Claims (12)
- Aufpralldämpfendes Schutzelement im Bereich von Verkehrsflächen, das mindestens einen Luft unter atmosphärischem Druck enthaltenden, zusammendrückbaren Hohlkörper (1) aufweist, in dem sich durch einen Aufprall ein Überdruck aufbaut, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (1) mit einer Einrichtung zum schlagartigen Abbau des Überdrucks bei Erreichen eines Grenzwertes versehen ist.
- Schutzelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zumindest eine zum Aufplatzen bestimmte wiederherstellbare Verbindung zwischen voneinander trennbaren Wandteilen (2, 3) des Hohlkörpers (1) aufweist.
- Schutzelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung entlang mindestens einer Kante des Hohlkörpers (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Schutzelement nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Verbindung zwischen den voneinander trennbaren Wandteilen (2, 3) ein Klettverschluss (8, 9) vorgesehen ist.
- Schutzelement nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Verbindung zwischen den voneinander trennbaren Wandteilen (2, 3) ein Druckknopfverschluss vorgesehen ist.
- Schutzelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zumindest eine Öffnung (14) in zumindest einem vertikal anzuordnenden Seitenwandteil (2) und eine die Öffnung (14) an der Innenseite überdeckende Lasche (15) aus einem flexiblen Material aufweist.
- Schutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (1) zumindest eine Entlastungsöffnung aufweist, die das Erreichen des Grenzwertes zumindest verzögert.
- Schutzelement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entlastungsöffnung durch einen gitterartigen Wandbereich (10, 16) in einem Wandteil (2, 3) des Hohlkörpers (1) gebildet ist.
- Schutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (1) zwei voneinander getrennte Kammern (13) aufweist, für die unterschiedliche Kriterien für den Überdruckabbau definiert sind.
- Schutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlkörper (1) miteinander gelenkig verbundene Wandteile (2, 3) aufweist und aus einem flachen Zustand aufgefaltet werden kann.
- Schutzelement nach Anspruch 3 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zum Platzen bestimmten, wiederherstellbaren Verbindungen entlang der nicht gelenkig verbundenen Kanten des aufgefalteten Hohlkörpers (1) ausgebildet sind.
- Schutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Wandteil (2, 3) aus einer beidseitig luftdicht beschichteten Platte (4) aus geschäumten Polyethylen besteht.
