Claims (9)
- Streichvorrichtung mit einem Streichaggregat und einem dem Streichaggregat vorgeschalteten Kalander mit mindestens einem Nip, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kalander (5) und das Streichaggregat (2) an einen gemeinsamen Ständer (16) mit einer Walzenaufnahmeseite (17) angeordnet sind, die unter einem Winkel von 30° bis 90° zur Aufstandsfläche (18) des Ständers (16) angeordnet ist.
- Streichvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Streichaggregat (2) einen Auftragsnip (9), der durch eine Auftragwalze (7) und eine weitere Walze oder eine Rakel gebildet ist, aufweist, wobei die Achsen der Auftragwalze (7) in der gleichen Ebene liegen wie die Achsen der Walzen (12, 14) des Kalanders (5).
- Streichvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Kalander (5) und dem Streichaggregat (2) ein Meßrahmen (6) angeordnet ist.
- Streichvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Meßrahmen (6) am Ständer (16) befestigt ist.
- Streichvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Bahnverlauf vorgesehen ist, der über einen Zwischenraum zwischen dem Kalander (5) und dem Streichaggregat (2) parallel zur Walzenaufnahmeseite (17) verläuft.
- Streichvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Streichaggregat (2) eine berührungslos arbeitende Leiteinrichtung (23) nachgeschaltet ist.
- Streichvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ständer (16) durch dreieckartige Platten gebildet ist.
- Streichvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Platten mindestens 150 mm beträgt und die Platten parallel zu ihrer Dickenrichtung eine Montagefläche aufweisen.
- Streichvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kalander (5) eine harte Walze (14) und eine weiche Walze (12) oder eine Schuhwalze aufweist.
