Description

State of the art

The invention is based on a hand tool the preamble of claim 1.

From DE 195 47 332 A1 is a generic type hand tool known, the cylindrical housing made two plastic housing shells, the edges of each one Form dividing edges that define a horizontal dividing plane. The housing shells are interconnected by screws connected. Inside the case is a motor with a Fan arranged, the drive shaft via a ball bearing stored in the housing shells and with a tapered Pinion is rotatably connected. The pinion meshes with one of an output shaft rotatably supported conical ring gear, whose axis of rotation is perpendicular to the drive shaft.

The output shaft has a tool-remote bearing, the a ring-like sliding bearing, which in a cylindrical Bearing receiving a housing shell is used. Furthermore owns the output shaft a tool-near bearing point, the having a sleeve-like bearing bush with a needle bearing.

An eccentric pin carried by the tool-near end of the output shaft protrudes through the bushing from above into a hole a connecting rod-like driver, with a projection engages in a recess of an insertion tool that over a guide bearing mounted in the front region of the housing shells is.

Advantages of the invention

The invention relates to a hand tool with a Housing, at least a first and a second, itself having longitudinally extending housing shell, in which a motor is mounted, which has a drive shaft A transmission is coupled via an output shaft with an insert tool is in operative connection.

It is suggested that the gearbox be in a gearbox is arranged with at least one sleeve into which a Spigot of the first housing shell and a pin of the second Housing shell at least positively and preferably non-positively are plugged.

In addition to a particularly advantageous absorption of bearing forces in the gear housing, can be a particularly stable hand tool achieved and a Aufklaffen the housing shells be avoided under heavy use. The inventive Solution may be suitable to all those skilled in the art appearing hand tool machines used with gear housings and in particular in a hand tool with a bevel gear.

The housing shells are advantageous in a horizontal working position assembled in a horizontal division plane. A housing shell can be used as a mounting shell, the assembly can be simplified and the dimensional stability can be increased. Furthermore, it can be avoided that a Users with large holding forces in the area of the division plane must act on the power tool, which, for example with a so-called soft grip a particularly pleasant Grasping can be achieved. Basically you can the housing shells but also in a vertical division plane or put together in other division levels be.

The pins are advantageously formed by screw domes. additional Components can be avoided or need no additional Parts are molded to the housing shells. In a Embodiment of the invention is proposed to the pins To form squeeze ribs. In particular, plastic housing shells This can be advantageous to a metal gear housing adjusted, tolerances can be balanced and it can be a particularly secure connection can be achieved. The crush ribs can be easily molded to the plastic pins and are preferably about 0.2 mm high.

The sleeve can frictionally, form-fitting on the transmission housing and / or cohesively attached, but is advantageous molded to the transmission housing. To a cutting Avoid post-processing and increase the adhesion, the sleeve is designed with a double inner cone, in the put the pins with correspondingly shaped counter-outer cones are.

It is also proposed that the motor via the drive shaft is operatively connected to a bevel gear, having a stored output shaft via an eccentric and a driving element with a reciprocating movable insert tool is in operative connection, wherein the Angular gear arranged in a separate gearbox is. The gear housing may advantageously consist of one of the loads, especially bearing loads, adapted material be prepared, and particularly advantageous from a Metal, in particular of die-cast aluminum. Possible However, is also the transmission housing made of a particularly durable Produce plastic.

Furthermore, the transmission housing in addition to the inclusion of bearing forces be used to advantage, particularly loaded To form areas of the housing, especially in the front Range of hand tool. The hand tool machine can easily through a plastic housing and through an aluminum front or aluminum snout particularly resilient be executed, in addition to the heat particularly advantageous delivered from the hand tool to the environment and a required cooling capacity can be kept small.

In one embodiment of the invention, it is proposed that a cover of the gear housing in the front, lower area forms a part of the housing. The front, lower area of the hand tool is usually heavily loaded during operation, and in particular in hand-held power tools, in the front Area are bent downwards and thus close above the surface to be processed are performed. The gearbox housing cover can be made of a particularly strong material, in particular aluminum die casting are produced, and Furthermore, through the lid a particularly simple and inexpensive Assembly can be realized. In addition, the rear Part of the housing advantageous independently removable from the lid be carried out, whereby, for example, when replacing from coals of the engine, power lines or grommets disassembly the front area and the insert tool avoided can be. To cover the lid with little extra effort as safely as possible to connect with the power tool, are advantageous from the casting of a housing shell existing Used pin, a positive connection and possibly a To establish a positive connection between the cover and the housing shell. In the gear housing, many bearing points are preferably integrated, and in particular bearings for the drive shaft, the output shaft and / or for the insert tool. The bearings can each other particularly precise position manufactured and after the manufacture, in particular after Cast the gear housing, reworked in one clamping become. Misalignment can be avoided, wear can be reduced and the life span can be increased. Furthermore, large bearing forces, especially in one Guide bearing of the insert tool advantageously in the transmission housing be supported, which consists of a particularly strong Material can be produced. With as few additional Fasteners a secure connection between the To achieve guide bearing and the transmission housing, it is proposed that at least part of the transmission housing and at least a part of the guide bearing positively into one another grab, for example, can be molded to the guide bearing Tapping pins in openings of the gear housing and / or it can be formed on the gear housing pin engage in openings of the guide bearing.

A bearing of the drive shaft is advantageous in a cup-shaped Recess used in the gearbox. different Thermal expansion by different materials can avoided and thereby conditional tilting of the drive shaft can be prevented. In one embodiment It is suggested that the bearing of the drive shaft via a Part of its length in the radial direction via a sliding seat directly in the gearbox and over part of it Length in radial direction via a plastic ring in the gearbox housing is supported, preferably over about 1/3 of its length over the sliding seat and about 2/3 across the plastic ring or a rubber ring. The drive shaft is securely fixed by the sliding seat and can also advantageously steamed over the rubber ring in the bearing or can compensate for vibrations and shocks from the rubber ring become. Further, an outer ring of the bearing by the Plastic ring or rubber ring, the tolerances of the sliding seat can compensate, via a clamp radially and rotationally fixed be fixed. In the axial direction, the drive shaft bearing advantageous fixed over a housing part, whereby additional Components, installation space, assembly costs and costs saved can be. Retaining elements can be simple and inexpensive be formed on screw dome of the housing, the often protrude into the interior of the housing.

In addition to at least one radial bearing point of the output shaft is advantageous at least one actuating means in the transmission housing stored, via which the output shaft relative to the transmission housing axially adjustable and the gear play adjustable is. The adjusting means can be particularly precise position to the output shaft and in particular to the first radial bearing point be guided. In a further embodiment of the invention the adjusting means is designed as a bearing bush in which a second bearing of the output shaft is used. additional Components can be avoided and weight, space, installation costs and costs can be reduced. Furthermore, the output shaft be stored radially and axially particularly precise.

The adjusting agent may be suitable for use by various persons appearing adjusting mechanisms on the output shaft act and various devices on the gearbox be attached, for example via a thread, etc. Especially However, advantageously has the actuating means on a axial surface at least one annular wedge, which is a housing side Counter-ring wedge is assigned as support surface. The Adjusting means is preferably with the ring wedge against the counter-ring wedge pressed over at least two screws over their screw heads each on a clamping surface of the actuating means and act on a bearing surface of the transmission housing, wherein the clamping surface with increasing annular wedge in shifts axial direction and thereby compensates for the adjustment. Due to the screws can advantageously the gear housing cover be mounted independently of the actuating means. One Push button, over which in the area of the output shaft on the Mitnahmeelement acted and the insert tool from his Locking connection can be solved, can be advantageous already before mounting the lid, inserted in this and a Subsequent insertion of the push button can be avoided. The assembly can be simplified and elastic locking means, especially on the push button, can be saved.

Through the bearing surfaces on the gear housing can be avoided be that the screws when adjusting the actuator tilted and the threads are destroyed. Around the bearing surfaces to be able to use in all parking positions, is advantageous the clamping surface of the adjusting movement, so that the Screw heads in the setting positions always on the support surfaces and can act on the clamping surface. The clamping surface is preferably stepped, whereby plane Support surfaces for the screw heads can be achieved.

To avoid twisting the actuating means, the Adjusting means fixed with a rotation in the circumferential direction, which is preferably formed on the actuating means. additional Components can be avoided.

In one embodiment, the adjusting means is also used to To seal the gearbox housing to the outside by Area of a bearing surface of the actuating means in the transmission housing and / or in the adjusting means a groove for a seal is introduced.

As an alternative to the screws, the actuating means can be advantageous pressed by a disc spring against the gear housing or be axially fixed to this. The plate spring is preferably in the circumferential direction positively via a first toothing with the adjusting means and a second toothing with connected to an adjacent component, e.g. with the bearing cap or gear housing cover, which constructively simple an anti-rotation of the actuating means during operation and an adjustment in the circumferential direction can be achieved can.

In addition to the housing shells advantageous is the gear housing cover with at least one pin inserted into a sleeve and thus can be attached particularly securely and to Contribute dimensional stability.

Description of the embodiment

Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through an inventive Hand tool for scraping of surfaces, briefly referred to as a scraper. The hand tool machine has an arranged in a housing 10 engine 12, the electrically supplied via electric cable 100 and via a Switch 102 is switched on and off. The electric motor 12 is via a drive shaft 14 with a fan 104 and operatively connected to an angle gear 16, namely is mounted on the drive shaft 14, a pinion 106 which with a driven by an output shaft 18 ring gear 108th meshes, the axis of rotation perpendicular to the drive shaft 14th runs. At the downwardly facing end of the output shaft 18th an eccentric pin 20 is formed, which in a connecting rod-like Carrier element 22 and an integrally formed bolt 114 in a slot 116 of an insert tool 112 engages (FIG and 3). The eccentric pin 20 is a roller bearing 134 in the Carrier element 22 stored. Through the slot 116 takes place the transmission of motion from the drive shaft 14 via the Carrier element 22 on the insert tool 112 only if the insert tool 112 placed on a work surface and as far pushed back, that the bolt 114 at the edge supported the slot 116 and so his reciprocating Movement on the insert tool 112 can transmit. in the Idling is the insert tool 112 with rotating drive shaft 14 still, so that the wear on the motion-transmitting Parts is reduced. Injuries in the Idle by a moving insert tool 112 avoided. Furthermore, the stationary insert tool 112 in Idling specifically at a desired location on the machined Surface are placed.

According to the invention, the angle gear 16 is in a separate Gear housing 24 made of die cast aluminum arranged in a front, upper portion 26 a first part and with a lid 28 in the front, lower portion 26 a second Part of the housing 10 or outer walls of the power tool forms.

In the gear housing 24 more bearings are integrated. The drive shaft 14 of the electric motor 12 is at a first, the insertion tool 112 facing away from a bearing 118 and via a component 120 in a first upper plastic housing shell 78 stored. A second, the deployment tool 112 facing the end of the drive shaft 14 is a Bearing 32 in a cup-shaped recess 34 in the transmission housing 24 stored. The bearing 32 is approximately in the radial direction about 1/3 of its length via a sliding seat 36 directly in the gearbox 24 and over about 2/3 of its length in radial Direction via a rubber ring 38 in the transmission housing 24 supported. In the axial direction, the bearing 32 via a retaining rib 40 fixed in the cup-shaped recess 34, the at a screw of the upper housing shell 78 is formed and in the assembly in front of the cup-shaped recess 34th pushes (Figures 4 and 5).

Furthermore, the output shaft 18 is at its upper, the insert tool 112 opposite end with a first bearing 30 directly and at its second, the insert tool 112 facing End with a second bearing 46 via a as adjusting means 44 formed bearing bush in the gear housing 24 stored.

The adjusting means 44 is via a bearing surface 70 in a cylindrical Recess 142 mounted in the transmission housing 24 (Figures 1, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 10). At one of the insert tool 112 remote axial surface 48 of an integrally formed collar 122nd the adjusting means 44 has a ring wedge 50 which is a housing-side Counter-ring wedge 52 assigned as a support surface is. The ring wedge 50 is about two screws 54, 56 against the Pressed counter-ring wedge 52, the over their screw heads 58, 60 each on a clamping surface 62 of the actuating means 44 and act on bearing surfaces 64 of the gear housing 24, of Webs are formed. To a twisted by 180 ° mounting the To avoid adjusting means 44 is the swept angle 144 from the first screw 54 to the second screw 56 and from a first screwdriver 146 to a second screwdriver 148 not equal to 180 ° (FIGS. 2 and 6).

The clamping surface 62 shifts with increasing ring wedge 50 in the axial direction and thereby compensates for the adjustment out. The screw heads 58, 60 act in the parking positions always on the clamping surface 62 and on the bearing surfaces 64th The clamping surface 62 is formed by steps 66, which in the Positioning positions parallel to bearing surfaces of the screw heads 58, 60 are lost.

By loosening the screws 54, 56 and by turning the Adjusting means 44, the output shaft 18 is axially displaced and thereby the gear play are adjusted. To an unwanted Avoid twisting during operation is on the collar 122 of the adjusting means 44 an anti-rotation 68 formed and in the form of indentations that at completely screwed screws 54, 56 this in the adjustment encompass positively. To have a good leadership of To achieve adjusting means 44 and to avoid tilting, is in the region of the collar 122 a recess 72 in the gear housing 24 introduced. Furthermore, in the area of the storage area 70 is a groove, not shown, for a seal introduced into the adjusting means 44 and / or in the transmission housing 24 to get one through the long storage area 70 already good sealing effect continues to improve and to avoid that lubricants from the gear housing 24 after penetrate outside.

On the gear housing 24 is also in the front region 26th a U-shaped guide bearing 42 for the insert tool 112 secured by a screw 124 (Figures 3 and 8). To the gearbox 24 molded pins 150, 152 engage in the mounted Condition positively in recesses 156, 158 a Deck side 154 of the guide bearing 42 (FIGS. 6 and 8). This in a punching-bending process of a hardened steel sheet manufactured guide bearing 42 is supported by end faces 160th his leg on the gear housing 24 from. The guide camp 42 is thus secure positive and non-positive with the transmission housing 24 connected and a post-processing of the storage areas or bearing surfaces 160 of the guide bearing 42 after The punching-bending process can be avoided. Between Thighs of the U-shaped guide bearing 42 is also the driving element 22 guided against rotation (Fig. 2).

The insert tool 112 is wear-resistant in the guide bearing 42 by four configured as needles rolling elements 126 in the longitudinal direction slidably mounted, which guided in slots 128 and a retaining plate 162 already before mounting the Guide bearing 42 held captive on the gear housing 24 are. The retaining plate 162 is in the U-shaped guide bearing 42 with molded-on projections 164 in recesses 74 snapped.

Towards the work area, the hand tool is over a protective cap 130 sealed with a felt seal 132, the between the gear housing 24 and the cover 28 positively is engaged, and indeed engage the gear housing 24 and the cover 28 between two circumferential beads of the Protective cap 130. The protective cap 130 is thereby particularly easy to assemble and particularly tear-proof with the hand tool connected. The insert tool 112 protrudes through the protective cap 130 to the outside. The protective cap 130 is against wear or abrasion on the surface to be processed through the lid 28 and through the transmission housing 24th protected.

To replace the insert tool 112, the driving element 22 via a pushbutton 110 along the eccentric pin 20 are moved against a compression spring 136, the is supported in a recess 138 on the actuating means 44. Of the Bolt 114 shifts out of the slot 116 of the insert tool 112, which removes this without tools and a alternative insert tool can be used.

The housing 10 has next to the first upper housing shell 78, a second lower plastic housing shell 80, which in a horizontal working position in a horizontal division level 140 are joined together (Fig. 2). To the gearbox 24 four sleeves 82, 84, 86, 88 are formed in the from top four pin 90 of the upper housing shell 78 kraftund are positively inserted (Figures 2, 6 and 7). Further are turned from below into the two, the insertion tool 112 Sleeves 82, 84 two pins 92 of the lower housing shell 80 and in the two, the insert tool 112 facing Sleeves 86, 88 two pins of the cover 28 positive and non-positive plugged in. The pins 90, 92 of the housing shells 78, 80 and the pins of the lid 28 are screwed formed over which the housing shells 78, 80, the lid 28 and the transmission housing 24 via not shown Screws are bolted together. The housing shell 80 also grips over two pins 76 formed at sprues positively in two openings not shown in detail Lids 28.

To avoid a subsequent machining and the adhesion to increase, the sleeves 82, 84, 86, 88 are respectively executed with a double inner cone 98, in which the pins 90, 92 of the housing shells 78, 80 and the pins of the lid 28 with correspondingly shaped counter-outer cones 96 inserted are. Furthermore, pinch ribs 94 are formed on the pins 90, 92, causing the pins 90, 92 to the sleeves 82, 84, 86, 88 and a particularly advantageous Kraftund Positive locking can be achieved.
