (8) die auf der unteren Seite der Scheibe (3) gebildet sind, eingebogen und auseinanderlaufend sind.
  5. Originalitätsverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass, die Abschwächungslinien (8) ungefär in gleicher Höhe mit der Zuglasche beginnen (7) um an der Grenze der Schürze (4) des Verschlusses (1) in Abstand der Zuglasche zu Ende zu gehen (7).
  6. Originalitätsverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschwächungslinien (8) so vorgesehen sind damit nach dem Aufreißen, der Aufreißstreifen (6) und beide Teile des Verschlusses, die auf dem Flansch des Fasses zurückbleiben, einen etwa gleichlangen Schurzteil aufweisen.
  7. Originalitätsverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschwächungslinien (8) durch die Schürze (4) verlängert werden, damit bei dem Abreißen des Aufreißstreifens (6) die Schürze (4) selbst in drei Stücken aufgeteilt wird.
  8. Originalitätsverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschwächungslinien (8) vorzugsweise mit einer besonders dickeren Zone eingefasst sind (10) die im wesentlichen parallel zu den Abschwächungslinien (8) verläuft und sich beiderseits, in unmittelbarer Nähe dieser Linien (8) befindet.
  9. Originalitätsverschluss nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang des Aufreißstreifens (6) in seinem Mittelteil eine Verstärkungsüberdicke (11) vorhanden ist.
  10. Originalitätsverschluss nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schürze (4) in ihrem inneren Teil schräge Rampen (12) aufweist die als Zurückhaltelemente dienen.
  11. Originalitätsverschluss nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckscheibe (3) gemäss der Erfindung auf ihrer unteren Seite Vorsprünge aufweist, die als Distanzteile wirken.
  12. Originalitätsverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die als Distanzteile wirkenden Vorsprünge in zwei Halbkreisen beiderseits der Längsmittellinie des Aufreißstreifens (6) verteilt sind.
