Abstract

Eine Abdeckung für das Ausgabeende einer Druckdose für unter Druck auszubringende Substanzen besitzt einen mit der Druckdose fest verbundenen Abdeckungskörper(1) und einen mit diesem lösbar verbundenen, über einer Ausgabeöffnung (5) angeordneten Deckel (2). Der Deckel (2) ist über in der Ausgabeöffnung (5) liegende Abreißlaschen (9) mit dem Abdeckungskörper (1) verbunden und überdeckt nur die Ausgabeöffnung (5). Dadurch wird bei einfacher Ausführung eine Qualitätssicherung erreicht. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Abdeckung für das Ausgabeende einer Druckdose für unter Druck auszubringende Substanzen, mit einem mit der Druckdose fest verbundenen Abdeckungskörper und einem mit diesem lösbar verbundenen, über einer Ausgabeöffnung angeordneten Deckel.
Derartige Abdeckungen werden maschinell mittels eines Druckstempels auf die Druckdose aufgepreßt, wozu für den Druckstempel eine Anlagefläche auf dem Abdeckungskörper erforderlich ist.
In der DE 297 13 052 U1 ist eine Abdeckung beschrieben, bei welcher der Deckel sich im wesentlichen über den gesamten Abdeckungskörper erstreckt und vertikal einfederbar auf dem Abdeckungskörper angebracht ist. Die federnden Stützen des Deckels können vor Gebrauch der Druckdose abgerissen werden, sodaß ein Zugang zu deren Ventil möglich ist. Dadurch kann kontrolliert werden, ob die Dose bereits in Gebrauch war, es wird eine sogenannte Qualitätssicherung erreicht.
Bei anderen bekannten Abdeckungen wird der Deckel auf den Abdeckungskörper aufgerastet, eine Qualitätssicherung ist dadurch nicht möglich.
Die Erfindung hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, eine Abdeckung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die einfacher als die in der genannten Vorveröffentlichung beschriebene Abdeckung ist, die aber trotzdem eine Qualitätssicherung aufweist.
Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß der in der Ausgabeöffnung liegende Deckel über ebenfalls in der Ausgabeöffnung liegende Abreißlaschen mit dem Abdeckungskörper verbunden ist und nur die Ausgabeöffnung überdeckt. Durch diese erfindungsgemäße Anordnung stört der Deckel den Druckstempel zum Aufpressen des Abdeckungskörpers nicht, trotzdem kann aber kontrolliert werden, ob die Druckdose bereits in Verwendung war.
Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist der Abdeckungskörper rund um den Deckel einen erhöhten Wulst auf. Der Wulst bildet dann eine genau definierte Anlagefläche für den Druckstempel.
Um den Deckel vor Gebrauch der Dose einfach abreißen zu können, besitzt dieser eine in einer Aussparung des Wulstes liegende Grifflasche.
Im Rahmen der Erfindung ist es weiterhin vorteilhaft, wenn der Rand des Deckels in einem geringen Abstand vom inneren Rand der Ausgabeöffnung verläuft. Dadurch ist ein eventuelles Ausgasen der Dose möglich, das durch die verschiedensten Umstände eintreten kann.
Die Grifflasche besitzt zweckmäßig eine Öffnung, in die ein am Abdeckungskörper befindlicher Zapfen einsteckbar ist.
Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben, ohne jedoch auf dieses Beispiel beschränkt zu sein. Dabei zeigen:

Gemäß den Zeichnungen besteht eine Abdeckung für das Ausgabeende einer Druckdose für unter Druck auszubringende Substanzen aus einem Abdeckungskörper 1 und einem in einer Ausgabeöffnung 5 liegenden Deckel 2. Der Abdeckungskörper 1 ist außen mit einem Gewinde 3 versehen, um ihn in eine Spritzpistole einschrauben zu können. Zur Handhabung beim Einschrauben sind Handgriffe 4 vorgesehen.
Die Ausgabeöffnung 5 wird durch einen Zylinder 6 begrenzt. Außerhalb des Zylinders 6 befindet sich ein Hohlraum 7, in den bei aufgepreßter Abdeckung das Ende der Druckdose hineinragt. Um den Deckel 2 herum besitzt der Abdeckungskörper 1 einen erhöhten Wulst 8, der als Anlage für den Druckstempel beim Aufpressen der Abdeckung auf die Druckdose dient.
Der Deckel 2 überdeckt nur die Ausgabeöffnung 5 und ist mit dem Abdeckungskörper 1 über Abreißlaschen 9 verbunden. Diese, insbesonders aus den Fig. 4 und 5 ersichtlichen, Abreißlaschen 9 liegen in der Ausgabeöffnung 5 und sind äußerst dünn. Im Ausführungsbeispiel haben sie eine Höhe H von etwa 0,5mm und eine Breite B von etwa 0,6mm.
Der Deckel 2 besitzt eine Grifflasche 10, die in einer Aussparung 11 des Wulstes 8 verläuft. Mittels dieser Grifflasche 10 kann der Deckel 2 vor Ingebrauchnahme der Druckdose entfernt werden. Dabei werden die Abreißlaschen 9 abgerissen. Es ist somit ersichtlich, ob die Druckdose bereits in Gebrauch war.
Zwischen dem Rand des Deckels 2 und dem inneren Rand der Ausgabeöffnung 5 besteht ein geringer Abstand. Bei undichtem Ventil kann daher die Dose ausgasen, ohne daß die Abdeckung weggeschleudert wird. Auch könnte der Zapfen 13 in der Aussparung 11 angeordnet sein.
Damit der Deckel 2 nach dem Abreißen der Abreißlaschen 9 wieder auf dem Abdeckungskörper 1 befestigt werden kann ist auf der Grifflasche 10 eine Öffnung 12 und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Aussparung 11 am Abdeckungskörper 1 ein Zapfen 13 vorgesehen. Der Deckel 2 kann daher durch Einstecken des Zapfens 13 in die Öffnung 12 oberhalb der Ausgabeöffnung 5 befestigt werden.
Im Rahmen der Erfindung sind zahlreiche Abänderungen möglich. So kann z.B. die Anzahl der Abreißlaschen 9, die beim gezeichneten Ausführungsbeispiel vier beträgt, verändert werden. Auch könnte der Zapfen 13 in der Aussparung 11 angeordnet sein.

Claims (5)

  1. Abdeckung für das Ausgabeende einer Druckdose für unter Druck auszubringende Substanzen, mit einem mit der Druckdose fest verbundenen Abdeckungskörper (1) und einem mit diesem lösbar verbundenen, über einer Ausgabeöffnung (5) angeordneten Deckel (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in der Ausgabeöffnung (5) liegende Deckel (2) über ebenfalls in der Ausgabeöffnung (5) liegende Abreißlaschen (9) mit dem Abdeckungskörper (1) verbunden ist und nur die Ausgabeöffnung (5) überdeckt.
  2. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abdeckungskörper (1) rund um den Deckel (2) einen erhöhten Wulst (8) aufweist.
  3. Abdeckung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (2) eine nach außen ragende, in einer Aussparung (11) des Wulstes (8) liegende Grifflasche (4) besitzt.
  4. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand des Deckels (2) in einem geringen Abstand vom inneren Rand der Ausgabeöffnung (5) verläuft.
  5. Abdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grifflasche (4) eine Öffnung (12) besitzt, in die ein am Abdeckungskörper (1) befindlicher Zapfen (13) einsteckbar ist.
