Abstract

Bei einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung kann ein Halogen-Strahlungsheizer (13) geschaffen werden, welcher einen Heizleiter (17) in einem Glasrohr (15) unter Halogen-Schutzgasatmosphäre aufweist. Das Heizleiter-Material kann hochtemperaturbeständiges Wolfram oder Molybdän mit einem Legierungszusatz von beispielsweise 26% Rhenium aufweisen. Der Temperaturkoeffizient dieses Heizleiter-Materials ist derart, dass sich ausgehend von Raumtemperatur über einen Temperaturbereich von etwa 1500 K eine Widerstandsänderung um maximal den Faktor 3 ergibt.
