Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Präsentation und Aufbewahrung von Einzelblumensträußen, die das Halten der Blumen im Bereich der vertikalen Mittelachse der Vorrichtung ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
    drei identische rechtwinkelige Dreiecke (10), die als gemeinsame Seite die vertikale Mittelachse (11) der Vorrichtung haben, die auch die Seite (10) ist, die den rechten Winkel der Dreiecke trägt, wodurch eine pyramidenartige geometrische Figur gebildet wird,
    ein Basiselement (13), das einer geometrischen Figur entspricht, die drei Seiten mit identischer Länge aufweist, die an der Mittelachse der Vorrichtung (11) zusammenlaufen und einen identischen Winkel zwischen sich bilden,
    eine dichte Folie, die unter dem Basiselement (13) angeordnet ist und zur zentralen Spitze (14) der Vorrichtung zusammenläuft und von einer zweiten Befestigung gehalten wird, die von einem Band gebildet ist, um die dichte Folie um den Strauß herum zu halten, wobei die Gesamtheit derart angeordnet ist, dass sie die Einleitung von Wasser durch eine Öffnung ermöglicht, die am oberen Teil der Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend mehr als drei identische rechtwinkelige Dreiecke.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend ein Basiselement (13), das einer geometrischen Figur mit mehr als drei Seiten mit identischer Länge, die an der Mittelachse der Vorrichtung (11) zusammenlaufen, entspricht.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Spitze (14) der pyramidenartigen geometrischen Figur eine V-förmige Öffnung (15) umfasst, die das Einsetzen des Bandes ermöglicht, das die Stängel der Blumen zusammenhält.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend ein kreisförmiges, quadratisches, rechteckiges, dreieckiges, polygonales oder trapezförmiges Basiselement (16).
  6. Vorrichtung zur Präsentation und Aufbewahrung von Einzelblumensträußen, die das Halten der Blumen im Bereich der vertikalen Mittelachse der Vorrichtung ermöglicht, umfassend ein in geschlossener Position flaches kreisförmiges Basiselement, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aufweist:
    zwei Halbkegel (17), die an ihrer Basis durch ein Scharnier oder einen Falz (18) zusammengefügt sind, wobei dieses Scharnier oder dieser Falz den Durchmesser des Basiselements aufweisen,
    einen Körper von konischer Form, der dem Nebeneinanderlegen von zwei flachen Teilen (19) der beiden Halbkegel entspricht, wenn sich die Vorrichtung in geschlossener Position befindet,
    ein männliches (20) und weibliches (21) Verschlussmittel für die beiden Halbkegel,
    obere Lamellen (22) an der Spitze des Kegels,
    eine dichte Folie (23), die unter dem Basiselement angeordnet ist und zur zentralen Spitze der Vorrichtung zusammenläuft und von einem Band gehalten wird, um die dichte Folie (23) um den Blumenstrauß herum zu halten, wobei die Gesamtheit derart angeordnet ist, dass sie das Einleiten von Wasser durch eine Öffnung (24) ermöglicht, die sich am oberen Teil der Vorrichtung befindet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der obere Lamellen (22) an der Spitze des Kegels als Haltezähne für ein Band dienen können.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, die aus rezyklierbarem thermogeformtem oder gegossenem Kunststoff oder wasserfestem Karton hergestellt werden kann.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Präsentation und Aufbewahrung von Einzelblumensträußen, die das Halten der Blumen im Bereich der vertikalen Mittelachse der Vorrichtung ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie sich zusammensetzt aus:
    einer konischen geometrischen Figur, umfassend an ihrer Basis eine Vielzahl von länglichen unteren Elementen (26), die an die vertikale Mittelachse der Basis anschließen und die Vorrichtung in vertikaler Position halten,
    einen Zwischenteil (27), der von einem vollen konischen Körper (28), der in seiner Breite geschlitzt ist, und von einem konischen Ring (29) gebildet ist, der in seiner Breite geschlitzt und fest mit dem Körper der Vorrichtung verbunden ist, so dass die Schlitze übereinander liegen, um eine bessere Anpassung der Vorrichtung an eine große Blumenmenge zu ermöglichen,
    einen oberen Teil, umfassend eine Vielzahl von länglichen oberen Elementen (30), die sich in Richtung der vertikalen Mittelachse der Vorrichtung erheben.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, bei der die oberen Lamellen (30) an der Spitze des Kegels als Haltezähne für ein Band dienen können.
  11. Vorrichtung zur Präsentation und Aufbewahrung von Einzelblumensträußen, die das Halten der Blumen im Bereich der vertikalen Mittelachse der Vorrichtung ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie von einer konischen geometrischen Figur gebildet ist,
    einem erhabenen Rand (35), von dessen Umfang sich eine Vielzahl von länglichen Elementen (36) mit einem breiten unteren Ende (37) und mit einem schmalen oberen Ende (38) erstrecken, wobei diese länglichen Elemente fest mit dem Rand (35) verbunden sind und sich in Richtung der vertikalen Mittelachse des Basiselements erheben,
    zwei auf diesen länglichen Elementen im oberen Teil der Vorrichtung befestigten Ringen, wobei der obere Ring (40) einen kleineren Umfang als der untere Ring (39) aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch eine Teilöffnung (62), wenn beide Ringe eine Öffnung besitzen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vollöffnung, wenn beide Ringe und der erhabene Rand (35) eine Öffnung besitzen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine männliche Befestigung (41) und eine weibliche Befestigung (42) vorhanden sind.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Vorrichtung aus zwei Halbkegeln, die ein Basiselement besitzen, zusammensetzt.
  16. Vorrichtung zur Präsentation und Aufbewahrung von Einzelblumensträußen, die das Halten der Blumen im Bereich der vertikalen Mittelachse der Vorrichtung ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch die Anordnung von zwei Stützen nebeneinander gebildet ist:
    einer Stütze (54) von konischer Form, die ein Basiselement, männliche (55) und weibliche (56) Befestigungen auf der Wand des Kegels, zwei Zungen (57) im oberen Teil des Kegels besitzt,
    einer dichten Tasche (58), die zwei Zungen (59) aufweist, die mit Öffnungen (60) in ihrem oberen Teil versehen sind, wobei die Tasche (58) derart ausgeführt ist, dass sie im Inneren der konischen Stütze (54) gleitet und sich an dieser durch das Eindringen der beiden Zungen (57) der konischen Stütze in die beiden Öffnungen (60) der Tasche (58) befestigt.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zungen (57, 59) umklappbar sind.
