Claims (10)

  1. Vorgeformte universelle Verpackungsvorrichtung für feste oder flüssige Gegenstände, bestehend aus einem verformbaren Behälter (1), der eine Basis (10) und Mittel zum Falten (11, 14, 15) umfaßt, die in Verbindung mit Schließungsmitteln (3, 6, 6') erlauben, diesen durch konzentrische Verengung seines hohen Teils von einem geöffneten Zustand, in dem er eine insgesamt zylindrische und nach oben erweiterte Form aufweist, fähig, einen oder mehrere einzupackende Gegenstände aufzunehmen, in einen geschlossenen Verpackungszustand übergehen zu lassen, in dem er eine insgesamt kegelförmige Form aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Faltmittel den oberen Rand (11) des besagten Behälters (1), der eine zackige Form aufweist, und Faltlinien (14, 15) einschließen, die sich zwischen dem besagten oberen Rand (11) und der besagten Basis (10) erstrecken, um auf der ganzen Peripherie des Behälters (1) einspringende Falten (16') zu bilden, die jeweils aus drei Faltlinien (14, 15) gebildet sind, die sich von einem Punkt (14') der besagten Basis (10) bis zu dem besagten zackigen Rand (11) in drei Punkten (13, 16) erstrecken, die den beiden oberen Enden (16) und einem unteren Ende (13) des besagten zackigen Randes (11) entsprechen, wobei die besagten oberen Enden (16) sich unmittelbar beiderseits des besagten unteren Endes (13) befinden.
  2. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Kragen (22) umfaßt, der mit den Schließungsmitteln (3, 6, 6') den augenblicklichen Übergang von dem geöffneten Zustand des Behälters (1) in einen Verpackungszustand durch konzentrische Verengung des besagten Kragens (22) gewährleistet.
  3. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (22) aus Zünglein (2, 2') gebildet ist, die jeweils eine der Aushöhlungen (12) des oberen zackigen Randes (11) des Behälters (1) besetzen und sich rückwärts oder jenseits der oberen Enden (16) dieses letzteren erstrecken, indem sie hinsichtlich der Achse des Behälters (1) abweichen, und dadurch, daß die besagten Zünglein (2, 2') jeweils eine Faltlinie (20) umfassen, die sich mittig auf ihrer ganzen Höhe in der Verlängerung der zentralen Faltlinie (14) der entsprechenden einspringenden Falte (16') erstreckt, eine ausspringende Falte (7) bildend, wobei die Verbindungslinie zwischen dem besagten Zünglein (2, 2') und dem oberen Rand eine V-förmige Faltlinie bildet.
  4. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die V-förmige Faltlinie zwischen ihren beiden Schenkeln einen bestimmten Winkel aufweist in Abhängigkeit von der Neigung, die man den Zünglein (2) hinsichtlich der Achse des Behälters verleihen will, wenn dieser letztere im Verpackungszustand ist.
  5. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die V-förmige Faltlinie einen bestimmten stumpfen Winkel aufweist, derart, daß die Zünglein (2) automatisch in Richtung auf die Basis (10) des Behälters (1) bei dem Übergang in den geschlossenen Verpackungsstand neigen, um ein Schließungsdeckel (6) auf den besagten geneigten Zünglein (2) einrasten zu können.
  6. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließungsmittel aus einer Schnur (3) bestehen, die den Kragen (22) einfaßt oder in Löchern (23) gleitet, die auf der ganzen Peripherie des Kragens (22) vorgesehen sind.
  7. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließungsmittel als ein Deckel (6') ausgestaltet sind, der Nasen (60') umfaßt, vorgesehen, automatisch in Aushöhlungen (20') einzugreifen, die in den Zünglein (2), welche sich rückwärts der oberen Enden (16) des oberen zackigen Randes (11) erstrecken, vorgesehen sind.
  8. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließungsmittel als ein Deckel (6) ausgestaltet sind, der einen inneren ringförmigen Vorsprung umfaßt, vorgesehen, unter dem Rand des freien Endes (27) der Zünglein (2), die den Kragen (22) bilden, blockiert zu werden.
  9. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (1) an seiner Basis (10) eine Erhebung umfaßt.
  10. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem einzigen Kunststoffstück hergestellt ist.
