Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for hard material coating at elevated temperature or for heat treatment of Blades of BLISK discs from aircraft gas turbines and a device for carrying out the method.
In aircraft gas turbines are for high pressure compressor, for example BLISK discs are used in which the actual Slice, the scoop platform and the blades made of one piece. To improve the wear protection compared to those carried in the compressed air Particles are known to the blades, for example in a plasma vapor coating process, at elevated temperature with hard materials such as Nitrides or carbides coated. On the other hand, the BLISK discs after repairs to the blades subjected to a heat treatment. The coating process or the heat treatment, however, are disadvantageous in that not just the blades, but also the blade platform and the disc itself the high, the maximum operating temperature are exposed to excessive heating. While the high warming in the less loaded blades no serious problems, the treatment temperature can be in the other parts of the disc to geometric Deformation and impairment of function and ultimately lead to a shortening of the life.
The invention is based on the object, the coating or Heat treatment process and the implementation of the Process required device in such a way that the Blades repeatedly repaired and heat treated or can be coated, but thereby the life of the BLISK disc as a whole is not affected.
According to the invention the object is achieved with a method according to
the features of
According to the proposed method are at the at high Temperature taking hard coating or a Heat treatment of the blades only those of high temperature exposed while the remaining disk parts opposite the hot environment isolated and partially by heat transfer on a solid medium and a flowable cooling medium be cooled and thus the maximum operating temperature do not exceed. The heavily loaded during operation Disc therefore retains even after multiple heat treatment or coating their full functionality and achieved a long life. On the other hand, the functionality becomes the less loaded blades by the heat not impaired. By the given possibility the hard coating or the heat treatment repaired blades is a long life of BLISK blades guaranteed.
The cooling device for carrying out the above Method includes two or more thermally insulated on the outer surfaces Cooling plates, namely a bottom cooling plate and a Deckkühlplatte and - if more than one to be treated BLISK disc - at least one intermediate cooling plate. The cooling plates have flanges on the circumference, their front sides in operative connection with the end faces of the blade platform stand up and by heat transfer from the blade platform serve the flange as a solid coolant. Another Cooling is done with a trained in the cooling plates Coolant channels supplied flowable cooling medium, the both the inner surfaces of the support flanges of the cooling plates as also the inner surfaces of the blade platform cools. While So the blades of the BLISK discs one for heat treatment after repair work or hard coating required high temperature can be subjected the other disc parts at a low temperature be kept, with no negative effect on the properties the disc and thus their function and life is.
In an embodiment of the invention, a cooling plate comprises a Inner ring channel through which the cooling fluid is supplied, and a connected thereto via the coolant channels outer ring channel with attached swirl nozzles. through The swirl nozzles can direct the cooling fluid to the inner surfaces directed the support flanges and the blade platform become. If the cooling plate as an intermediate cooling plate between Two adjacent BLISK disks are the swirl nozzles also arranged in opposite directions to both flanges and pressurize both blade platforms with the cooling fluid to be able to.
besteht. Der Grad der Überdeckung der Schlitzöffnungen
bestimmt das dem Tragflansch und der Schaufelplattform
jeweils zugeführte Kühlmittelvolumen.
Die Wärmeisolierung der Kühlplatten gegenüber der heißen
Hartstoffbeschichtungs- bzw. Wärmebehandlungsatmosphäre erfolgt
mit an deren Außenflächen befestigten Wärmeschutzschilden. In a further embodiment of the invention, the coolant channels upstream of a volume control means, which preferably consists of two adjoining collars with slot openings. The degree of overlap of the slot openings determines the coolant volume supplied to the support flange and the blade platform, respectively.
The thermal insulation of the cooling plates with respect to the hot hard coating or heat treatment atmosphere is carried out with attached to the outer surfaces heat shields.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention are also on certain Inner surfaces of the cooling plates, with the heated Cooling fluid come into contact, heat shields attached. wärmeleitendem Kontakt mit der Schaufelplattform 3, um von

The function of the cooling device described above is like follows explained:
21 isolierten Raum liegen. In a plasma vapor deposition chamber is placed on the over the
Das Kühlmedium gelangt über den Kühlmediumanschluss 17 und
die Medienzuleitungen 18 in den Innenringkanal 8 der Bodenkühlplatte
5, der Zwischenkühlplatte 6 und der Deckkühlplatte
The cooling medium passes through the cooling
