Claims (2)

  1. Vorrichtung zur materiellen Sicherung einer Flasche, insbesondere einer Flasche (10), die Wein oder eine Spirituose enthält, umfassend ein Etikett (12), einen Stopfen (14) zum Verschließen der Flasche sowie eine Kapsel (16), die auf dem Kopf der Flasche angeordnet wird, sobald das Verschließen vollzogen ist, weiterhin umfassend eine Deckkapsel (20) aus transparentem Wärmeschrumpfmaterial, die wenigstens ein Sicherungszeichen (22) trägt, wobei diese Deckkapsel zwei Teile umfasst, nämlich einen ablösbaren oberen (26) und einen einen Ring bildenden weiteren (28), wobei ein Aufreißstreifen (24) das Abtrennen des ablösbaren oberen Teils (26) ermöglicht.
  2. Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungszeichen (22) aus Mikroschriften, aus Angaben, die bei natürlichem Licht nicht lesbar und lediglich unter einer besonderen Beleuchtung lesbar sind, aus Barcodekombinationen oder aber aus Metallsäumen mit besonderer Legierungszusammensetzung, die nur auf eine gegebene Frequenz anspricht, oder aber aus Hologrammen ausgewählt ist.
