Die Dauer des Knitterschutz-Arbeitsganges ergibt sich dann automatisch aus der Zeitdifferenz zwischen dem Zeitpunkt des End- schleuderns twe und der gewählten Endezeit te. Eine fehlerhafte Eingabe der Endezeit durch den Nutzer, etwa in der Weise, dass die gewählte Endezeit vor dem Ende des End- schleudems liegt, führt nicht zum Programmabbruch, sondern bewirkt lediglich, dass dem Parameter „Programmdauer" der Wert „Null" zugeordnet wird, der Knitterschutz also gar nicht aktiviert wird. Die Sollmesswerte werden ermittelt in einem, dem eigentlichen Beginn des Waschprogramms (Zeitpunkt tws), vorgelagerten kurzen Analyseabschnitt (ta), bei dem die Trommel in zwei kurzen Ab- schnitten mit verschiedenen Drehzahlen bewegt wird. Die Drehzahl der ersten Phase ist gleich der für den Knitterschutz gewählten Drehzahl, in der zweiten Phase wird die Trommel mit der Anlegedrehzahl A bewegt.
